First time visit. Although I have been all over the United States shops. I would have to say this is by far my favorite.

NP takes care of me! Went in there for the 420 deal....for the pain is super real...NP Black Banner took care in such sweet manner. Got 2 grams of sour apple for a penny NP gives great deals to the many!!

This place was there for me when needed, the staff was incredibly helpful even when I was at a very low point in my life! Definitely a prime choice for the money!!

Great service and better products than the other "storefronts" I've been to, maybe once things settle down the other shops will catch up, the service was fantastic, my budtender knew exactly what I was looking for after a very short conversation. Didn't get his name, but shorter bald gentleman knew his stuff. I am impressed with the quality of the product and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend this shop over any of the other 9 I have visited. In and out with no lines, plenty of product.

Honestly, their prices really aren't that great. They do have a few good deals but that's because they've realized they don't have the best selection and often charge premium prices for bottom bud. I mean most other dispensaries don't offer ONLY half gram (not infused) prerolls at $9 each which would basically make them $18 gram prerolls. All of them. Even the 17% Thc ones and lower. No price difference. And to top it off, I wasn't going to even write this negative review till I had a negative experience. I'm not going to lie, out of all the dispensaries I've gone to, this ones budtenders act the most put out a lot of them time. But it took my experience to make me write a review. If a place is great, I'll write a positive one, if it's meh, I won't write any.
Anyway, so I was getting ready to be called because I knew I was next and racing to make my bus. I understand it's not their problem or job to make sure I make my bus, but had they had actually been fair and doing their jobs right, I WOULD have made it. I see this blond security guard who I've never seen before. She may be new, she may not be, but I have been there many times and I have his was my first seeing her. She moves someone's basket with their items ahead of mine from a latter place in line where he was already placed. I told the cashier, and expressed my issue and why it's an issue and he apologized for her and tried to make it right. I would have left it right there if I hadn't actually missed my bus, but since I did, and she was ultimately the reason I decided to complain. And because I didn't expect the cashier to snitch on his coworker, so I called the store myself. When I went to tell him what happen, he immediately changed his tone when I told him I had a complaint. He went from nice customer service, to annoyed. When I told him she had someone else cut, he just immediately assumes and says "he's medical," yet the guy (Brent who was ridiculously rude on the phone at the front desk) wasn't even present for the transaction. I said "No he wasn't medical" the man argued that he was, to which I asked "Then why did he wait in the recreational line."
He then lied and said "We had to take him out of it after he picked his product he didn't know it was the wrong line, it was his first time." (Which made ZERO sense). He was lying because I was there the entire time and he's describing an imaginary event in a room he wasn't even in. Then I said "That's a lie man, he had a shango bag from before, he obviously knows which line to get in, and if you're medical, there's no way in hell you don't know about the medical line. That, and discounts are literally why most people in Vegas get the card."
Then he said "Well we don't know what happened so we won't really say or do anything" They knew what happened BECAUSE I TOLD THEM. They just didn't care at all. Not one bit. If their budtenders would have said something they would have believed it.
He even said in conclusion "well she's in charge so she can do what she wants." And I'm sitting here thinking "What the hell?" Are you serious? I've never been to a place where I'm told the person in charge can do what they want, including not abiding buy company policies. Yeah it's a given that managers or whoever is in charge has power, but I've never had it used against me to condone an employee screwing up and causing a mistake. And all I wanted him to do was tell her she messed up. that's it. He was aggressive and just kept trying to cover tracks and immediately justify. He didn't try to reason, he didnt ask any details or maybe even sensibly react or ask questions or tell me "sometimes we get a medical and we need to push them ahead." I may have debated but we would leave it at that and would have been respectful.
I wasn't asking for disciplinary action and he could have addressed her in private.
I just know that I'm never going to buy here again,
Oh, did I mention he hung up on me while not letting me speak and over talking me? I was called twice a little while after but didn't wanna answer because I was disrespected.

This place seems to have everything! prices are competitive and their oils are fantastic! Flower sometimes is a little dry, but always still tasty and potent. Check it out, there is so much to choose from, there is no way you won't find something you like!

Shango has great deals on pre rolls. However I won't be going back in there again after today. The customer service is lacking. The first time I had an issue was the horrible lack of customer service . I walked in and had to wait 10 minutes and there was no one but me the sales people and 1 security guard. When I walked in there were 2 sales people and when I didn't get any help immediately I turned around to see NO sales people. When someone finally showed up it was because someone was getting medical marijuana. Keep in mind I had been coming in there from day one when they opened so about 4 or 5 months. but having been there before I had the issue that day I figured okay, I will let it go. Bad customer service happens even in the most A1 of businesses.. So fast forward to today, mind you this is 4-5 months after the last incident in addition I go in there 2- 3 times a week at times and I may miss a week but I'm a pretty frequent customer, usually hit it up after work and sometimes before. I usually buy pre-rolls but I have bought edibles and flower. But today I walked in with my purse like always and the security guard decided he wanted to check my purse. Nope. I have walked in with my big work bag and they've asked to check it, no problem even left my bag sitting on the seat next to the security guard, that's fine. But when I'm asked to check my purse that I've walked back there with multiple times, too many to count and when I say no I'm told I can't even wait in the building. I'm done. Shango will not get anymore of my business. They are literally 5 minutes away from me , 15 if I wanna take a walk. But now I have no problem driving 15-20 minutes to the next dispensary. It doesn't matter what's being sold if you have crappy customer service especially when there's other places to go.

just bought one of the grape valley kush prerolls, and what an incredible wast of money. I didnt get halfway through before it was collapsing on its self, and completely unable to smoke (and this is the secound one im trying). As a budtender I will nvr suggest one of your pre rolls again. Garbage!!

From first time to regular attendances the experience of vsiting Shango Vegas is rewarding. Greeted by Rob, George or Cody is always sure to induce a smile. Reception is a breeze. The talented cast of knowledgeable tenders like Niki, Maria and Al and Cody along with everyone involved are fun loving attentive and passionate. Love this place!!!

Bud was just OK, they didnt have that killer dispensary strain.....Location was horrible, located in one of the worst parts of town. and security was wayyyyyyyyyyyyy to much. and they give you your meds in envelopes....... Lots of better places in Vegas to go...... Stay away

I love the greeting at the door, I love feeling safe inside and outside the building due to the kind secure there. I love the knowledge of the staff and haven’t really tried to be “a sales person” rather help me achieve the feeling I need.🙌🏼🙌🏼
