Sol Flower - Deer Valley (MED/REC)

Update… so after calling this company’s other location and explaining what I cannot to this place because they don’t answer, they completely blew me off and said nothing they can do. I spent 50 bucks on medication that is unusable but if I bought expired beer I could return it. How have we gotten to the point of Liquor Stores having more credibility and concern for their customers. Pure money grabbing trash, to say the least.

This new company completely ruined my favorite dispensary. Everything is severely overpriced so I no longer go to this location.

I’ve been shopping Sol for close to 2 years I am a senior and always use the 20% off on regular priced items. Today I went to Sol Deer Valley and was informed that the senior 20 % didn’t apply to all regular priced items any longer so I did not purchase a thing. But called Sun City location and they said the 20% still applies. So confused and frustrated. Been buying grow science 1/2’s for a long time and always got the 20% senior discount. Was I just sadly misinformed

Still the same offensive and lying employees. Sol Flower deserves better.

Well the 1/8th I got was not very good the budtender recommended it to me saying they had just been bottled so I was like cool fresh weed well I got home and opened it it had a strong alfalfa smell and it was also 42 dollars lol crazy you can get much better weed for a lower price it seems like the cheaper stuff is better because it gets replaced more often? I don’t know I just don’t like being lied to about my weed. The guy was nice but you could tell he was just trying to get me out the door which I don’t mind but I do prefer a little patience considering every week I go to the dispo I spend on average 200 and tip generously even if it is bad service…

Went in here to grab some Grow Science flower because they had a promotion going on. My bud tender was pressed about me getting the Sublime eighths because they were BOGO. I decided to trust her “knowledge” of the product and went with a nice looking Sublime eighth. Worst mistake of my life!! I am pissed!!The flower has no effect and taste terrible

Got the GTC bogo rosin, should have known its on BOGO for a reason. I got 6 grams, 5 strains and only 1 smells good. One has a black spec of unknown material in it. A lot are very dark and do not smell good. I've gotten this brand before and it was better quality. This just makes me sad to have as medication for the next two weeks.

Customers waiting and three, four employees standing around, in a sketchy part of town. I will sure be back.

Online sale pricing not honored at time of pick up for online order.

Nothing on the website matches the percentage of THC in their product and is not even close. Both Cartridges I got said 90% THC and they are both under 78%. Won't be back!!

I have been here a few times and have enjoyed the customer service and staff. They are very friendly and are open to answering any questions. The deals are also some of the best in the area. Thank you to the staff of Sol Flower, I will be a repeat customer as long as you continue to provide the type of quality that made me want to write this review.

Went to this location for bogo and was incorrectly charged had to drive 20 miles for them to refund there mistake and didn’t receive anything extra not even a preroll for there mess up. First and last time I will visit this location

was literally ignored for 19 minutes after getting being sent back. but hey at least i got a "sorry for your wait" used to come here all the time. won't be back after this. too many other places that recognize the value of a person's time.
