I don't like going there.nothing is ever the same.prices depend on who rings you up.some would give me a disabled discount and others would not unless I told them to check with the boss.way overpriced.

A bad dispensary, and a simply uncomfortable place to be, especially if you are suffering. Front desk guy is a huge jerk. Online menu inaccurate and lacking detail. Will drive miles out of my way to spend my MMM (medical marijuana money) somewhere more organized and aware of how their dreadful choice of the customers 1st contact can destroy their entire customer experience.

this clinic does not give a 10% discount for social security customers.....and they don't use the point system......which also saves money...bottom line I would not return here I did find this out until I changed clinics....that they were over charging me

answered a cell phone call while being helped by a patient consultant. Rather than being asked to wrap up the call by the PCT,  I was approached by the security and told to hang up.  I have a TBI (tramatic brain injury) and PTSD. I was on the phone with my caregiver so that she could help me pick out medicine and ease my stress while being helped. The PCT was not aware of my condition, however, if she asked me to get off my phone or step aside I would have and also would have let her know who I was talking to and why. A patient care tech's job goes above and beyond your average customer care rep.  Dispensary patients have debilitating illness/conditions that require a level of understanding and compassion which this particular consultant didn't afford me. By unnessarily involving the security guard, I was humiliated and thrown into a tailspin all day (side effect from my brain injury).. No one should be treated this way. The way in which my phone call was handled was excessive. More in line with what you might expect in a courthouse or jail, not a place that is supposed to be helping patients purchase medicine.

Overpriced (GTI products are cheaper at competitive stores). Constantly out of stock of products. Staff is unaware of product selections and menu. It seems that staff is improperly trained. Except for “Cow”, he is 1 in a million.

From the dudes that let me in, to the people that help me at their areas, this place is great! The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they have available. They are not afraid to say “I don’t know” and then ask someone who does if you have a question about something. I think I have done business with all the staff.They give suggestions and don’t push any specific product. They make me feel better and never judge. They are all great, and are greatly appreciated.

The dispensary is professional and beautifully designed the staff was helpful going out of their way all the time to please the customer I never leave unsatisfied I've been to many dispensaries and let me tell you a lot of them are far out crazy one has bulletproof glass door to enter then it closes while you're trapped in between two of them the other one opens to let you out and I'm claustrophobic then the bud tenders are behind bulletproof glass here your one on one with a regular person a person that has their card and knows all the products and they fight to keep prices low they've given me A price match from another dispensary they like $20 slide in till the next time then I paid it back they work with you know the products are professionals with courtesy dignity and plain out awesome people special thanks to Evan and Mike they always know what strain for what problem they're very knowledgeable although everyone there is and they do every step with you hold your hand during the process I would not go to any other dispensary even when one opens up closer to me I am still going to go all the way out here and hour Drive each way with my fake hip hurting but knowing when I get there everyone is friendly and kind and caring and compassionate if you try this dispensary I guarantee you will not regret it thank you THE CLINIC MUNDELEIN they also fight for legal medicinal marijuana they fight for our rights because they are us peace out from chi-town TRIX.

My experience at the Mundelein store was extraordinary! Professional, dignified, all employees were so knowledgeable I couldn’t STAND it! That means it was a terrific cool. My bud- tenders was off the hook in completely understanding my needs, has started me out slow, and now after a second visit, I feel much more adventurous on this pain journey. After lots of just CBD oils, my pain is almost gone after 8 years of arthritis and osteoporosis. Don’t EVER hesitate to visit this group of beautiful people who care so much about..........just YOU!

Extremely over priced and my RSO oil I waited for an hr and a half standing on 420 was hard and can barely get it out the tube . I can barely afford meds so this is devastating to me . Very unhappy gonna change dispensaries I cant even afford to shop here anyway then go get s deal and it’s bad so not cool . Plus these bud tenders don’t know what’s good for patients .

