this has been my favorite dispo since i found it. BUT y'all lost that title when you raised your half oz prices. I guess I'll be going back to Natures Medicines from now on. I feel bad for recommending people to you and now I feel like an asshole. I told so many people about y'all. such a shame.

I loved copperstate Before and love them more now that they have their own store! Just became my new number one! I encourage everyone in the valley to come here
I used to really like this dispensary, they had literally the best deals on flower and we’re relatively nice. I don’t know what has changed in the last couple months but every time I go the customer service is lacking more and more. The only nice people that have remained nice are the front greeters/security people. I hear my name get called for an online order. walk up to the desk and do not even get a hello or even eye contact. They repeat my order in a dull, monotone voice and hand me my goodies. What is wrong w this place lately! Y’all need better attitudes. Covid s a bummer for sure but when you work in a industry like this one you need to be able to make the customer feel at the very least , not uncomfortable!

I didn’t quite get satisfaction today and I want to explain exactly why.
First of all check in was great starting from the parking lot. I am a medical customer and I needed to go somewhere that opened at 8 because I had to borrow my roommates car before she had to leave for work. I have a new iPhone and I am still used to an android and the people outside were all helpful.
I had chosen to go to Sol rather than The Good because I wanted to find out how I get the T shirt. A few minutes go by and Desiree comes helps me place an order, but I forgot to ask her about the Tshirt
but I told her I wanted 2 of the $25 1/8ths of the 501st OG which said it tested at 21.97% THC for that price. I also asked for some edibles and she recommended Good Things Coming Gummies. I honestly thought she said the 250 mg packs were $16 and I picked both flavors that were available at that price plus package of Select Gummies that I thought were the same dosage as GTC.
I had 3 packs of gummies and 2/8 of weed and I was told it was around $74. Then I waited my turn for a bud tender. When it was my turn I asked about the free shirt Thursday or whatever the email said. I had looked to see if there was anything about the shirt and I didn’t see it, but I did see the menu. I spent quite awhile trying to order online through your website and then realized I was supposed to do it on Leafly, but when I went to Leafly I could only find the Sol on University which doesn’t open until 10. I finally just decided to drive down there.
I asked the Bud Tender, Sidney what I needed to buy to get the shirt and he asked employee named Kevin said I needed a certain $ amount of the Good Things Coming. I asked them to take off one of the 1/8ths of Flower which is $25 and adding 2 more of the Good things Coming gummies and I asked if that was
enough. He said it was close enough and I got my shirt, paid my new total of $102 after my Senior Discount.
When I got home I opened up my bag I only had my original 3 bags of gunmies and I started reading the packages. I was now paying for only 100 mg and I am sure Desiree had said it was 250 mg packs, but I saw that I had paid $28.80 for the 2 Good Things Coming packs. The other pack by Select was only $14.40 and it actually contained 150 mg plus I had my 1/8 of flower. I called and I talked to Brandon on the phone and I explained what happened and he said bring it back in and my roommate said I had exactly a half hour to go fix this before she went to work.
When I came back I asked for Brandon, but I got Kevin the guy who was helping my Bud Tender. Kevin started to be argumentative until I showed him that he never gave me the extra items I paid for to get the shirt. I told him I thought he should give me another shirt in the other color because I shouldn’t have had to come all the way back to get my stuff and I was borrowing her car. Kevin refused to give me another shirt even though the shirt isn’t even close to $28.80 worth of merchandise that Kevin may or may not have done on purpose. He offered to give me a bunch of points or credits. I asked him to please call a manager more than once and he refused and cited inventory as his reason for not trying to make up the extra trip I made. Then he had the nerve to say that he practically gave me the shirt because I didn’t meet the requirements that I never saw when I could have easily traded the Select Gummies for another Good Things Coming and met it. I believe he was too lazy to trade the last one and so lazy that he never even got my stuff.
I hope to shop here again because most of the service was excellent.
One more thing about today’s visit. Kevin didn’t have a stapler so he took my merchandise and stapled it in the back room and came out with it stapled shut which I found a little curious.

Only come here if you have 45 minutes to wait while their single bartender helps the same customer for 45 minutes straight. I used to come here exclusively when they opened and this is the 4th Saturday in a row that I’ve waited 60+ minutes total and watch ONE bud tender try to help 15+ people. Will not be coming back.

