The customer service not so good. I keep trying to order online, but you do not have basic descriptions such indica hybrid or sativa hybrid, so customer can not make some decision. When in the dispensary staff seems to rush us if we have questions and need to make changes to order, which could be eliminated if for simple product identification. (Sativa dominate or indica hybrid) Something so consumer knows what we are purchasing.

Customer service is awesome, people are friendly and professional. The guy was able to add something on the spot to my online order. However, quality can definitely be upgraded. The house prerolls are basically keif, non-smokable/running since there’s not enough airflow thru the keif powder. I paid $15/g for a gram of King’s Banner that should’ve been $10/g...

Dale and Jill and everyone at sol have been great I love this location and has been the best dispensary to go to by far. The others have not been up to par and sol flower is by far the best in the valley! I come often because I love it here!

I love going to this dispensary, but lately I’m not a fan of my budtender and I having to yell at each other just to be able to hear one another. And to think about it, I’m sure the budtenders get annoyed having to yell back and forth to hear their patients. Other than that, love it.

This place is sincerely has an awesome atmosphere. The employees from start to finish are friendly and give world class customer service. It’s rare to find people whom truly care and aren’t afraid to show it. ❤️

I had Sid as my bud tender & he was absolutely awesome. The dispensary is great & works in an efficient & timely manner. Staff is awesome. Bud is awesome. I like the way everything is set up. I would definitely recommend.

The location is cramped, and the counters show limited visibility of available products. There is no menu available, and the quality of the product purchased was not up to the standards expected for the high price.
