the budtenders as well as the front desk workers are beyond friendly and helpful. Also, the selection of products they have is amazing compared to other places. I do not plan on going to any other dispensary as long as I live here.
Just don't come here on a Friday or the weekend at busy times. Only one receptionist means long waits if they have a new patient to input. I have had some longer than usual waits before too. Almost not worth it considering you can get the same stuff somewhere else for sometimes even cheaper. SMH, hire more
I love Ritual, I would come here all of the time but it's a bit of a drive. They had everything I needed, I placed the order, showed up and it was perfect and ready to go. My budtender was chatty and asked if I had questions. But it was all good. The only critique is that I wish they would put the terpenes online. I don't shop for THC levels, I shop based on terps. If I wasn't already aware of a baseline on these strains I would have opted to go elsewhere.
One of the best in MD, definitely. Always good, fresh bud and usually a few high-test strains. The entire staff (budtenders, greeter, and managers) are super friendly and really helpful. Online orders are filled just about right away, and service is really fast. The location is great, it's just inside a business park so plenty of room. The inside is really nice too... super clean, and they had cool Halloween decorations up today. Definitely recommend this place!! Great rewards system, and great daily deals too. Go!!
I loved it from the moment I stepped in. The hostesses greeting was very sweet and nice . The wait in line was met by local state cannabis swag and products surrounding the room. A pair of ATMs 🏧 sit near an area with pamphlets and interwebs info on cannabis for consumers and connoisseurs . The playlist on the speakers was excellent. The variety of music genres were wide, and it was on point. The best part of the adventure was meeting Sydney The Budtender !
What a cool 😎 person to take care of patients and patience. Sydney steered me towards a few strains from Beezle. She was very informative and knowledgeable about certain terps and strains that I was looking for.
These 0.5 gram carts are the answer to my anxiety. What a great experience in a dispensary. Best in Maryland, IMO
Very nice budtenders that are very well versed in cannabis. I love that they don't only talk about the THC %, but the benefits of terpenes as well. Always friendly and run great deals!
Great first time experience! Wish I could remember the friendly lady’s name that helped me so I could give her a shoutout.
