Sticky Saguaro - (Med/Rec)

I haven’t been here in about a year (due to traveling) Super sad all the OG budtenders are gone. Jen, Alison, Shray, Alexis were my favorite sticky girls. Turn over rate must be high. My budtender wasn’t able to answer any questions, she also didn’t bother to ask anyone to help.

I asked for OG18 and Road Dawg. The lady that was helping me said they don’t have any I went to go look around and I over heard another employee tell a customer they do have Road Dawg but it’s in the back. When I told the lady she denied having it again. I didn’t argue. But this is why I don’t deal with them they hold the good strains for employees and certain customers. Every time I go I spend 100$ or more.

I highly recommend this place for new users and long time users. Request either Amanda or Maria to help you when you go. They are very knowledgeable and committed to helping you find what works best for you. In addition to the excellent service the prices can't be beat!

I'm a new patient and 1st time in a dispensary. It is awesome inside and I love the way they have everything set up. Patty was very friendly and I didn't have to wait to get in. Amazing products and that 1st time patient deal was amazing I was able to try a variety of different flower and concentrates. All of the employees are super nice and my budtender Krista was helpful. I will be coming here again :)

This place is pretty sweet. There is plenty of parking, the facility looks clean and inviting, and the receptionist was super friendly. Shout out to Shane! He did a great job helping me with my purchase. He was easy to talk to, spot on with his product knowledge, and hooked it up with t-shirt!! I am very happy with the experience I had today, and I look forward to coming back many times. I would recommend stopping in and trying this place out!

All of the staff are very friendly, I really enjoyed my visit with them. I came in with a general idea of what I was looking for and they led me in the right direction and had great deals to offer! I loved their open showroom concept as well.

Bomb place

Horrible customer service. Sold me the wrong kind of wax wouldn’t give me a discount told me I had to come back in there to exchange it. Also they ran out of the flower that I was going to buy when I was in there

If your looking to be in and out quickly, then DO NOT come to this dispensary. Placing an online order is pointless because you stand in the same line as the people who didn't. Then, after you have been waiting in one line for over an hour, they finally call you in to get all your information and then send you back out side to stand in a different line but only alot less people. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place sucks if you care about quality. Their menu is never right and their waiting process is a joke. Go to Oasis!

If you make an online order, you get to wait an hour for them to confirm it just to be put in the same line with everyone that are just a walk in. Why even have an online ordering system?

I cannot say enough about Sticky. Sticky Saguaro is the heart of the AZ cannabis community. First of all, the name is on point. They have the stickiest weed and the BEST solventless hash I have ever had. It is the only place in Arizona that kept the "you're family" feel that many dispensaries USED to have before rec. They put people and patients first, something completely thrown away by so many others. I hope they never change because wow, I cannot go anywhere else.

I used to love sticky and would ONLY shop here.... until all the social distancing. It is an unsafe environment for anyone that is compromised, like many, many mmj patients are. There is no reason to even order ahead, because u end up in the cattle line no matter what. Why has EVERY OTHER dispo in town figured out a way to provide meds AND protect fragile patients except sticky!? STOP BEING STUBBORN, sticky saguaro, and look at the way the rest of the valley's dispensaries are handling this! I know they don't care about my 200 bucks that i spend there a week, but I do, and I won't come back until there are changes made- and I will even pay more at another spot and ignore the sales!!!! Protect your PATIENTS!!!!!!

I really enjoy the quality of products they have here, but I don’t like that they don’t have a separate line for pre orders. I’m definitely getting tired of preordering then having to wait over an hour to come pay for my items. Just something to think about.

Same thing that happened to NG happened to me. I think we were there at the exact same time. If your previous cannasaver coupon expires on the 10th and the new ones come out and completely erase the old ones on the 10th, where does it say they start on the 11th?

This place is awesome! Very unique set up open and easy to pick out what you want and no sitting around in the lobby. I’ve been twice now and will continue to use this dispensary as my main dispensary.

My new favorite place in the valley. Customer service can’t be beat and prices are on par for flower
