RISE Dispensaries Mundelein (Adult Use)

This is one of my favorite places in the world!!! The friendliest and most intelligent care specialists to assist and guide you, always a large variety of high quality options to choose from, and it's a safe and caring environment. I definitely recommend The Clinic Mundelein!

I am a 100% disabled vet who only experimented with marijuana in High school. This clinic is amazing the selection of products and the staff are both helpful with your conditions and your wallet always trying to help you save Money. They are constantly looking for ways to help their patients. Screw opioids and the constant need to increase doses.

they don't let people know their stock levels. drive all the way there to find out if they have any Flower as they call it. That to me is Terrible Customer Service! I really don't know if I will ever go back there.

Came here once... line was out the door, about 30 ish ppl, standing outside. Looked online, in my car and found that you didn't have any flower anyway, so I left. WHY DO YOU NEVER HAVE FLOWER???? It's like you don't want business or just don't care? You are the only dispensary in Lake County and you have had 8 plus months to figure this out, but you haven't and I don't know that you ever will. I give up on you, Rise Mundelein, as far as i'm concerned, you can completely close down and no one would care.

Had to adjust my review to address 2 important things. The place can get very crowded and it’s not rare for there to be at least 10 people waiting in a small waiting area, so not super comfortable. And it can take a while for the budtenders to make it through the patients. Also, the tip jars are pretty tacky to begin with but the size of them are pretty silly. Again, great product and good staff, but the high prices and atmosphere leave a bit to be desired, IMO.

Can't say enough good things about The Clinic Mundelein. All Clinic Patient Care Specialist are cheerful, helpful and professional. While on my first visit there was a small snafu, (computer error). Alex, the assistant manager, was very helpful, followed-up beautifully and certainly exceeded my expectation. I recommend wholeheartedly.

I'm new to the medical cannabis world and like so many others was apprehensive about going in for my first time. WOW! Literally walking in the front door you feel a level of comfort with everyone you encounter from the Security Staff at the front desk to the Bud Tenders and people willing to take whatever time is necessary with you to explain, discuss and explain again if necessary. I've only just started and so far I've been able to get off of my prescription Ambien that I've been on for 10+ years now!! I truly can't say enough about the people that have helped me at The Clinic Mundelein. My most recent Budtender was JR and the knowledge this man has about the different products, devices, settings on vape pens, etc... was truly impressive. He listened and was able to provide me with new solutions to try, which have been very successful, and just another reason that I'll be back. My goal is to get off of all the prescription medications that I have been on for years now and I'm already off to a great start thanks in great part to JR and The Clinic Mundelein. Thank you to all of the great Budtenders I've worked with to date that have helped change my life for the better as I was truly feeling like I was on an unstoppable downward spiral. -SB

Alien Jack was wonderful. 32% thc great for sleep and pain. Wasn't to happy about amount for first time but understand why. Look fwd. to edibles, concentrates, oils, and more flower variety. Overall 2 thumbs up.

this was my first dispensary I visited in IL. I have been back multiple times and everytime there is at least a 30 minute wait outside (dress warm!) and once you finally get in, you are hurtled like cattle into lines. very odd and somewhat uncomfortable vibe. this dispensary is also very expensive, so make sure you bring that cash. basic quality, nothing I would wait inline for.

I wouldn't waste your time or money. 70$ for .5 before tax. no flower either. tried calling all morning before I drove didn't answer

Very nice decor and vibe, exceedingly friendly staff. Knew what I wanted thanks to their menu being updated very often and got in and out within 10 minutes

First time recreational buy here in Illinois. Arrived at 1045 and out the door by Noon. A very positive experience overall. The staff was extremely helpful and very patient given the large number of customers. They were well organized and kept everyone moving. Good selection and I actually got some flower!! Would definitely recommend.

The bud tenders aren’t well Informed and they are always asking for my change when I’m buying weed. I’m a medical patient. I don’t tip at Walgreens picking up my meds why should I tip getting my medical weed?!! If you’re a Recreational user I understand a tip its like go to a bar but they Solicit everybody for their change. Not once did I visit that clinic and was offered MY change

Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff and a large, ever-changing selection of strains. They have something for everybody. In and out in a timely manner, never felt rushed.

the only downside is their prices. but their quality and service more than make up for it. everyone is very knowledgeable about the meds and will help you find exactly what works for you. i love the clinic!

I suffer from social anxiety and it doesn't even bother me when I'm at The Clinic Mundelein. The Customer Service is phenomenal. I recommend this location to people all the time. Hail to Medical Cannabis, the savior of so many illnesses!
