Sol Flower - Tempe - McClintock (MED/REC)

It's an up and comer! Location is great and plenty of parking. Service is great and I want my peeps to come thru and try them out ASAP. Best first time patient deal ever!

I always have a fantastic experience at Sol McClintock. My budtender today was Juliette and she was absolutely amazing. I appreciated her recommendations. So glad I didn’t buy more than 8th the gelato/ dosi dos I guess they couldn’t pick what to call this strain so it’s both sucked what I got was stemy and burned poorly flower is disgusting I’ve never been so upset at myself for a purchase the only reason I didn’t go back and call them out myself was because I did not want to show frustration to the workers that have noting to do with it it’s the owners thinking they’ll get away selling crap! Idc if I got a free 8th I could get better quality quarters for what I payed for super disappointed I would only get their over top shelf if you do decide to go!

I don't know what it is, but everytime I've gotten the prom queen strain it's been seedy. This last batch I got had five seeds and the potency isn't very good, it feels like I'm burning sewage grass. Dont feel any of the medicinal aspects of the plant. I do not recommend this strain from Sol

Myles (I hope I spelled his name correctly) is one of the best patient educators I have ever came across. Always positive and very descriptive when explaining medicine. Most the patient educators her do an amazing job. I also love the sales floor for how you can see various products while waiting. The only downside is sometimes you can not hear them when calling names. Besides that they get you in and out very quickly. Five Stars

I referred a patient to Sol and accompanied them to the dispensary. I checked in with the person at the window, he scanned my card, asked me what "free" preroll I would like, which I replied and told him what I wanted. The patient I referred and I waited to be called to place our orders. She received her order AND her "free preroll". I was not. The manager came out and told me I was not entitled to one. I checked with my referral who did in fact receive her preroll and went back and again asked for the manager. He again, told me I had to do an online order to receive the free preroll. After attempting to explain to him that what he was saying made absolutely no sense as I had come to the dispensary with my referral, she received the free preroll but I did not? How so? Rude VERY high young manager. I will never go to this dispensary again. (the one in Sun City is fabulous!).As the saying goes "give good customer service to your customers, you will get a few referrals.Give bad customer service, and they will tell 20 people". I will tell everyone.

Customer service is awesome, people are friendly and professional. The guy was able to add something on the spot to my online order. However, quality can definitely be upgraded. The house prerolls are basically keif, non-smokable/running since there’s not enough airflow thru the keif powder. I paid $15/g for a gram of King’s Banner that should’ve been $10/g...

Roberto and Kevin are really good at what they do. I use to come in and get halfs for 40 now they are 70. That’s my only issue. During a a pandemic the Sol leaf has not Been nearly as good as it use to be. Also they stopped doing the buy one get ones on copperstate carts. Other then that I few like this place has tenders who care and aren’t just about commissions. I do my best to Tip great service. Roberto, & Kevin are solid. Also they have few gals that work there and Have shown that they care as well.

How have they not been sued? There is not adequate accessible parking for disabled patrons. None of the so called disabled spots have an access aisle for a wheelchair ramp!

Earlier this month. I asked the Budtender if I can speak with a Manager about concerns and said yes. I spoke with Manager and he ask smart question to make sure he understood the problem. Then asked my opinion on how to fix and shared some His thoughts on the subject. Its all good now . Thank You.

Quality product for a decent price... wish they had more selections. Popcorn deal is pretty good. Great Ftp deal. Love the location.
