I love this location! The quality of the flower is great and the staff is super friendly!
Everyone is working so hard at getting us whatvwe need, and practice social distancing! Kudos to all your staff for putting up with some impatient people I saw and still finding time to smile. Thank you!

First things first, the location could not be any more convenient for me! Directly off rt93 on commerce way, you can’t miss it. I’ve only been there a few times so far, but every visit has been very pleasant and the staff couldn’t be any nicer and welcoming. My first visit, it was front and back paper work and the gentleman behind the desk, was very thorough with explaining the promotions they offer their new patients. I love that you don’t lose the (4) $50off $100+ orders, if you don’t use them right away on your first 4 visits. They def. come in handy. They also have a loyalty points program which is aweeesome for a loyal patient. I was in a rush my first visit because my dog was home waiting for dinner but my 2nd visit, I opened up and explained to the gentleman what my day to day struggles are so he could better know me and suggest products in the future. I’ve had a different employee each time ring me up, but the others recognized me right away with a smile and a “welcome back”. 😀I look forward to my future stops at Sanctuary, Woburn and I’m excited to try as many products as I can, and with their trusting knowledge, I feel very optimistic for my future health. I bought 3x 1/2oz packages of pre-ground bud and some perfectly fine sauce concentrate. For the pre-ground, the TAC report supposedly read 22-23% on each package. I expected to get high-grade (23%) pre-ground. Just because it was on sale, I didn't expect to get bottom-of-the-barrell shake that is hardly fit to smoke! The mimosa pre-ground strain is especially bad! It smells like lawn mower clippings. It is not worth the $38.50 per half or even close to it! You'll be picking out huge stems and grinding big sugar leaves. What a jip. Not worth trying to save a little for the pre-ground. Ground bud is often much nicer than this... I dared smoke a gram and waited 30+ minutes before finishing this review. The taste is nasty and it immediately gave me a headache even though I have been drinking water the entire time. Not exactly a sativa I'd ever take at the beginning of the day. This is useless. I have enjoyed mimosa as a strain many times in the past. Ugh, my head.
I don't believe they tested at 22%+ THC. If so I don't care because I still feel nothing but a headache and mimosa doesn't normally give me anything but euphoria.

I really liked the woman at the front desk(with green hair). Very sweet and made sure I felt comfortable. Products are great. I had a mini preroll of their lemon haze along with an awesome oatmeal cream pie edible and an 8th of cornbread. All three products were what I expected. Will be back.
ONLY thing I did not like is the horrible odor. You can smell it as soon as you open the door. New space and maybe the warehouse had been closed up for awhile??? Almost smelled like body odor??? I mean, everything looked clean and organized so not sure where what was causing this.
I went for the first time today and it was a great experience!!! Will be going back again!!!
Loved all of it. Ordering online is the best! Was pleased to see the extra precautions they all took due to the Covid virus. 3rd visit and all have been a breeze!

The crew that works here is very helpful. The states medical system is down and I recieved a call from a sanctuary employee warning me i wont be able to pick up my order.

I tried the espresso chocolate bar and it was delicious! The espresso gave me the zip I needed to get things done, all while feeling a nice body high.
The alien cheese “mini bombs” though.. why is there an up charge for popcorn larf buds? Still a very good smoke aside from that.
I have nothing but great things to say about Sanctuary in Woburn! The facility itself is beautiful inside and clean..There staff are very friendly and helpful! I come here often and would recommend anyone with a medical card to check them out!

The staff here is so amazing. They are always so welcoming!
My only complaint is as a patient with the financial hardship discount I expect that once I give my proof for the discount I will automatically have it taken off when I visit, but today I went in after placing a leafly order and never received my discount. A little disappointed even if it was a small order.

I ordered the day before picking up and they didn't tell me ahead of time that half of my order was not available because of a quantity/amount issue.
