Awesome customer service and I appreciate their knowledge

Really strange experience, I was referred to download the app by a friend for a special discount. I spent A half hour looking for the app on the Google Play store. When I couldn't find it I went into the store to scan the QR. What do you know? There was no app for the store on Google Play then asking the gentleman at the store if they could honor the deal even though I couldn't download the QR. Absolutely not. No other deal offers. No understanding, no suggestions. Just a shoulder shrug. Basically you can only get the deal currently if you have apple.... The lack of understanding or willingness to work together to figure something out is what made it seem like the customer service was not there. I ended up leaving completely empty-handed

To be honest I think this is the best location out of them all. Amazing customer service and they actually care! Since they’re small you get awesome service but they get you in and out as quick as you need!(: definitely recommend. Plus supervisors there are dope!

I've been having trouble with the online website. Everytime I put an online order and I'll reserve it to pick it up at a time it still won't be ready. I even got wax and the wax was all broken after I told the budtender if he can please not give me a broken one. He lied to me and gave it to me and said he replaced it but never it.
