RISE Dispensaries Joppa (Med)

Incredibly professional and thorough operation. After it became known that I was not only a first time dispensary visit but also my first visit to Rise, I was showered with t-shirts, stickers, discounts, and attention. The budtender was incredibly patient with me as I asked probably 1,000 questions. I left with not only a great product but a wealth of knowledge as well. I think this will be the only one I ever visit!

Very lax, and professional bud tenders...if the two are possible, they made it happen. Always have my favorites in stock! And quick service.

RISE was such a great first dispensary experience--the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they explained each of the cannabis consumption methods to me so I could understand how the products worked. I will definitely be back soon!

Kyle at Rise Joppa is gah damn amazing. I trust his advice every time, have never been disappointed. Just got home with a bag Kyle packed up for me to pick up, it’s all perfect.

Easy sign in for first time customers. Waiting area was slightly cramped (on a Friday late afternoon) but the front desk clerk was super friendly and fast at processing the paperwork. Once they let you in to the point of sale area....wooooowww! I was very impressed by the one-on-one customer service!!!! I was seated at the glass display counter with a knowledgeable and confident bud-tender. She welcomed me and asked some questions about my dosing preferences and level of comfort. I really appreciated this because it showed that she cared about her job and me as a patient. I selected a tincture from The Feel Collection called Feel Relaxed (indica) because she said other patients with my needs had success with it. I found it to have a pleasant and mild taste. The packaging states that it’s a “pathway to peacefulness”, and it absolutely lived up to that expectation. Highly recommended for micro-dosing. I also asked her to surprise me with a pre-roll and she selected Air Force One by gLeaf. Great quality, also highly recommend, VERY high odor, mild unoffending taste. Thanks Rise

pricey compared to other local dispensaries. didnt offer a rewords program on first visit. most products are sealed for purchase. not much to be able to view/smell awesome staff.

I usually go to another location closer to home and product is always fresh and never dry. The items from RISE were not dry, like another review said. Good experience, very helpful staff. Not everyone in the back says hello like the place closer to home. Not sure if they all interact? My budtender was super nice and very helpful. When in this area, will come back.

Prices were a little high... deals were ok on friday.. they said they do change day to day

First of I would like to give five stars for customer service,I had taken a set amount of money to spend to make my purchase,when I arrived that had this awesome deal going which my set amount of money was $5.00 shorter than my purchase and the awesome bud tender,(I can’t recall her name,she has jet black hair and wears glasses)not only allowed me to make the purchase she also recommended one of my new personal favs Mai Tai.

My favorite place in this area. Great staff, super fast service. No sitting around in a waiting area for a 1/2 an hr. or more like some places. Their prices are a little bit more expensive as far as flower goes but with all the daily deals you get it for the same price as everywhere else. My only complaint would be they don't tell you any %'s on any of the products on the web. But that may be more of a weedmaps and leafly issue.

First time here. Great curbside service. I picked up some Black Afghan by Rythm. Produced a relaxing effect that was perfect for the evening.

I wish they had more supply of things I could cook with.
