I was traveling around checking out Baltimore dispensaries. I stopped at starbuds since I’ve heard they have great deals. Alicia was my budtender and was a great spark of joy I needed in my day. She was all smiles while we talked about terps I was looking for. I would visit this dispensary daily if I lived closer.

Used to love this place but now will NEVER go back. I lost my wallet in ohio (now at post office in Baltimore) so I have had no way to get my meds. I call mmcc and was told because I have a picture on my phone of my license and a print out of my certification that I would be fine. Drive to Starbuds and basically get told there is nothing we can do. First off you guys have a picture of me in your computer. Second I literally brought everything I could and basically get zero help. For those that day they are just doing there job i understand that to a certain extent. How about you ask a manager,show some sort of effort to help me. No a person that I've been dealing with for years (you know who you are) basically just says nothing we can do. I always give people benefit of the doubt but this pissed me off. This was the first dispensary I ever went to and today was the last time I will ever step foot in that building. I hope one day you find yourself in a similar situation and get ZERO help.

Always a quick efficient trip to the dispo especially ordering online!!! They're really going above & beyond for covid19 pandemic/ social distancing purposes! Very clean place as well!

My first visit to Blair was one that left a great impression! Friendly staff that helped me pick out my product, great atmosphere that I will definitely come again!

I LOVE this place!!! I have 3 places I like to go and this is probably my favorite out of all of them. They have a big parking lot behind the building, they have security at the door who will open the door for you, they always play great music, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and my favorite thing about Starbuds is they have great daily deals and the BEST point system... I’m half way to getting 250 off my next purchase and a quarter for 5 dollars... I can’t wait!!! I don’t live too far from here but I do drive pass at least 4 closer dispensaries that I know of to go to starbuds!!!!

Man this place is pissing me off , prices are higher and higher, and limits, really? Now I click on product to order, it in store only???? What the hell, I'm gonna drive outta my way and hope the product is still there? You guys are getting worse, no wonder I cant get any more points here, when i try they keep making it difficult. Too many other dispensaries out there to deal with this.

Nice place but overpriced. They over charge on certain brands. Maybe to help push their in house products. Majority of their flower comes in bags. Everything I've tried that comes in bags doesn't taste very good & doesn't have much of a smell or has the fresh cut grass smell. Bags ruin the product! I w

As a member of the healthcare profession, I really appreciated the addition of the discount that started in May. The downside is the requirement of proof each time I come in the store. I do not understand why the eligible discount can't be kept on someone's profile. Even when the tender knows me from having been a weekly customer for over 2 years, they refuse to give the discount without a work ID. I wish this would be changed. I doubt veterans or seniors have to prove their eligibility every tjime the shop.

My favorite dispensary no issues always great service

My third time visiting this store and each time has gotten worse. The final straw was with the rude and rush you out the store attitude. The people who work including the manager are very racist. We need to start a petition to have this dispensary moved to the suburbs. The people who work at this dispensary don’t live in the city nor neighborhood. They look at you like nothing at this store. Parking is terrible. Any reviews that are good, they are from the Caucasian people. The white folks come to this location so they can hide amongst the black people. They are several dispensary in county. They don’t want to be seen in there own neighborhood buying weed.

All budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and patient. They are willing to answer your questions or to get you in and out quickly. They are very good at advising new options.

Ive had my card since 2017. Starbuds use to have cooky jars full of buds.... Was awsome but those days r gone. I still go way out of my way to visit starbuds because the points rewards r great n they always have great products.. Great friendly environment. I recommend to all my card holding family..

I've been coming to Starbuds for about 6 weeks now. During the pandemic my previous regular dispensary stopped offering bulk flower deals, raised prices, and stopped their extra points incentive; I was struggling to afford my medicine after my job industry was shut down for almost 4 months due to the pandemic. Enter Starbuds. I had been sleeping on this dispensary for over a year. I always heard about their $200/ounce shake deal but thought "what can the quality be if a regular ounce costs $400"? I was so wrong. I'm not sure how they swing it or if they just are less greedy than other dispensaries, but the quality of their "shake" is on par with their competitor dispensaries midshelf prepackaged flower. I've yet to get actual shake, it's just smaller buds, and no BS branches/twigs to add weight. The dispensary seems to always be busy and the employees are always on top of things and i have been particularly impressed with the level of calm they exude. Its one of the smaller dispensaries I've been in and sometimes I experience some sensory overload, but that's why I appreciate how calm and engaging the staff is. Bonus points that they will help you place an order over the phone if leafly isnt your thing, and they are very patient about it!

I love this dispensary but I wish they bought stronger strains for the shakes like they used to. Starbuds is also one of the few dispensaries that does not post the terpene profiles online so I can know what I’m ordering online. So many times I’ve gotten a strain because it was familiar just to see the profile is nothing like I expected or wanted.

I went online and checked menu...on starbuds personal website and weed maps and leafly all quotes same item same price...I drive out and am told it's wrong and I cant have my previous ordered medicine for the quotes price...I was disgusted at how I was treated...I will never go back and make sure I tell everyone to shop anywhere else....its a 30 min drive one way ...just pathetic
