Great location on Tropicana a fung-shea sorta flow to it. Love this place not only local discount but also military discount. Michelle usually takes care of me she is very knowledgeable the pot has changed a lot in the 50 years and I am glad for her guidance ask for Michelle tell her Greg sent you stay heavy

I have been here alot in the past, hasn't been for a a little bit, went recently.....horrible. First I get my usual. Jupiter OG concentrate, which is usually fire. I get home and open it and it's nasty, black, hard as rock, brittle and tastes like dog poo. It was late, so I just called the this morning, before writing a bad review, hoping they could correct the situation for me. The girl told me the manager says all says are final but we will make it up to you next time by giving you a free preroll for a dollar!! Well i get a free, old, stale, nasty pre roll that runs when I spark it. No thanks Essence, you just lost a major customer. No integrity, your loss.

Favorite shop and they have cannabiotix

This used to be my favorite dispensary. The last two times I went here, the service wasn't that good. The budtenders were friendly enough, but the service part fell short. The first time, it seemed to me like the budtender was pushing different strains on me, even though I told him I know pretty much specifically what I wanted. Then when I left he texted me saying that he made a mistake in my order and shorted me an item. When I went in tonight, the person who helped me didn't use the tablet to take my order. When I went to the register, he didn't remember what I told him and I had to go back and forth to have him bring me the correct items. I will return here and I hope I get one of the budtenders that I really enjoy dealing with. I do hope they continue to improve on the customer service part of the business.

I’ve been coming here for awhile and have yet to be disappointed. Sometimes the lines get long but it’s because the employees actually take their time helping you if you have questions and don’t make you feel rushed. Even though there’s a dispensary closer to my house, I go out of my way to come here, you guys are great!

The people at this location are incredibly nice and helpful. Michelle patiently explained the different types of marijuana and how they work. Michelle was so patient, kind, friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for her I would have had no idea what to purchase. Also the receptionist and other personnel couldn't have been nicer. I am very grateful for this dispensers.

This dispensary is my first encounter with a dispensary, I thought it was such a wonderful transition from my state approval and into Essence, being awarded with a 10% total discount upon my first purchase was seriously wonderful and I was EXCELLENTLY serviced by Vincent! Vincent was very friendly knowledgeable and personable! It was a joy to learn and become educated with some familiarities of medical marijuana I have. I think I bought the best stuff for me!
