I go to see Ty and for a specific concentrate!!! Ty is awesome and so incredibly helpful and i will wait just to have her help me out.

I love this place. It's always clean and organized. Great deals an great product. I have only had one negotiate experience at this location. it wasn't the product or the prices but one of the female staff members was Extremely rude.. Luckily I have not see her there since. I continue to go back because everyone else is the Bee's Knee's 🤗

The worst service I've receive at any dispensary. I stood in line waiting to get to the area to make a selection for several minutes which is fine but when it should have been "my turn" I was ignored by all 3 people working and several people git served next to me that had been behind me. I know i wasn't the pretty girls you were wanting to talk to but this was bullshit. I don't mind waiting in line but to be ignored when I get to the counter is really unacceptable. I go to the one in bville usually but I think I'm done with reup all together after this

Still training some of the newer budtenders not to misgender me and it's a work in progress, but they're so darn EXCELLENT about not deadnaming me or correcting themselves and it's high key 10/10 on visible effort. They really do put in the effort to keep my needs as a patient and a person in mind which is extremely helpful with my ADHD. I come in frequently enough that a few of the budtenders have actually removed products new hires were suggesting because it would be ineffective for me and they knew so. Everyone is exceptionally helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of. Don't forget your rewards points! Ask them about it, I was on a mental lock with my aspergers all the way until someone ELSE explained it to me and it made sense. They've managed to assist me even while visibly showing symptoms, stuttering, anxiety attacks starting- I ain't religious but I know if I go nonverbal someone's faith is gonna get tested hard, and I have no doubts even if I do at some point they'll still handle it professionally and compassionately.

I loved the atmosphere it was really clean and smelled great and despite what is going on in the world today, they where super busy, yet very informative and the willingness to help was overwhelming. And the amount of information the young lady gave me was quite shocking. Great to see knowledgeable young people doing well in the cannibbis business. I definitely found a new home to come and get my goodies , and will be sending my many friends too.
