Remedi was my first dispensary that I have visited and will probably be my last or at least most consistent because they have the most deals and best people. Everyday they have great deals.

I had the best experience at Remedy Columbia. Its a bit of a drive, but I will be going back. Rachael was awesome. Lots of questions and she was absolutely very patient with me.

Greeted with a smile and on sale greeted with ultimate respect and willing to help with the process. Their greeter went above and beyond to help me Due to my disability. There bud tenders are very knowledgeable and their stock is tremendous. A little high on price but you get quality

Where do I begin... For starters the entire Remedy staff exhibited and still exhibits what true customer service is. My first experience at remedy was very personable and now am greeted on a first name basis. One of the staff members, I believe his name is Andrew not only took the time to teach me why various strains are different but helped me find what was appropriate for me. One thing that stood out the most was when Andrew and another Remedy staff member saw me alone at a Civil march for African American awareness at the Columbian Mall, pulled me aside and said join us. It was then that I knew what family was even if I was not part of the Remedy store. I continue to look forward to seeing the entire Remedy staff especially in times like these where nothing is certain. But, one thing that I know will always be certain is that when I go to Remedy I feel; recognized and appreciated. You guys rock and in my opinion are just as much hero's as are first responders. I called about a price that I saw in one of their advertisements and I was told that they would honor the price until certain strain sold out. I ordered and once arrived (40+ miles) was told something totally different. In this case I would’ve given no stars but it made you give one to leave your review. I recently moved so I guess it’s time for me to look at the dispensaries in my area, customer service is everything!

This used to be the best dispensary in Columbia now it’s the most expensive. Not sure why?? Greenhouse wellness is right around the corner and the prices are amazing for the same products , Curio for 60 bucks?? Cmon man

Most are very helpful and will always help. I have had a couple of server be a little off putting when asked questions.

I visit this dispensary frequently and have never been disappointed. The staff is always speedy, friendly, and welcoming. Their deals are absolutely fantastic are easy to understand. Thank you Remedy for being my favorite dispensary.

I absolutely love this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they take care of you asap.

Remedy has been my go to dispensary for 2 years. Although I have only been inside 2x due to the pandemic, their curbside system is fantastic. All the bud-tenders are very knowledgeable and can assist with finding the right product for your needs. I come here about 2x a week on average and I’m always pleased. It’s an added bonus that the staff can identify my car upon arrival and that they extended their ours to 10pm. If you’re looking for a great dispensary that is low-key, tons of variety, great prices and discounts, friendly atmosphere, then this is it! -CG

I came in today without anything particular in mind and Nate walked me through the store stock and explained everything to me in great detail. The staff and atmosphere Remedy Columbia has is the reason I keep coming back!
