The best shop in az with a variety of top knotch products and medicine. if only i had found this shop sooner it has been a great experience.

The new pricing is both counterproductive and discouraging for repeat business. I bought a discount ounce that showed on Leafly for $230 dollars. Usually it’d break down to 248 and some change after tax. Now it’s over 260 with over 50 dollars worth of sales tax. I like the product but will be going to a dispensary with better pricing.

1232 points and I haven't even got a free ounce yet not even a free half ounce. you guys owe me some weed, and you owe it to yourself debris tool your whole point system why don't you go after the urban Greenhouse scale model

Incredible place! Stylish, amazing customer service, less than 10 mins in and out. The patient consultants are so thorough. That Canamo shatter is out of this world.

the budtender that helped me she was amazing and really knew her stuff and their product guy was very knowledgeable and cool as well really had a good field to the place and their chocolope shatter is fire

I love Ponderosa, been going for a few years now. But unfortunately a few times when I've went in, I've been helped out by a budtender named Jasmine. Who is rude. I normally don't leave negative reviews about employees, because sometimes people are just having a bad day. But when I went in to make a purchase yesterday, she practically threw my item at me. I can tolerate someone being rude once or twice but every time, it not okay. Never had any other issues, any other time I've gone in (and didn't get her) had a great experience.

Ive been coming to Pond for almost a year now and I just had a not so pleasant experience with one of your budtenders. I won't mention name but I've had customer service issues with this particular budtender in the past. I got upset at the budtender after I asked what's the problem. To clarify: I asked what was the item Recreational price after taxes. He said I don't know its 24 percent. He said it's not his job to know that after he saw I was upset. Then he proceeded to laugh at me in front of his manager. I must have been spoiled rotten by the rest of your wonderful engaging and vibrant staff that they had been giving me after tax recreational prices on their own merit. If this budtender is a true representation of PONDEROSA your management really has to reevaluate. The reason I go to the back is because I like vibing out with your staff as they help me out pick out my strain and this budtender kills it for me. I won't stop going to the back but I'll pass on this budtender.

Great meds. Negative attitude from budtender:Raymond. Horrible. It was my 1st visit. He wasn't to friendly. He was real short with answering my questions❓Bad customer service for a 1st visit. He got upset when I was asking things about the discount; then went to having negativity. Will return back to try again but with a different bud tender. 4SHOW. Then got mad at my daughter questions. Then upon coming to the front to get another patient. He felt like he needed my daughter to hear about the notes he putting in her account. Since my daughter didn't want to be helped by him. If it's possible I can give him NO STARS.

Went searching for a new spot after the dispensary I frequented for 7 years did away with the mask requirement. Great customer service and staff that actually seems to want to quickly help you. I'll definately be returning.

Rarely do I leave this place disappointed but today was the day. . . Out of daily deals by 230, limited selection and quality less than on par for the normal. . . hope this isn't the new normal

Phenomenal. No bs upscale attempts, yet informative about product based on things I said (I love when people actually listen instead of pretending to care). great selection of products, not too pricy and pretty quality bud, even from the value selection (I recommend the head stash).

Wow, what a Drive from me.... But Man was it WELL WORTH it!!!! Right off the Loop 101-West Valley Freeway, Great Atmosphere, Very Friendly Staff (Greated with Smiles) , was Given a quick tour of everything they have to Offer, Well Organized. Then over to the Flower! I was VERY Impressed with the Quality, FTP BOGO up to an 8th, Taxes included and after I got home, Medicated, I Knew I would be Back for More!!
