Vicki, Aaron, Mike, Mike, Robbie..I'm sorry if I missed anyone else!! You guys are great!!! THEY HAVE GREAT NEW PRODUCT EVERY DAY!!! Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I was so happy to see their menu yesterday, fully stocked, sales etc. SALES EVERYDAY TOO!!! HAD AN AWESOME END TO MY DAY YESTERDAY BY STOPPING BY REV!!! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF WHO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE AT REV THAT MUCH BETTER!!!

I usually purchase from here weekly, but my most recent purchase from Fresh Pond was disappointing. I purchased a half ounce, and they gave me 2 normal eighths and then two small bud eighths with out the price break. Still good bud, fine people, but they said there is a disclaimer on their site and they would not credit me for the difference in price. Buyer beware.

Hands down my favorite dispensary. Always engaging and knowledgeable budtenders. Great quality and best loyalty program full stop. High-ly recommend. Each budtender Rocks.

Best Dispensary around is Revolutionary Clinics in Cambridge. I have visited several Dispensaries and I have to say that I always end back up at Revolutionary in Cambridge. Very friendly and very helpful.

This was my second time visiting Revolutionary Clinics, I cannot say enough good things about them. I was helped by Andrew and Greg, both of whom were able to answer all of my questions, ensuring I left with thorough knowledge of what I was purchasing. All of the product Ive purchased has been of excellent quality (I recommend the Black Mamba flower and vape cartridges). Friendly, clean atmosphere, and the staff were quick to go out of their way to make sure I had a stress-free experience. Best dispensary I’ve visited.

I been coming to Rev now for months and it is definitely one of my go to's for flower and carts. Recently their flower has been really dry and while I was pretty disappointed with a few of my purchases, it seemes they have been getting on the issue (the Bootylicious I purchased about a week ago was good and pretty moist). One of the main things that keep me coming back is their staff. Andrew at the front desk is always nice and in high spirits and some of my favorite budtenders Gary and Jazmine really know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with. The entire staff always leaves me feeling great and gives me all the info I need so for that you guys rock! :)

Gary P. was my budtender at the Fresh Pond location & he was extremely kind (I’m still a seedling), so it made for a very comfortable & welcoming atmosphere overall. He helped me where I needed & was informative in other strain selections when looking for a specific desired effect. Thank you, Gary P.! I’d previously been to the Somerville location & had a great 1st & 2nd dispensary experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful & kind

This is a beautiful, well-run, efficient and uncrowded dispensary. Their stuff is top notch, however, TBH I keep having to return one particular indica vape cart because it jams. But each time, staff there is helpful and understanding and cheerfully replaces and/or refunds. Joe and Jen were great. I have been to pretty much every dispensary in the area, and this is the one I keep coming back to.

Was helped by budtender Gary P. yesterday. He, and everyone else I encountered were fantastic. Usually I go to the Somerville location, but, they had sold out of the strain I was seeking. Somerville called Cambridge for me, and they confirmed they had just enough left, so I headed over to Fawcett. Both locations are awesome. Everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable, and it's tough to beat the first time patient $200 discount. Loyalty points, plus reusing a previous purchase discreet pouch saved $65 on a $170 order. Either location you will be satisfied. I only wish we lived closer to the locations, to attend the workshops. I travel from Pembroke because I enjoy Rev Clinic so much.

I did a great review yesterday under “DIG-IT but Leafly won’t let me in. So I feel bad that I forgot to tell you how great the website is for especially first time users. I like it because it shows the product, what it is (Sativa, Hybrid, indica, oil and so on. Gives pricing, and also tells you what the product is used for. This will be my place. I might check out a couple of other dispensary’s, but just like a Doctor you grow fond of, that makes you feel comfortable, and doesn’t make you feel dumb for not knowing something. I do have a Great Doctor like that. When I’m comfortable, I will be loyal and tell everyone I know, especially new comers. When asked, I will proudly say Revolutionary Clinics. So if you want my opinion, Revolutionary is what I will rave about. I’ll try not to send any “Drama Queens “. My other post under (DIG-IT) told about my first encounter with (my advocate) or “Budtender” sorry, I like Advocate better. I was so comfortable, he took the time to answer my questions, understand what I was looking at (I did a bit of research on the website Which is great, much better than others) I had my items I was interested in and also items that I didn’t quite understand. Buy the time I was leaving I felt much more comfortable. I must give a huge SHOUTOUT to my advocate (budtender) GregB. At the FreshPond store. I can’t say enough about his knowledge, patience and kindness. I love to learn, he gave me information and I really appreciate him. Thank you Greg! Dianne

Joe was excellent in helping me find what i need in the medicine im looking for. He was very patient and friendly. Also he helped me to find what would work best for me. I highly recommend this location, everyone here is great!

Rev Clinics continue to have a great selection of strains and products, and the overall vibe is relaxed. Plus, the staff is amazing: friendly and knowledgable. Joe assisted me on my last visit and was a huge help. They are not the closest dispensary to me, but they are by far my favorite in the area.

This was my first dispensary experience and I was so pleasantly surprised. Joe was super helpful. He explained so much to me and made me feel very comfortable with what I was trying and buying. He was friendly and welcoming. This location is going to be my go-to because Joe!

Got delivery from the Fresh Pond dispensary and it was a great experience. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the whole transaction was super easy and convenient. Jamil T from the RevClinics team was super helpful and provided great service.

This place is absolute TRASH! No communication, show up 10 minutes early with no one in line to get an 1/8 and it wouldn’t be ready for at least 20 minutes. Awful customer service.

Delivery Team is AWESOME!!! I had a delivery before my birthday AND it came earlier than expected by a very nice girl and her driver. She was super nice, loved her colorful shoes and it's great to see a female on the road for a change. You guys rock!

I've been getting my products through Rev Clinics for years and always have a great experience. I was helped today by Tina, Alex, and Dom, just three of their amazing staff. Their delivery team is great too, and with their Rev access program I earn points and always get free delivery!

I love this dispensary so much. Every single delivery I have had is awesome. The people handling the deliveries are kind, efficient, and quick to help you use your discounts. I'm a socially awkward idiot and didn't get the name of my delivery people today, but I want to say an extra Thank you! I have a disability and often need to walk with a cane, and these guys never make me feel bad for it, and they are always quick to help when I need it. When it comes to the flower - it is hard to find ANYTHING in the Lowell area to match it! Quality stuff. Quality staff. Quality place.
