I have been in a love affair with Remedy for some time now. Let me tell you why: (in no particular order) 1. convenience: located perfectly in the middle of my suburban kingdom. Dobbin Road 2. deals: I am serious when I say that Remedy has the best deals. I brag to my friends all the time and they too have become Remedy customers. 3. the staff: Remedy has the best staff. Everyone is pretty friendly at dispensaries I have found but Remedy just has a little something extra. 4. selection: in addition to their exclusive deluxe Cookie wall, they have the finest mmj products in all the land. So you get the point. Honorable mention: when the storefront is open (thanks COVID) the music is always perfect.

Remedi was my first dispensary that I have visited and will probably be my last or at least most consistent because they have the most deals and best people. Everyday they have great deals.

I had the best experience at Remedy Columbia. Its a bit of a drive, but I will be going back. Rachael was awesome. Lots of questions and she was absolutely very patient with me.

Greeted with a smile and on sale greeted with ultimate respect and willing to help with the process. Their greeter went above and beyond to help me Due to my disability. There bud tenders are very knowledgeable and their stock is tremendous. A little high on price but you get quality

Very safe, and secure, but friendly atmosphere! Helpful, and knowledgeable; the 30 minute drive was definitely worth it.

Most are very helpful and will always help. I have had a couple of server be a little off putting when asked questions.

I got the attention i needed in making my first choices for using cbd/ thc etc. Erica was an excellent receptionist and helped me by gently explaining processes. The lady sales rep answered my corny questions, and explained a great deal to me but kept info plain and understandable. She told me to take my time. I will be back to try more. She made some great recommendations. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the smiles. Thanks

I love this place I went to another disclosed location and I felt rushed but Jett has helped me the past 2 times at remedy and I honestly think she’s my best friend always great suggestions and i guess I get excited when she’s my budtender cause she has such on par suggestions couldn’t b happier when I get home every time

Nice atmosphere and quick service which is nice when chemotherapy nausea is in full force.

Where do I begin... For starters the entire Remedy staff exhibited and still exhibits what true customer service is. My first experience at remedy was very personable and now am greeted on a first name basis. One of the staff members, I believe his name is Andrew not only took the time to teach me why various strains are different but helped me find what was appropriate for me. One thing that stood out the most was when Andrew and another Remedy staff member saw me alone at a Civil march for African American awareness at the Columbian Mall, pulled me aside and said join us. It was then that I knew what family was even if I was not part of the Remedy store. I continue to look forward to seeing the entire Remedy staff especially in times like these where nothing is certain. But, one thing that I know will always be certain is that when I go to Remedy I feel; recognized and appreciated. You guys rock and in my opinion are just as much hero's as are first responders. This location is very convenient for me. It took a number of visits before I became comfortable. Modern enough, clean. Some of their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Not very customer service oriented. Staff does not interact with you much unless you are assigned to them. They do the 22% Military discount Amen! This is why I go back! I have a few staff who are good to me there.

I have been here several times and it is an excellent choice for your medication needs. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's less that 15 minutes from my house and easy to find. Rachael was a great to work with during my last visit :-)
