Man you guys used to be on point! the old staff that's still there from pdx weedz/progressive collective are still great all the new people are f*cking trash! 100% honest they kill the f*cking vibe. dude thinks what he smokes is "fire" so he is shining it in my face and it's not my type and not in my price range I tell him. So he gets snobby f*ck you d*ckhead! bruh I spend $100's of dollars in here a week before the new ownership. now it's less then $50 a month! that says enough right there. then today we use leafly to order 2 grams of shatter! and the dipsh*t gives us 1 gram of shatter and a 1 gram cartridge im f*cking heated bruh! I'm done with this shop. I know it doesn't matter to you but I'm taking my business elsewhere. the old owners never should have sold. natural remedies has f*cked this places vibe right the f*ck up.

We are extremely sorry to hear that you had a displeasing experience with part of the staff here. In order to extend our hours, we had to hire a couple of new people, and with that said we are doing our best making sure everybody is working cohesively in a streamlined way based on how we operate. We did appreciate your business here and still would like to make it work for you any time in the future.
I do also pardon some of the boujeeness here, our coworkers feel strongly on what they consume, but does not make it right to push it on somebody else if it's not what they're looking for, or out of their price range etc. All product is considered equal and should be pushed in that manner.
Although, with all of this being said, It's unnecessary to swear and talk down to another person like this based on an interaction that just didn't go too well for you, and that for sure is all unappreciated.

I absolutely love this place, I refuse to shop anywhere else. The staff are so awesome, and genuinely accurate about the products they have. They never try to pressure you buy top shelf (but it’s so worth it!).
As a homegrower, I'm looking for clones every spring, and this is one of my go-tos. They usually have a nice selection including some balanced CBD:THC strains (which is what I prefer) as well as some all-CBD ones and a variety of hi-THC ones. The prices tend to be higher here than other places, but the quality is good.
The service is always good. I am particularly impressed with how they are handling the lockdown situation: you can order online or by phone and they will have your order ready and bring it out to you in the parking lot. (Unfortunately it's not a hands-free transaction, you still have to get close to the deliverer to show your ID and pay in cash. But at least you don't have to enter the building. They are making more of an effort than other dispensaries.)

POWDERY MILDEW ON CLONES!
I recently picked up a couple of clones here after getting great products and customer service from the previous owners.
unfortunately everything has gone to trash. I went in to pick up a couple of clones and noticed all of the plants were covered in sulfur. The kid behind the counter saw me notice it and quickly explained it away as a precautionary treatment and not a cover up. Folks, if you ever see clones being treated in store it is for a reason. One day after getting my clones home the OG Kush EXPLODED in powdery mildew. It quickly spread to every plant in my room and now I have to trash an entire cycle and nuke my mom plants with treatments thanks to Natural Remedies East lying about mold.
DO NOT BUY CLONES HERE EVER!!!

I have purchased 2 separate clones from here on separate visits. They didn’t live very long... by the next morning they both went through the same changes...Mold! I tried to control it, but it had clearly been there a while. The second clone I purchased was with a lady who suggested keeping it separate from any others, and maybe giving it a sulfur treatment... um... okay, but if you know it’s no good, why sell it?! Never shop here for clones, watch for moldy buds and I won’t be caught there again.

We are sorry for you experience. If you had purchased clones with issues from us and informed us, we could've have reached out to the farms in which supply our cuttings about the issue. There are certain things we routinely spray for weekly, being that we are an open air shop. Upon intake, we inspect the cuttings, and dispose of any with issues. However, we understand that things happen, especially with living in the PNW. That's why we usually suggest quarantining you're new plant and treating it before you bring it into your grow environment. Hopefully you can find some understanding, and know that we are always trying to improve things. Take care!

These people are so nice, and their customer service is gold medal! They have some special products that I love and I come here especially to get them. I have to travel quite a bit to get there (worth it!!) and they are nice enough to confirm stock before I arrive, and set it aside until I get there in an hour. Totally cool place, very friendly vibe and I love that!

Ordered some seeds via Leafly Pickup after another dispensary recommended them for seeds. All went relatively smoothly, order was ready pretty quickly, in about 12 hours. Only negative was waiting a bit long to be called back, the staff not realizing there were people waiting out front. All in all, I would go back, especially for seeds or clones, which were on display behind the counter and looked really nice.

I've been buying clones from Progressive Collective for over 3 years and even though I've bought a few elsewhere, I always come back to PC. They are THE ONLY dispensary in all of the Portland metro area to maintain a consistent selection and equally important, healthy plants. Many other dispensaries treat clones like a product they'd rather not carry, if they even have any at all.