LOVE. Love for their patients, love to help and love what they do! I have never had a bad experience at The Clinic Mundelein...EVER! They take their time with you, explain things to you, answer any question you may have, no matter how ridiculous it may seem. Thank you to the entire staff for what you do and how much you all have helped me find ways to deal with my everyday pain so I can enjoy everyday life!!!! Teresa

After going here for 3 months I can without a doubt say that the people who worked at this location before Jan 1 are awesome. However the store management has decided to play strange games with their online menus. When called out on it I was told that I am a liar yet here I am with screen shots to prove they dont offer all of the product on hand to medical but instead randomly will offer a product only on the recreational menu. The most recent issues being there was flower listed for rec but not medical and then last night/this morning they are offering a particular brand/strain of a vape product however this product on the medical side is less potent than the product being offered to recreational. I was told this is impossible and that I am a liar. The screenshots dont lie just the store manager. This location has the highest prices of all rise locations in illinois and claim to have the least supply. Consistently bringing in sativa strains instead of indica because sativa sells better to recreational customers. Everything about this location has become terrible. All that said I love the people who worked here before the 1st. They know me by name and treat me like a friend. The location/store manager would do well to learn from those under him how to better serve his customers and employees.

I just received my card in the mail and went to the Clinic. It was everything I ever thought it would be, the prices are reasonable, the budtenders are knowledgeable without pressuring you to buy a certain strain, it smells GREAT in there, I could go on and on about why I will go back. If you're looking for a dispensary this is the place to go

Location and Space: New construction, stand-alone building. Safe, convenient parking and nicely appointed interior. Customer Service: Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating Products: Their selection is great and the quality is typically top shelf. To sum up: A safe, relaxed atmosphere in a nice space with excellent products and knowledgeable patient care techs.

Awesome! This was my first trip to a dispensary and while I understand that many people are understandably frustrated by lines, waiting and medicine selling out (Kool-Aid Kush sold out right as I was called to the counter to choose my medications, making it impossible for me to get, but luckily I did manage to get the other two strains I wanted to try), I can't fault The Clinic Mundelein for those issues. They're simply dealing with the newness of the program and getting their sea legs and doing an admirable job of it, in my opinion. The dispensary itself is small but nicely put together (it reminds me of a combination of a high-end yoga studio and a Lululemon store; nothing pretentious about it, just classy and slick but still somehow bohemian). The waiting room is well-stocked with drinks and small snacks, the staff is courteous, helpful and friendly and the entire process was straightforward and simple, from the moment I walked in the door. I ended up getting Purple Urkle (Goldleaf label) and X-Wing (Rythm label) at the advice of the lovely gal who helped me at the counter, both of which have been great choices (I'm particularly loving X-Wing and will definitely be buying more of it). Unfortunately, The Clinic Mundelein is 1.5-2 hours away from me, so once the dispensary that's set to open 15 minutes from my house gets their approval, I'll likely be changing my dispensary of choice (since we're only allowed to choose one). But that's not a reflection of The Clinic. I would happily stay here if the drive wasn't so long (when you're in chronic pain, even a somewhat reasonable commute becomes much more difficult) as I love the staff, the atmosphere and the medicine.

They avoid their standard discounts for seniors, vets, etc. by listing items as Specials at full retail. Examples include their Pax pods at $65 which is identical to full list price at other dispensaries which also discount. This is inexcusable. Beware of their pricing, especially is you qualify for discounts.

Been coming here for almost 2 years and it’s like family! Great place very knowledgeable staff!

Finally got my card in July. I chose The Clinic because there is nothing by me in McHenry at the moment and I went to the open house they had just before it opened. The waiting room is comfy when not full and waits aren't long. The staff is great! The product is top notch. Gorrila Glue #4 is amazing! The prices aren't bad but I've seen slightly cheaper at further dispensaries.

I I absolutely LOVE this place! All the folks here are so knowledgeable, friendly, and for me is always a great experience. Very nice, clean beautiful facility. Lounge is cool and even has water and snacks. Bathrooms are very nice and ALWAYS kept clean as well. At times I just hang out, as they really make you feel like family, and we are all part of that entire family/culture that is ‘ The Clinic Mundelein’. At least that is how they make me feel. Jami, Cow, Marlene (Boss Mom), JT, Anna, Kevin, and I know I am missing some but they are ALL so helpful! Whether I have questions, need advice, am curious, or whatever I need for all my health issues they are always quick to help. If they are not as knowledgeable on certain items, they will ask a co-worker and before you know it, you have several patient specialists offering to assist you. This place truly rocks! From my very first time walking in the door, they made it very easy and comfortable. It’s truly been a blessing for me, and life changer to be able to use The Clinic. Because of these fins guys, and gals my quality of life has improved tremendously, and I couldn’t have done it without your help. So for that I am grateful. I am always greeted with smiles, and everyone usually makes a point to say “Hello” to me. All in all a top notch place, with some of the COOLEST PEEP’S East of the Mighty Miss.
