Sol Flower - Tempe - McClintock (MED/REC)

Ray was who helped me. It's one thing to go talk crap about your customer to your coworkers while he is standing there. But he also forgot my bogo, I had to remind him even though he just made fun of me for being so high. The cherry on top was he made me wait 15 mintues because he was outside doing something else. other than this visit, it has been pretty good.

Service and atmosphere were good but just the cartridge that I got was already half way smoked I’m quite upset as it was my first time at this location today and while I thought I’d be going there again I don’t think I will now with these copperstate cartridges.

Sol Tempe came in soo clutch when a different dispo I placed an order with, whom shall remain nameless, didnt notify me they were closing early and I didnt find out until I pulled up into their parking lot. Thank you Sol Tempe 💓

I love the location and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about cannabis products. They tell you about deals going on in the store. I also love the express lane for people who know exactly what they want.

Great first time buyer deals. A1 quality medicine and great customer service. I don’t wait very long ever at the McClintock location.

With the current health crisis they’ve changed their hours and switchEd to pick up only.. What they don’t tell you is if you’re not there by 6 o’clock to pick up your order they won’t allow you in the gate... Even though the text says don’t show up until you get the text message saying your order is ready... bogus way to run a business...

Like shopping here came here for first time deal loved the flower from copperstate also their cartridges are very good quality and coming here for the 4 for 80 cartridges that's a good deal..

Love everything about this location

All of the products I purchased were of high quality. Cannalope Haze is especially great. The budtenders & staff were very welcoming and upbeat (and have been on each visit). It's almost a little too much for a cranky curmudgeon like me. Showroom was very crowded & no parking left in front, so I was glad to have had someone in the car to wait. A customer inside mentioned they used to be open later on Friday. In their defense, on Friday night would probably have been busy during the last hour they're open regardless of the time. Thankfully I'd per-ordered online through the website, so my order was ready when I arrived. Why - 2 stars for service: I didn't receive the promised confirmation when my order was ready or when initially received, which would have been helpful. I ordered 2 Copperstate cartridges after seeing a BOGO special here on Leafly, but it was not honored when I arrived.

I love Sol for many reasons; quality product, awesome customer service and the best deals around. I am also very impressed with how they’ve prioritized the health of patients and staff during the pandemic. Sol took swift action back in March encouraging online orders and social distancing. They also arranged an efficient way to check in a wait safely outdoors while waiting to pick up. I appreciate them for having an environment in which I feel safe going to pick up. Dale and Jill and everyone at sol have been great I love this location and has been the best dispensary to go to by far. The others have not been up to par and sol flower is by far the best in the valley! I come often because I love it here!
