Great dispensary, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always has exactly what I need.

Friendly staff, good location, quality products.

I asked for a 1/4 of flower and when I got home it was only a 1/8 so I called them and the manager said to bring it back so they can check it out, so I did, just for him to say he can't do anything until his manager looks at the video. Not to mention before even looking at the video he accused me of pinching the bag. Could've saved me time telling me they can't do anything until reviewing the video and saved me a trip.

Reading some of these reviews is pretty funny, but the man who complained about his ID be an expired, sir you had time to fix your ID. Be honest with you you’re complaining about not being sold marijuana you shouldn’t even be driving so he’s literally just need to turn your self about your license be an expired.. good luck going to any other dispensary legally Emco will bust them for letting someone who has an expire ID into a dispensary is a violation of the rules.

This place continues to advertise and allows one to purchase for pick up, $2 prerolls. In addition, when made aware of their false advertisement, they will contact the customer via phone or email, blame their false advertisement on the customer. They report the cite has been taken down, however, I can still order $2 prerolls for pick up. Not impressed with their customer service or quality of their product. Fortunately, there are many shops in the community that practice good customer service, and quality product. This place is not one of them. Don’t waste your time or money with them!

The identification card checker and my main budtender who met me @ the pickup window Monday evening, (Labor Day ‘23) were great. Raspberry roots had a 30 percent off Labor Day sale. Despite this, I was trying to practice discipline. To my surprise, there was a problem with my online order. What made it worse, was it was out of my control, it was an inside problem, made by whoever made the sale nd fixed the website. They deserved the “disgust vibes,” I was given by the supervisor when my budtender went to get help. I ended up telling my budtender to just remove the issues, it’s not that serious. But I don’t appreciate them trying to make me feel bad about selecting options they allowed on their website. If it’s not an option, don’t make it one, simple. Ill be falling back from this dispensary for a while, theres too many others.

I love this chain of dispensaries. The staff is welcoming and friendly. My favorite product is the pink guava gummies. They taste link pink starburst. Highly recommend!

Quality in house grown flower, delicious gummies made right in house also! Customer service always on point, and I love redeeming loyalty points for products! Hands down, my favorite establishment.

service is great, staff is always friendly and informational. atmosphere is great, really cool looking shop and they give you a one on one experience which I think makes it less stressful when choosing product. unfortunately, the last two times I've gotten flower, the buds are really spongy and still pretty wet. really disappointing since I prefer their products over most dispensaries.

Always had a good experience but recently I’ve been getting a lot of leaves like they’re not being trimmed at all.
