We loved it! Excellent selection of weed & great budtenders who were happy to make recommendations & explain the qualities & characteristics of the various strains. We will definitely be bidding this shop again...& again. With regard to the environment, the shop is a little different from the average Portland weed shops. Serra has elected a more boutique environment, from the ambiance you notice upon entering to the lovely bag they give you when you leave. BTW: their prices are competitive with all is the others. While it is a rare gem where the soccer mom or business person would feel right at home, it is warm & welcoming to every client. Hopefully, you don't let the boutique description put you off, because you'd be missing out. The decision to create the esthetic of this shop is genius. It appeals to a customer base that might be uncomfortable in the more laid back shops...where I feel most at home....but I will also be a Serra regular.

The prices were overpriced for what they were selling. Other shops have better prices/products but It's in a good location.
I had heard a lot of great things about the downtown location, so I figured the Belmont spot would suffice since it's in my neighborhood. Was really disappointed to discover that the budtenders are uneducated about the products they sell. Perhaps Serra would benefit from taking some of the energy they put into creating the aesthetics of the space and funneling it into training for their employees. Hands down the most pretentious dispensary experience I've had anywhere along the west coast. Definitely do not see myself coming back here.
This was my first visit to Portland. I came into Serra based on a recommendation of the chocolates. April was awesome! She was able to direct me to the CBD infused chocolates, giving me more of a calming effect I was looking for. I ended up going back again during my trip to grab some more. Each of her recommendations were great! Would definitely go back again when I visit Portland again. Very knowledgeable and easy going. Great stop!
Extremely overpriced, yet feels like the IKEA of pot. Won't be coming here again.
Really fun store! It's nice and clean. Great display of the product and they have a really cool, simple system that helps find customers what type of flower they want beyond just Sativa vs. Indica. Great selection of products for medical patients! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Evan helped me out that day and I was extremely happy with my first visit. The three strains of flower I picked up were all really beautiful and smoked extremely smooth. I was super impressed with this little shop and will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you for providing Portland with another beautiful shop to be proud of!
First time to Serra after stumbling upon them on Instagram, the photos do not disappoint! Gorgeous store with friendly and knowledgable staff and a great variety of products. I'll be coming back soon for sure!
Another overpriced SE PDX dispensary. It's for people that like the retail experience more than great ganja at reasonable prices, and are generally afraid of poorer folks. Anyone that buys their $90+ pipes should have to pay much higher taxes.
This is by far my favorite dispensary in PDX. Staff is excellent. Bud is quality. Environment is on fleek. Can not say enough about this store and Serra in general
Company is so streamlined they have one option of bho ! Lol what a joke. Nothing but cartridges on cartridges for novice smokers.
Perfect location, looked like a spa inside. Staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had smoked a handful of times in high school 31 years ago. Last week I went into the store desperate for pain relief from sciatica nerve pain. Justin taught me a lot about what strain he thought I should try (AC/DC) and its other benefits. He even showed me how to go about smoking it. Thanks Justin! The pain is manageable now.

The bud tenders are friendly, knowledgeable and when I told them why I needed (to curb nausea) they were quick with getting me in and out. The interior is gorgeous.
Service was amazing - bud tender was readily approachable, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about cannabis. Atmosphere/interior is beautiful, definitely one of the more beautiful upscale boutique dispensaries. Having said all that...... dude, the flower sucked :( I purchased a gram of Agent Orange and a joint and honestly was so underwhelmed.... didn't even finish the joint. The gram of Agent Orange was dry and tasteless. Granted, flukes happen to the best of us and I admit I did just try one gram of one strain that they were offering. But at the prices they are charging, a one-time fluke is a rather expensive lost opportunity....

I went to this store today and was really impressed with their products. they have hands down some of the best lookin buds I've seen.i will recommend them to everyone. Don't skip by this place without stopping in.You won't be sorry I got four different strains and all kick ass
Nice store and staff but I'm not happy with what I got. I paid 14 a gram for some buds that had so many seeds it was embarassing. The lady who helped me was nice enough and the store is pretty but it feels sterile and I think that I paid way too much. The prices for their edibles are also much higher than other places I go to, even for the same brand. I don't think I will be back here unless there is a deal I can't resist.
Hands down the best shop around. In addition to an amazing selection, Serra customer service is tops (unlike so many other stores). Pop in, you'll be glad you did!
It's lit, fam. Short wait for the small group ahead of me to leave. Spacious and comfortable, I could not feel summer inside. I was on my way over to another shop from my place, and saw this one. I figured I could save a few blocks of walking if they sold rec. I paid a little more than at some other places, but everything was top shelf and the convenience of location made the price reasonable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd still go back if I didn't have as many nice things to say, just because it's around the corner from me. Go on in.
Very clean and professional but confusing and disorganized. Layout is great for an art gallery showing off the weed but it's just not functional for a store. My biggest qualm is are the prices. They do have quality buds but about 2-5% more than almost anyone else. Cut down on the fancy store and gadgets and get us some better prices and this place is 5 stars all day.
Great customer service. Very helpful and patient with newbies like me. Huge selection of strains (around 40+ when I was last there). I always enjoy visiting this shop.
this location is fantastic! the customer service is phenomenal. I had a small issue with a pipe that I bought and they immediately fixed the issue for me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. also, all of the bud is extremely well-organized and easy to understand. it's organized by "feeling", so you can choose between things like happiness, creativity, relaxation, etc. it's designed so well- feels much more like a boutique than just a dispensary!
