I was traveling around checking out Baltimore dispensaries. I stopped at starbuds since I’ve heard they have great deals. Alicia was my budtender and was a great spark of joy I needed in my day. She was all smiles while we talked about terps I was looking for. I would visit this dispensary daily if I lived closer.

Used to love this place but now will NEVER go back. I lost my wallet in ohio (now at post office in Baltimore) so I have had no way to get my meds. I call mmcc and was told because I have a picture on my phone of my license and a print out of my certification that I would be fine. Drive to Starbuds and basically get told there is nothing we can do. First off you guys have a picture of me in your computer. Second I literally brought everything I could and basically get zero help. For those that day they are just doing there job i understand that to a certain extent. How about you ask a manager,show some sort of effort to help me. No a person that I've been dealing with for years (you know who you are) basically just says nothing we can do. I always give people benefit of the doubt but this pissed me off. This was the first dispensary I ever went to and today was the last time I will ever step foot in that building. I hope one day you find yourself in a similar situation and get ZERO help.

I really enjoy Tuesdays at Star Buds, if you havent had the chance...check it out. This past Tuesday a.k.a. yesterday I was waitied on by Vanny and she was excellent. Happy disposition, very informative, and just all around made my day...

Nice place but overpriced. They over charge on certain brands. Maybe to help push their in house products. Majority of their flower comes in bags. Everything I've tried that comes in bags doesn't taste very good & doesn't have much of a smell or has the fresh cut grass smell. Bags ruin the product! I w

As a member of the healthcare profession, I really appreciated the addition of the discount that started in May. The downside is the requirement of proof each time I come in the store. I do not understand why the eligible discount can't be kept on someone's profile. Even when the tender knows me from having been a weekly customer for over 2 years, they refuse to give the discount without a work ID. I wish this would be changed. I doubt veterans or seniors have to prove their eligibility every tjime the shop.

A few days ago someone broke into my home and stole all of my medication. I called Starbuds in tears to ask what my remaining allotment was. Maddie theN asked me what was wrong and after I told her, within minutes not only was she consoling me, she insisted I hold on so she could find a way to help me. Long story short, I was robbed Tuesday afternoon by Tuesday evening, Jude (spell check) had helped me pick out the perfect strains (plus some) to replace what had been stolen from me. I don’t even know how to put into words the gratitude I have for everyone there that day. I came in crying, and they understood that it wasn’t just “bud” this was my medicine someone had stolen. I use medical cannabis every day. Whether it’s to ease my stomach so that I can eat or stop my crazy spasms, it’s always a necessity I have my medication and they understood that. I’m crying typing this. Thank you, I can’t say anything other than thank you!

The staff is awesome

I liked how efficient they are and how knowledgeable the budtenders are. Mercedes in particular really knows her shit and didn't make me feel dumb. You get the sense they're looking out for you and the selection is insane...in a good way.

What a great place with the best selection I have seen in any shop. The product is high quality. For the same price that other shops are charging for much lower testing, Starbuds is providing vastly superior product. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful to tailoring to the customers needs and preferences. Further, their explanation of the product was head and shoulders above budtenders at the other dispensaries that I have visited. All in all this was a great experience. Worth the drive to make it my primary spot.

This is going to be long because of my love for this shop. Starbuds is seriously the number one dispensary in Baltimore (in my opinion) and I’ve been to a lot and really, none come even close to them. The amazing customer service, wide selection of products and strains, competitive prices, great deals/sales when offered. Also so many different types of edibles, concentrate, vapes (so many different brands and so many different strains, it’s wild how many they carry), books, smoking devices, like damn.. they really have everything you could possibly need. They also have a cool points system where you earn a point for every dollar spent and then you can redeem points for bad ass things/discount. If you haven’t been here yet, I highly recommend you go as soon as you can. Even the employees are so dang nice and chill and super knowledgeable and willing to help you feel better any way they can! I’ve gone in feeling terrible one day, having really bad anxiety and I walked in, explained what was up and didn’t need to say much more before they pulled down a strain and told me to go home smoke and feel better. When I finally did, I was almost in tears how quick my body just calmed down and relaxed and I was able to take a nap! (The anxiety had kept me awake the night before) so yea, ever since that happened, the way they gave me exactly the medicine that would help, and did, I don’t go anywhere else for my cannabis needs and I strongly promote Starbuds to everyone I know because I truly believe they are the best in Baltimore!!!

My wife and I love starbuds Baltimore is the only dispensary that we go to the people here are fantastic everyone is very helpful seems very genuine very friendly and I would not go any other place. If you are looking for a wonderful experience and wonderful people you should definitely check out starbuds Baltimore on Belair Road also would like to say that Yasha the budtender who works at starbuds is a fantastic to work with very helpful very down-to-earth great dud

Always a quick efficient trip to the dispo especially ordering online!!! They're really going above & beyond for covid19 pandemic/ social distancing purposes! Very clean place as well!

This was a very dope place in the perfect area of Baltimore i would recommend to anyone looking for cannabis in the area…definitely great employee service James Penha was great and very knowledgeable about everything i needed to know i will definitely be coming here from now on

I have an awesome experience on the weekends when John Penha is a budtender on duty. His knowledge on cannabis flower is incredible. He knows & can explain the terpennes in the selected flower. Besides his knowledge about cannabis he is always smiling & greeting me with respect. He is so polite & kind always having patients for an old timer like me. Man this place is pissing me off , prices are higher and higher, and limits, really? Now I click on product to order, it in store only???? What the hell, I'm gonna drive outta my way and hope the product is still there? You guys are getting worse, no wonder I cant get any more points here, when i try they keep making it difficult. Too many other dispensaries out there to deal with this.

Today I went to starbuds and it was a great experience with wonderful customer service with great strains from many to choose from and Hana was a great help in store.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone here is so friendly but most of the time I usually get Mercedes, she’s the absolute most sweetest person I’ve ever met. She goes all out with telling you about strains and what good deals are going on. This place has such great staff. This is the only place I go and I won’t go anywhere else

I enjoyed the sales and the quality of the product. The service was amazing by Janeaisha, I believe her name was. I will definitely be coming back!
