One of my favorites in my area. Service is super specialised and dedicated. Love their system so you basically have a personal shopper right there with you on your side of the display case, tablet in hand. Felt very comfortable asking personal questions because the staff was so professional. It's bright and clean, great specials and definitely the best new patient swag bag I've gotten! :D

This is the first dispensary I have been in Vegas and cannot imagine going to any other one since this locaction is compared to the best ones I have been in Colorado. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the meds I needed for my different conditions. I am extremely satisfied with this well-rounded facility and staff.

Drove 82 miles one way to secure a strain I can not get locally. The employee put the incorrect items in my bag. I called and the manager was helpful. I do not wish to, nor should I be expected drive 164 miles to correct this mistake. I've been assured they will find a solution. I appreciate a company that desires to correct an issue not blow someone off.

Dorian helped my girl and I get some prerolls of what we liked plus a cool deal and discounts for locals. She asked if they had cookies unfortunately they were out but he did recommend the gummies which was the same and gave us an extra for being loyal customers for them. Love this place for a damn good reason.

Nice and helpful staff. Very laid back environment. Quality products. In and out quickly. Locals discount. Rewards program. What else could you ask for?!?

Great location. Probably the coolest Essence of the three. The service was very friendly once I got there but the girl who answered the phone was a little rude and when I asked her if they were on the East or West side of Jones, she literally said "I don't have that information." She had to ask someone but still came back with the wrong answer. Employees should know basic stuff like that.

Long wait times, some staff members are a little condescending. My first couple of visits were nice but has really gone downhill since. There are generally a couple strains here which are very high quality but overall service is disappointing. I definitely feel more welcome elsewhere.

DEALS ARE GONE! I used to love coming here for their daily 25$ eighths, but now over the past month they have gotten rid of their deals. They have also capped out the max discount from 30% to 20%. And on top of this they no longer have 3 shelves of flower. It used to be premium, too shelf, and the lower shelf. Now they have moved all the lower shelf product to the middle shelf bumping their price up along with it. Text deals no longer last all day, now you have to go during popup events that last for 3 hours max. I used to love this place because it was local friendly, but now they want to slash deals and maximize profit while giving the customer the finger. It's a shame, was shopping here for over a year now I'm going elsewhere.

Deanna did it again. She recommended Birthday Cake pre roll and a new strain (new company Desert Grown) OG Story and both are fabulous. The Birthday Cake is very tasty and actually smells a little like cake! Very nice. I am currently enjoying the OG Story very much. I am relaxed but focused. I'll look fwd to trying other strains from this company. Thanks again Deanna!!

Came in and waited 45 minutes to be seen when literally every person that came in after me were seen. Literally the entire waiting room (which was very hot) including those who were waiting because there weren't any seats left. The rep added something to my order when I was simply asking about it which is an understandable mistake. Additionally, to make things worse, my medicine was incorrectly given to me. I asked for an 1/8th of one strain (sativa) and was given an 1/8th of another strain (indica) but still had the strain information print out for the sativa strain that I asked for. The entire experience was undesireable and inexcusable.

I have been in the tropicana location two or three times and the experience was very pleasant . I have ( some ) good experiences with the delivery and I have had some bad experiences with the Tropicana store delivering bad vapor pens that separated from the vapor pen housing where it was suppose to be sealed . I also purchased some Keaf to be delivered to me and when I got iT I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED !!! The staff in the dispensaries are good although I believe every employee and user gives ( Subjective ) opinions regarding their knowledge or lack of knowledge tends to show in the product being explained you kind of get the feeling that the sales person/user of the cannabis product can only testify to the response that different strains produces various different bodily reactions or Biological Chemical Receptor Reaction ( BCRR ) .
