I went here for the first time (first time at a dispensary period) a month ago. Everyone was so nice and really patient with me since my anxiety was through the roof. I just went back yesterday and had the same lovely experience. There are dispensaries closer to me but I will continue to visit Essence West frequently!

Awesome! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that your purchase is exactly what you are looking for at the time of your visit.

great location

This is my favorite dispensary. The product and prices are great. However, they really need to work on keeping menu information accurate. I can understand the challenge in keeping online menus updated, but often once I'm there I'll select something listed on their in house menu screen only to find out once they check the back that they're out or only selling grams. This leads to confusion and errors.

Great service and location huge selection

The people at this location are incredibly nice and helpful. Michelle patiently explained the different types of marijuana and how they work. Michelle was so patient, kind, friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for her I would have had no idea what to purchase. Also the receptionist and other personnel couldn't have been nicer. I am very grateful for this dispensers.

Kind of out of my way, because I live on East Tropicana. Overall, I have a great experience every time I actually do get to visit. Knowledgeable staff and great selection for anybody who is a patient. I would recommend this location to a friend or first time patient.

Was seriously disappointed in the selection, bystanders and staff were very standoffish and not very " friendly". It wasn't a horrible experience but it wasn't anything to grab my attention and make me Return. Sorry but I won't be returning.
