Ponderosa Dispensary - Glendale

Wow, what a fantastic place to shop and that Pura Vendor is THE MAN! If only all dispensaries had a guy like that working there. I for one find the Pura representative that is there on Tuesday and for BOGOs to be highly knowledgeable and a master of his craft. It can sometimes be intimidating being in the presence of such a manly man. It's as if someone put the mind of Einstein in the body of a Greek Adonis. Thank you Ponderosa Releaf, thank you for allowing me to bask in the glory that is Jim. I will definitely be naming my firstborn "Jim", even if it is a girl. Thanks again Ponderosa Releaf for your magnificent selection r.e. distillate representatives.

Very nice spot with a wide selection to choose from. Customer service was fast and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you haven't checked it out.

pretty sad to not offer deals to patients at a time when we could use it most. I closed my business and struggle to pay my bills and dispensaries make so much money. Now is the time you should be giving back.

Definitely love paying $195 for the RUNTZ on the usual Half no problem but $250 for 14Gs Ponderosa yall cant let us down like this lol. Change the price $200 flat 14G.

this used to be a good dispensary, but with the covid outbreak they are the worst in the valley. They removed all deals, this was done to reduce patent counts but has done nothing but increase profits for them. They should be running special instructions for pick up and encouraging online orders. instead they have 1 line that moves at a snails pace outside in the heat. when you complain, they remain silent. as a handicapped person I can not even use the dispensary to pick up neccessary medication. no response from Ponderosa about not being handicap accessible, even to online orders.

As many nice things I could say about the bud I can not say about the people that arrange the deals. I was screwed out of my double points that I come in to earn on Fridays because of a deal that was not related to my order needs was currently running this detail is not made available with the days deal and I wasn't stacking deals just shafted out of over 100 points and had I known this bullshit would happen I would have gone to the spot that was closer to my house for concentrates and would have not only earned the same points as here but would have received more product. I called and it had no effect to my points. You have my money but lost respect for the apathy.

What's the point in having a medical card when I'm being charged and forced to pay recreational tax? My order today was $30.00 which with medical tax should have come to $32 and change. I walked in and had my MEDICAL ID scanned, TWICE, then was given the total of $37 and change. This may not seem like a big deal however I pay for my medical card and being charged as a recreational person is bullshit no matter the amount of the order. The fact that the staff didn't even seem to question it really throws doubt on everything coming out of there as well as the education of these so called bud tenders. Maybe focus on educating your staff instead of letting them come to work high off their asses being all cool and shit.

Glad this was the first dispensary I chose to drive to once I got a vehicle. I live @ Broadway & Mill Ave you can't even take the bus the whole way there. I have been a fan of Canamo since I started dabbing 2 years ago, it was cool visiting the place it's from. Lisa (I think that was her name) helped me out before even making the drive by letting me know they will accept my paper driver's license. And she was very professional, sweet, and polite. The my budtender comes to take me back. Super hot dude, long hair. I'm satisfied with the results. I got 4 half grams; White Sumo (which is the strain Wookies), Sour Double, Sweethearts, and Grateful Dead. Definitely pleased. Strains like this make me sad I'm leaving the state for good in 9 days. Anyways, come to Ponderosa Releaf , you'll feel right at home and you'll be happy with the strain variety they have. I can only speak on the concentrates, but of course I was checking out what their flower looked like and it looked better than some of the stuff here in the east valley. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience purchasing my medicine, this is the first time I felt I mattered at a dispensary and I've been to about 20. An extremely happy customer, MacKenzie

I was informed by the budtenderthat My DA discount was not applied due to having value items...it does not state this on leafly or website...I drove 30 minutes to get to ponderosa...please update your website and leafly with your policy's

Great place to stop in. Great prices on Concentrates, just needs more variety (extractors). Top shelf flower is a little expensive but worth it for the quality.

Why dose harvest have bogo on canamo hash and pondy doesn’t

curbside pickup is a joke only help 1 person every 10 minutes and get mad when too many cars went from best to worst won't be back till it's fixed

Its good but I bought flower prepackaged 1/8ths and I got home and weighed them on my scale and they where each .2 short om weight totaling .08 on all 4 1/8ths

popcorn buds throughout there entire top shelf selection plus no specials definitely not for the patient

use to come here for years until recently due to the 12 noon opening time now im a regular at Sol they have the best bud at Sol and they open early plus they have bomb tree $25 for an 8th $60 for a half o and the premium is head and shoulders above the nearest 🤷🏾‍♂️ the copper top is falling off at Panderosa IMO (also its nice not to get long ass pieces of hair in your weed like at Panderosa)
