I would give more service stars to Max if I could and for the atmosphere. From the security guard to Max I was made welcome and treated in such a wonderful way. Max answered every question, of which there were MANY, without making me feel like I was a burden or an idiot. I am leaving his name and your shop info with my mom should she ever want to stop by after I travel back home. I will be back again!!

I love Sierra Wellness, people are friendly and I was in and out pretty quick comparing to other dispensaries. My Budtender Athena new all her information and got me what I needed and wanted :)

..this place is Amazing.! it has daily deals. great products. And they aways respect medical patients with making sure the wait is minimal. .Samantha is a very helpful and knowledgeable Budtender. Always greets you with a smile and gives good recommendations.

Overall the service here is what sets this place apart from the others. They have excellent deals and excellent staff, who don't hesitate to go the extra mile for regulars or new comers alike. Natalie B my delivery driver remembered me from the day prior and was very helpful to me in making sure i was with happy with the product and that is only one of the many examples of good service I've been given here.

This has been my go to dispensary since I started smoking. It's close to my house and the staff is really cool. I went to do a curbside pick up and the person who brought my products out was a very rude. I was paying some of my total in cents because I didn't want to break any bigger bills and its cash only. I gave him my money got my weed and went home. I realized they gave me the wrong thing, so I called and they told me to go back and just ask them to switch it. No big deal. When I went the same person greeted me with "you didn't give me enough money, you were short 45 cents" I was like oh okay let me get that, I'm sorry. He didn't apologize for the mix up of products, didn't care that I had to turn around to replace the product, nothing and was extremely short and crass about it. When he came back I tried to give him the money and he told me he couldn't take it because the transaction was closed... what was the point of bringing it up then? Why make me feel bad about something that I could not change? Not to mention, I consistently overpay because I tend to not have change and they keep the change, however I understand that's the policy. The inconvenience alone of having to turn around alone and go back to switch my product was worth 45 cents. Don't know if this person was having a bad day but he kind of ruined mine and I think I will be changing dispensaries because it was a super unpleasant interaction.

I would highly recommend not using this dispensary. I purchased an expensive bottle of CBD tincture from them. The bottle was extremely difficult to open. I used it twice, and had to struggle to open it both times. It's a push and turn dropper. After 2 uses, the bottle would simply no longer open, so now I have a full bottle of tincture that cannot be accessed. I explained this to the folks at the the dispensary, and their response was basically "too bad for you, there will be no exchange or refund for the faulty and therefore useless product that we sold you". This is an absolutely embarrassing level of customer service. There are plenty of dispensaries around. I plan on using one in the future that has at least a bare minimum of integrity and respect for their paying customers. I recommend you do the same.
