Staff are extremely knowledgeable about their hash, flower and edibles. They have a large selection of products. And the staff have been not just caring about my purchases but what goes on in my personal life, asking what kind of stess I'm going through to find just the right product for relief as well as making sure my problems are resolving in a positive manner. The people working here are one of a kind.

Love this location!! It's tucked away right off I-5, so it's easy to get to. The staff is SUPER knowledgeable and helpful each time. I'm not one for reviews, but I just HAD to give this shop all the credit they deserve :) If your in the area TRY THEM OUT, you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to rainier for about 4 years now, but probably never again. The staff is great, the prices are pretty good, but their return policy for cartridges is unrealistic. Most shops have a 7 day return policy, which gives the user enough time to see if the cartridge is working, and even better some have 30-day policies. I recently bought a cartridge here, not the first time, and it worked okay for a few days. When I went to charge it I realized it wasn’t working because the piece at the bottom of the cartridge where it meets the pen and atomizes was falling out and defective. There is literally no way I could have known about that within the 2 days. The girl in shop told me to just fix it myself with a paper clip or pliers. Not great customer service there, especially when I’ve been coming so long. I have wasted big money on a full, defective cartridge. Why would I want to go back to a place that won’t make up for their defective products?

I absolutely LOVE this place!! I live in Tacoma and I'll make a trip just to go here. The people who work there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thorough and actually listen to what interests you. I've noticed a lot of shops always try and suggest opposite of what you're looking for. I appreciate it; thanks but no thank you. Rare to find a place that get personal with you on an honest level and all the times I've been, I've left satisfied and wanting to come back for more. Ashley is the cutest budtender and her service is out of this world!!! I'm all about trying new products and even buying products I've had in the past. She is thorough with her suggestions, explains everything and answers all of your questions! Honestly the only downside is that I live so damn far! :)
