The sales on tjeir deli style bud is good because it give me a chance to buy and try something new with out overpaying for a perroll just to try a nee strain they have on the menu. bit it is a hassle when u find something u like and they can't tell u if or when the stain u like back on tje menu

Feel like someone died, its like 2 different crews I came on the morning, I came in the morning and felt the tension and seen the confusion. I returned at night and got laughter and smiles. Why can’t it be like this every time I come in.

I used to love this place but all my favorite faces have moved on and the quality of the flower is average at best now. The deals used to be relevant but now are just repetitive and obviously have the best options removed for the day of the sale. The place looks run down and dull. Don't Benevento their hype. They bribe people to vote so that they look like "the best". That's all they care about is money and image. Their staff is great but all seem to be on the verge of a breakdown. I've had several budtenders tell me while making a purchase about how unhappy they are with how the place is run and that the faces I've noticed gone are ones the that didn't agree with upper management's philosophies and were put out. My days shopping here are sadly over. Hopefully they will learn to appreciate their staff and understand that those people are who we as customers enjoy and go in to see. Get it together guys.

Best loyalty program! I redeemed my points for a $1 1/8th. Tried the A-train this time, loved it! Smooth smoke and a very balanced functional high. I'll keep coming back

Raspberry Roots will always be my favorite dispensary in Anchorage, hands down. The building is nice and well-lit, the staff goes above and beyond to give you a positive experience and the store itself is beautiful - o dislike the stores that are more of a head shop than a dispensary, so the displays and marketing really hit the mark for a boutique experience. I only use capsules, and the recent strain 13 Kings is AMAZING! It’s a spot-on mix of a subtly energizing and euphoric Sativa and finishes with a deliciously sedating Indica. I’m not a fan of sativas but I’m in love with this hybrid 🥰 My only suggestion would be to sell the THC only capsules in separate strains rather than a single hybrid strain. The capsule market has become competitive lately, and most brands are releasing an Indica and a Sativa to choose from. They are also offering them cheaper; I’ve purchased capsules for $15/50 mg at several dispensaries before discounts. Unfortunately with times being what they are, I have to follow the deals to be able to afford my medication. Once the economy returns to something resembling normal? I’m a Raspberry Roots customer for life!

I asked for a 1/4 of flower and when I got home it was only a 1/8 so I called them and the manager said to bring it back so they can check it out, so I did, just for him to say he can't do anything until his manager looks at the video. Not to mention before even looking at the video he accused me of pinching the bag. Could've saved me time telling me they can't do anything until reviewing the video and saved me a trip.

Friendly staff, good location, quality products.

The identification card checker and my main budtender who met me @ the pickup window Monday evening, (Labor Day ‘23) were great. Raspberry roots had a 30 percent off Labor Day sale. Despite this, I was trying to practice discipline. To my surprise, there was a problem with my online order. What made it worse, was it was out of my control, it was an inside problem, made by whoever made the sale nd fixed the website. They deserved the “disgust vibes,” I was given by the supervisor when my budtender went to get help. I ended up telling my budtender to just remove the issues, it’s not that serious. But I don’t appreciate them trying to make me feel bad about selecting options they allowed on their website. If it’s not an option, don’t make it one, simple. Ill be falling back from this dispensary for a while, theres too many others.

I love this chain of dispensaries. The staff is welcoming and friendly. My favorite product is the pink guava gummies. They taste link pink starburst. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience! First time using pick up and it went very smoothly.

Reading some of these reviews is pretty funny, but the man who complained about his ID be an expired, sir you had time to fix your ID. Be honest with you you’re complaining about not being sold marijuana you shouldn’t even be driving so he’s literally just need to turn your self about your license be an expired.. good luck going to any other dispensary legally Emco will bust them for letting someone who has an expire ID into a dispensary is a violation of the rules.

Great Store! The Budtenders are great and the customer service here is amazing! I never feel rushed or overcrowded with the new space they opened up! This will definitely be my regular spot!
