Ian, Stephanie and Steve were so helpful and very friendly! The store is very well arranged to help you identify the strains you want to try, without everyone getting in each others' way. I really like their penny joint specials and Flower Power Hour discount.

Ian helped me and was very very very helpful. I was in before and another guy named Sam helped and was great, and Steve helped me also, but Ian's my favorite bud tender there. Those guys that work there are awesome.

Regular spot for me, always friendly and helpful. Selection is always good, and the bud tenders are always quick with the best tips. Love you all👍🏼

This place is fantastic, I had all my questions answered by an extremely nice staff, and was also told to try a CBD for my anxiety disorder.... it totally worked and now I'm not anxious about the head high symptoms from THC....not that there bad but I am just that nurotic I panic about anything. thank you and I will be back for more Ringo's Gift!

Taylor and her staff at shango are always helpful! I love shopping with this location, they are fun, professional and know what they are talking about. I'm they type to spend money, but I want top notch service while I do it and the Harold location does exactly that every time. I know I'm getting too notch service every time I go in. This location is super cool! very nice people with such positive energy and really cool style if I'd say so myself! when you go in ask for Kay and Chloe if you really want a really good experience definitely will come back again.

Came in because I just happened to be in the area and had heard about Shango before. But really glad I did. VERY affordable, quality bud. Good atmosphere and really chill staff. Was helped out by Tiana and asked what the budtenders there had been digging got some great recommendations to try out. And for giggles picked out a 1/4 of Blue Magoo from their lower priced shelf and was very pleasantly surprised! Great terps, not dry at all (which I do find semi common in most places that do prepackaged flower though haven’t had that problem here yet!) and defiantly got the true Blue Magoo effects. Would recommend stopping by if you haven’t already

The classiest location I've been to yet, they display their product in glass jars on the walls as if it were an art gallery, which isn't far from the truth. I got to find out why there's four locations for sure. The bud was top quality fresh, and in jars you don't want to throw away. They threw information and discounts at me like it were confetti! The only thing I would critique is that they seemed understaffed, and not all the clerks were the friendliest. The guy who was initially helping me was wonderful.

No time for me. It’s frustrating when of all the places to choose to get pot from dispensaries should be grateful to get the business. If you only wanna provide the service until 945 then just close at 9.45. Why say your open until 9:50 and then have a perturbed attitude with people. I’m easy I’ll just go somewhere else where I’m appreciated. This is why this place is a block from my house yet I seldom go there. I like to be chill and I just wanted to get some tree and relax. I called in my order an hour early so it would be ready. Again why have preorder but have orders ready? The thing is all the other dispensaries have it ready. Which leads me to the question are you just not as good as the others or you don’t care? I’m disappointed truly. They offered to grab me a gram of something but I was already pissed off. I’m sure ill try again but only in a pinch

great budtender here, she was answering my questions before i could even ask them. The high CBD strain Pennywize was unbelievable! Tasty and effective. Also happy to see different pricing for rec. and us medical users. Definitely going back.
