Silver State Relief - Sparks

Great place, so nice and clean and fast. Visiting from San Francisco and really appreciate being able to get my meds. The intake process was smooth and didn't take that long. I recommend printing out the forms and filling them out before you go to save time, they have them on the website. I got several grams of different strains to give them a test and the quality was great except on the J1. The issue here was instead of getting some nice chunky bud it was more like air buds off the bottom of the plant. It smoked ok it just seemed like I had a hand full of shake didn't have much flavor but it did relieve my anxiety. All in all great place good product. Thrifty Thursday's are a good deal 5 grams 50 bucks or 2 1/8ths for 90. When I'm in town I will be back!

Great except they now use glass for house concentrate shatter etc and it sucks ass compared to silicone. My shatter is a blob glued to glass. I use a vape pen and buy shatter for a reason! This is BS!

My boyfriend and I came in not really knowing what was what or what exactly we wanted. After talking with Kyle S. for a a few minutes we were able to figure out what was going to work well for us. Thanks Kyle S. for your help! We will be coming back to Silver State soon.

This is my favorite spot. Everyone that works there is awesome! Always ready to answer any questions. I have been to a few other clubs around. So I make my drive from Carson to silver state relief. Keep up the great work!

I have had the opportunity to try several dispensaries in the Reno/Sparks area and Silver State Relief is the best hands down. The Staff has always been respectful from being greeted at the door through the entire buying experience, my favorite budtender by far is Kristopher H, he is very knowledgeable and always there to help you get it right the first time, I won't go anywhere else. Keep up the great service SSR, Your are the best!

After I got my License, I promptly went to another dispensary! I never made that mistake again. I have been going to the silver state relief regularly ever since! they never fail to deliver on quality and the staff is super friendly and helpful. My only issue is that specifications on the online menu/blackbird menu are wayyyy off in some cases. Harlequin and Ultimate Chemdawg 91 are about 5% less than advertised (CBD, THC respectively.)

Easy to find, located in a very open and professional looking spot, amazing costumer service and the best advice EVER!!! And the prices are amazing (compared to CA)...

This was just my second visit. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I called in advance, since I live 60 miles away, to make sure that what I wanted to purchase was in stock. They gladly held that for me, was ready when I arrived and also picked out a few other strains. Tried the Microbudz for the first time and am very impressed! Also the prices have dropped since my first visit and that is always nice! Great place to shop!!!

RAISED PRICES ON A PRODUCT SALE BEACUSE PEOPLE WERE BUYING. Will use every other dispensary before I give any MORE money to butane soup central.

This was a great experience. I searched a couple dispensaries and I chose SSR because they had some Acapulco Gold for a great price. I wasn't expecting much for a bargain weed. (it's all I can afford). to my surprise, it was fantastic. Every dispensary in Oregon and Washington could take a lesson from you. The people were really nice. I already knew what I was after. The only complaint, which is not on you, is, I ate a whole container of gummies and nothing happened. I was hesitant to purchase them at 20 bucks but, I was about to catch a flight to PHX and needed something in my system. Apparently edibles don't work on this kid. But the flowers were great. People were great. I would go back again and again. I highly recommend SSR. Thank you so much for accepting out of state medical cards. :)

It's a good shop that i would like to see carry more variety and better tasting products...its not much good that it has a ton of thc if it tastes like poop.

Great Service!! Everyone was very friendly. Medication was of good quality, some better than others. Location is a little out of the way but the service and prices make it worth the drive!

Really different experience then what ive had in the past here. Ladies in the front were real nice, but the bud I got definiteltly didn't weigh out to eighth and the guy seemed so pushy to send me on my way. Might try somewhere new.

These ratings are based entirely on my last visit, up to this point, I'd have given them 5 stars. I just went to Silver State Relief in Sparks, NV, to return 2 vape tips that say "no atomizer" when I put them on my IStick TC40 battery, which by the way I've never put it over 9 watts on one of these tips, nor do I ever put it over 14 watts on my nicotine vape tip. They both were still full, and never worked, yet the gentleman who helped me said "We will return these this time, and I'm putting in your acct. to not return anything again. We don't guarantee them unless you use a stick battery." He took them in the back, came out and said, "You burned them up, I can taste the burnt." Really, so now I'm a liar!!!! I said I've never been told this, don't you think you should tell people this? He said, "We don't know what people use." Well if that's the case, why not tell people, only use a stick battery? I'll tell you why, they don't want to take ANYTHING back!!!!!

A little far from my house, but worth the drive. First time I was there I picked up some flower, mostly prerolls. It's no Grass Valley weed, but it'll do the trick.

I recently started coming to Silver State and already liked the employees, but this weekend I had a different experience. Rexford's customer service completely made up for the seemingly endless wait in line. He was patient, took the time to explain things I didn't know, and I felt like he truly cared about selling me the right product. I could also hear him giving the same level of service to the man before me! This is what makes people like me come back.
