RISE Dispensaries King of Prussia

😡👎🏻 I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! They made a mistake on the site!!! I wasted my time and money and they should have homered the price that was clearly on the site!!! I have a picture with proof and still they had nothing to say…HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE🤦🏼‍♀️🤷‍♀️😡 And it’s a shame cause other than that I used to like the place but that shit just ain’t right!!!!!! So unfortunately I discourage anyone from going there…just sayin.

They need to get their check in procedure in order. Everytime I come here there is a problem. And they know exactly who I am when I walk in... like come on! Three people came and went as I stood there bc no one knows how to process a new caregiver card after the previous one expired. I’m beyond over Rise. And the people at the check in computer always say “oh the system is slow today.”... No, it’s not the computer.

I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous. S/O to the Rise crew in KOP! Keep setting the tone doing what ya'll do!

More expensive than any other dispensaries in the area for the same products. They even charge more for certain strains for no reason when they are all the same price at other dispensaries. Terrible parking lot and an even worse security at the front with a terrible attitude.

Great selection of product and great customer service. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great menu & Quick Service

First time here and will definitely be the last. They should mention several things on their website such as ATM has a $300 limit. Would’ve been really helpful to know that before driving out to KOP. Secondly, they will charge $1 for a bag to carry your items in-Also would’ve been really helpful to know ahead of time. Why not give a free bag to 1st time patients or patients who spend over a certain amount? I placed my order online but when I got there they didn’t have a record of it. They just seemed very disorganized The point system/loyalty program they tried to get me to sign up for was a joke- one point for every dollar spent and once you reach 100 points you get…$3 off. Yeah I’ll pass cuz I know I won’t be back With all the other dispensaries around the area, I don’t really see a need to return to Rise

I love the experience at Rise - King of Prussia! They have a great array of products, and a very clean layout. The service has been accommodating during the pandemic. They are offering a quick pick up ordering service through their online platform iHeartJane! I am excited to see more Rythm products hitting their shelves soon!

This is my go-to dispensary. I live in Delco, but I don't mind making the trip to get the quality I desire. They carry a lot Rythm, which is my favorite brand. They always have a full menu. They may be a little pricey, but you pay for quality. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and you get great service. The guard is cantankerous, but he's not rude at all and you can build a rapport with him if you're a frequent flyer. Inside is clean and spacious, plenty of room to social distance. I only had one negative experience when I was given the wrong cart (my fault for not checking before I left) and had to return the next day, but they took care of it quickly and painlessly - Every one makes mistakes sometimes. I really love it here, and always look forward to returning.