I came in to check out Tempe’s newest dispensary and to take advantage of their FTP bogo special. I left without making a purchase. BOGO is on Copperstate only and if you have tried any CS strains, you understand why I took a pass on a purchase.
No bud tenders working here, just order takers and cashiers.
Waited for 2 hours in the parking lot while they filling my online order. Saw tons of people sitting around. Everyone was good at saying no but not good at finding solutions. Bad attitudes, won't be back.
Yesterday I put my order in online got a text message at 6:30 saying it’s ready but that is the closing time now and I put my order in at 5:40 just wanted a 8th of popcorn buds so it shouldn’t have taken that long. Not only that a bud tender was impolite stayed on the tablet the whole time I was looking for flower and wax but when I did try to make conversation about the product I wanted she ignored 🚮🚮🚮

Not quite sure what happened to my other review.
My experience here has been less than tasteful. I order delivery one evening around 7 and received a text message about my order confirmation and that everything had gone through, then about two and a half hours later I started to call to find out what the status of my order was. I had to call 4 different times before I could actually get ahold of someone because every time I got through the wait queue the person who was on the phones would hang up on. I finally got ahold of somebody and it had now been 3 hours since my order has been placed, and this was after receiving the text message saying that the driver was 15 minutes away. Lo and behold the driver finally arrives and the quality of the flower was absolutely atrocious. it was nothing more than some Backyard Boogie quality. It was super spicy when you would smoke it and it felt like my throat was on fire , there were absolutely no trichomes on any of the buds and it was so dry that it turned into dust when I would try to break it up to roll it into a joint. Copper State is truly one of the worst brands of cannabis in the state of Arizona. I cannot believe that this is something that is allowed to be sold in this state as medicine. And ever since this dispensary went recreational the quality of service has gone down extremely to the point where it feels like they care truly more about the recreational customers than people who actually need medicine. if you are a true smoker I highly suggest that you avoid this place like you would avoid covid.

really disappointed that i came all the way from queen creek to find out youre only accenting online/phone orders... i can not see anywhere on this platform stating that. only recent update says "power back up"... I was told to "go around back" with no real direction..to put in my order, i do, and not one time did i see anyone come up to the window...i was standing there for a solid 4 minutes. and there was 3 other people waiting as well..and it smelled like cat poo, i HAD to leave the smell was too much, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SITE, today was such a waste a time i went to nirvana, who is still accepting patients normally and in a sanitary way! thank goodness!

i wanted to change my order as a ftp I went to the window I told the person there wanted to switch up my order he said I could do it inside ....once inside Monet the crappy bud tender I got tells me I have to go back outside and place my order again at the window and start at the back of the line even though the worker at the window said other wise horrible first experience

Prior to the recreational legislation prices here were the best in town. Now not so much. The DNA flower is overpriced and underwhelming. That coupled with the intentional price increase and decrease of any other popcorn options are disappointing. Given current economic conditions for consumers and the financial gain available to suppliers the optics are bad to say the least.

Under extraordinary circumstances, this dispensary remains honest, and is keeping their prices normal, and aren't gouging us like just everyone else. Remember these guys when it all passes too! Do not go to this dispensary if you are trying to stay COVID-free. Mutiple staff members wearing masks that don't cover their noses, social distancing was not observed.
When I tried to wait outside for my online order, despite them having chairs set up outside, they tried to make *me* feel like the asshole for not wanting to wait with 20 people inside a small space during a respiratory pandemic. They said I wouldn't hear my name called, which probably had something to do with the Red Hot Chili Peppers blaring on repeat like a caricature of a bad dispensary.
People with medical cards are much more likely to have autoimmune disorders than the general population. Running a supposed medical establishment like this during the absolute peak of this pandemic is deeply immoral.
Screw this place. I don't care what kind of weed they sell, it definitely isn't worth getting yourself and your family sick.
I have been a loyal customer for years and today was my last time shopping here. They do not honor the deals that Leafly and their own stupid website advertise. Sol flower is garbage.

If you care about the quality of what your smoking and/or would actually like to see what your purchasing, DO NOT go here. Their bud tenders are just cashiers with no cannabis knowledge that have obviously been told to get you in and out as fast as possible. They have no product at all for you to see. They have no menu of their products anywhere at all besides online. Do not buy any flower that’s in the gold tier. Had 3 strains of their flower, nothing was better than 4 out of 10. Yesterday I went and got 3 strands of DNA genetics for $40 a 8th because they were the only top shelf available from another grower besides overpriced Aeriz. Well I wasn’t able to see what the DNA flower looked like at all as it’s in a black jar. Opened the jars and it was trash. I would rank DNA flower about the same as Sol flower, poor to mediocre. The only reason to go here is to use your FTP deal for the 3 times it’s allowed. Only buy Tru Infusion flower or you will be disappointed.
Guy named Ray tried to get me to pay 130$ more than advertised, even after first correction he was shady, took 3 times asking for the advertised price and also didn't receive the 10% off as per the online order. Easy order, made difficult and shady. Check your receipts people.
