rosalita needs customer service training. Was rude and unprofessional wanted me to pay before was even done placing order, I bought 24 kind cartridges and she gave me total and acted like I was done after they first 4..? and then took her an unreasonably long time to process and bag items also, she even kept snapping at me when I inspected the products to verify she actually gave me what I asked for. Maybe she needs to quit going to work so stoned so she could provide decent service to customers. Or start!

Over priced

I used to come here all of the time. Now whenever I pass, there’s a huge line out the door, and I’m not really sure why, unless everyone is just using BOGO coupons they found in mailers. All of their flower is overpriced and they cater to the brand name jarred flower. They also do not have a separate process for call-ahead orders, so have fun waiting in line despite your efforts to make it a quick trip. Other places in the area with the SAME flower for cheaper. Doubt I’ll ever go back.

Best place I've found that has wide variety of CBD products that are actually IN STOCK. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was so impressed with this dispensary upon my first phone call to them with questions about CDB products. Upon my entrance until I stepped out the door, my entire first-time patient experience was highly professional. The staff made the entire experience about ME! The selection (especially of CBD products) was outstanding. Competitively priced. If you haven't yet stopped by this dispensary, do! You won't be disappointed. They even give you a nice 30% first time customer discount.

I know when I went last night and saw the deals for today what I was expecting to pay. The price jumped and I wish I had taken a picture to prove it. When asked to see the advertisement from last night, I was shown an updated version of the deals. Probably not gunns be back for a while.

I called multiple times during midday through normal business hours. They didn't answer... Very unprofessional. For a place this "professional" you think they would at least pick up their phone!

they had a specific strain that I was looking for and leafy and their website both stated they carried it so I called the dispensary checked and they verified they did! So I drove 40 minutes to the sticky dispensary signed up as a new patient only to be told they didn’t have it in stock great experience 👌🏻 won’t be coming back to place they didn’t even care.

What a joke of a place. Walked in for my second visit and not one of the 15 employees working wanted to help me. Some guy walked in 10 minutes after me they serviced him right away. I just walked out. What a joke. Never coming back here again

Your process during the pandemic is sub standard. If someone in that line that isn't being monitored and nobody is 6 feet apart in has the virus is it for sure being spread around by your giant germ spreading swamp coolers. I'm sure the health department would have a field day with this lackadaisical operation. #partoftheproblem

Nice shop. A little far for me, but at least I can always come here and know I’m going to get a great product! Flower has been great the past 3 times I’ve been in. I’ve gotten at least 8 different strains now & no complaints!

I am new like they are. everyone was just wonderful, the owner seems to be there every time I go, I like how involved he is in day to day oversight. Products are great quality and do exactly as the staff states. They are very knowledgeable. Overall great experience everytime. 😇

They were sooo nice!! I'm a bit of a dispensary newbie and felt like they took the time to answer questions and explain different things. My budtender was Krista and she was awesome. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and made me feel like family. I also loved their layout where you can truly browse everything. Not a "get your shit and go" type of place unless you want it to be.

This place sucks. Waited almost an hour and they would not honor the Timeless bogo on the Canary cartridges. If you don't want to include Canary as Timeless you need to post this on site and adds. will never go back. FYI Oasis is right around the corner and they honor Canary as Timeless.

Amazing deals!

Loved it! Amazing open layout. You can get up close to read labels on packaging. Loved being able to open a jar and take in the lovely aromas of each strain. Great experience!!!! Will be back.

This is an excellent east valley location. For anyone not immediately in the area trust me it's worth the drive out. Great selection for everything. Flower is top notch and they carry pura and canamo stuff all the best. The ftp deal was great and they even give you a free t-shirt! Customer service was awesome from the front desk to the back. Sampson was really cool and didn't make me feel rushed. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks Sticky Saguaro, looking forward to my next visit!

Finally another dispensary in Chandler!! Prices are a bit steep for flower, IMHO, but the concentrate selection is amazing! And I TRULY appreciate the test scores posted! I will trust going to you & look forward to it, KNOWING what I’m really getting! Hopefully you’ll include daily specisls🙏😚. When there’s 20% off concentrates, it’s hard to justify the extra expense. Especially if it’s a daily medicine that is needed for epilepsy. Thanks for your time & can’t wait to come in!!!

Thank god this place has opened. The people of the valley should not be screwed over by the high prices your competition makes you pay. Will return most definitely. This place can make improvements but for just opening its already pretty good. Thankyou for opening and giving the valley some competition. Good flower, concentrates and pricing!

I LOVE this dispensary! Not only is the entire staff friendly but they’re very knowledgeable about the medical purposes of marijuana. I had a crazy spinal column shortening surgery last year and if it weren’t for these guys and there top notch medication I don’t know what I would have done since with all the opiate laws these says surgeons and doctors can’t keep you comfortable, but this place helped find me a regimen that worked pretty well for me! Thanks guys! They’re always looking out for their patients as well. My father is older in his early 70’s and they always help him out and take amazing care of him when he goes in by himself now! Best dispensary in the East Valley. Top 5 in Arizona!

Product is great and they have good prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. They make the people who order online wait in the same line as those who did not make an order ahead of time and are shopping. So the line took an hour. The reason I order online it’s because I am a high risk person right now and I do not want to be around complete strangers for over an hour waiting in a line. When I asked them Why the people that order ahead of time had to wait in line with the people who work shopping. I was told that they have nowhere to check out the people that ordered online separately from those who needed to shop stop. And as he’s telling me that this I can see in the lobby that there are two will call windows but just need to be set up. True I do not know the ins and outs of how to set up that window. But what I do know is I go to all the dispensaries in the Arizona area and I have never had an experience where I had to wait in a line with the people who still needed to shop when I had made an online order. I think it’s especially important right now as I know I am not the only high risk patients standing in that line. It would also be 100 times more efficient to have two separate lines one for online orders and one for shopping. Thank you for working hard and being there so we can still get our medicine , I hope you take this review and are able to make good changes.

I placed my online order around 1230. I got the confirmation text, and waited in line for an hour. My online order was messed up. Everything was there but the quantity was wrong. I wasn’t upset until I found out what I had ordered they no longer has in stock. I get it you’re busy but pay attention to the orders. This is the second time this has happened THIS WEEK.

This place has been decent but their social distancing measures are straight up dumb. Don't even bother with placing an online order, you will wait in the same long ass line as the people who don't even know what they want and are there to shop. You will also need to wait in 2 lines, 1 to get checked in and 1 to actually get in, both of which are outside. Between the heat and the idiots who feel the need to stand 2 feet away from you in line as if this speeds things up, I will not be coming back here until it gets cooler or they handle online orders differently.
