Roots has been my go to dispensary for a couple of months now. The bud tenders are always very helpful and sincere AND I'm always pleasantly surprised when I get home and have a pre roll or two in my bag. Today, however, I had a bud tender that I'd never seen and he seemed annoyed to be helping me. Ugh.

The staff at Roots are Awesome. The pre-rolls are the bomb and the prices for flower are awesome too. Very clean too.

After visiting here a few times, I’ve realized that their selection is sub par compared to DOA. My first time ever inside a dispensary was at roots, I let the employees know it was my first time and that I would need assistance. My bud tender didn’t really help much, she just pointed to the shelves on the wall full of jars of weed and said “so this is our weed” and then just kinda stared blankly at me. The second time I came here I was overcharged, my budtender again, was not very knowledgeable about the product. Definitely not a dispensary I’d be loyal to by any means.
