first dispensary ever visited back in 2014 was excited to pick up after relocating recently and was disgusted with the service- biggest jerks around. like literally called me screaming at me and how they couldn’t hear me (lol my problem again?) because i accidentally “double stacked” a coupon on a holiday. get into the store and am put off by the worst vibe from the asshole that called me who was livid with me for the coupon thing i swore i tried to remove. like even pleading with this man made him even pissier- typical portlander. Serra and it’s other locations are basically just Walmart for weed. y’all can go suck a fatty

this location is fantastic! the customer service is phenomenal. I had a small issue with a pipe that I bought and they immediately fixed the issue for me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. also, all of the bud is extremely well-organized and easy to understand. it's organized by "feeling", so you can choose between things like happiness, creativity, relaxation, etc. it's designed so well- feels much more like a boutique than just a dispensary!

Little bit pricey, but it has most everything you need in a pot shop.... except for the fact you can’t test the product like every single dispensary out there! Maybe some day we will have that joyous experience to sample the goods!! Lol

Service was amazing - bud tender was readily approachable, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about cannabis. Atmosphere/interior is beautiful, definitely one of the more beautiful upscale boutique dispensaries. Having said all that...... dude, the flower sucked :( I purchased a gram of Agent Orange and a joint and honestly was so underwhelmed.... didn't even finish the joint. The gram of Agent Orange was dry and tasteless. Granted, flukes happen to the best of us and I admit I did just try one gram of one strain that they were offering. But at the prices they are charging, a one-time fluke is a rather expensive lost opportunity....

These guys were great, very clean, very polite, just real down to earth attitude and smiles all around. came in with no idea what I was really looking for and within 5 minutes left with 3 top strains that hit the nail on the head for the moods I needed. Thanks guys. the eye candy helps too, thanks ladies ;-)

This was my first visit to Portland. I came into Serra based on a recommendation of the chocolates. April was awesome! She was able to direct me to the CBD infused chocolates, giving me more of a calming effect I was looking for. I ended up going back again during my trip to grab some more. Each of her recommendations were great! Would definitely go back again when I visit Portland again. Very knowledgeable and easy going. Great stop!

went here last night while dispensary hopping and I ended up staying for an hour because of how they set up the store,I love how professional it is,it really gets away from the heady feel that a lot of dispensarys have and thanks Jey for showing me and my buddy around your store! :)

Beautiful shop, very friendly, knowledgeable service, well curated selection. On my first visit I asked for help selecting a strain and it perfectly matched what I was looking for. I recommend this shop to lots of girlfriends who are new to going to a dispensary.

Love this location! The guys who work here are always super helpful and knowledgable. I would also highly recommend buying smoking devices here. They are extremely high end without the price tag.
