It was my first time and they really earned my repeat business with great service and product.

Everyone is dealing with Covid right now but this dispensary’s pick up response is the most ridiculous process I’ve yet to experience. You check in and are set in a line in the sun for 20+ minutes. The lines are divided by first name. If you are listed A-L, get ready for a wait. If you complain to loudly, get ready to wait for nothing. They’ll bounce you out and refuse your medication. This is how Sol Dispensary treats their patient/patrons. One of the employees even said they’d suggested curb side pick up but it isn’t happening. Will not be coming back.

Your wording on your website vs. your wording in your deals is confusing. Your deals said Select elite cartridges. make sure it says doesn't include select elite live resin.. You're website says select oil not select elite. very very confusing and caused me much frustration.

Decent product quality, but the customer service is hit or miss big time here. Most of the employees are amazing and the reason i chose to go there but, there’s a couple ladies who’s customer service is awful. And very rude and short. Will be finding a different spot in the future due to the last few visits have not been the type of customer service I’d prefer to receive.

On quality of their flower and concentrates is 10⭐ staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. best dispensary ive found since moving to the valley! Thanks sol flower!!!

Good product, but customer service is shit and not much SOL . Multiple times I have had issues where there online doesn’t match the store. Honestly if it wasn’t the closest and I had another option, I would go else where.
