I love this place

Normally I have a great experience here. Saw that a strain I liked was on sale for a good price,!so I decided to place a Leafly pickup. This was done around 1130. I figured I would pick it up after work (4pm) on my Home. The guy at the front desk was great. Always friendly. I go to the back and let the young lady know I have a Leafly pickup. She proceeds to tell me that my pickup was unavailable due to the fact that they had a limited supply and had sold out. The problem is that was the whole reason for the Leafly pickup. She informed me that my item was sold because I hadn’t actually “paid” for it. That’s fine (I guess). The problem I have is I wasn’t made aware of it before driving there. And she was very nonchalant about it. Didn’t offer anything else, didn’t apologize. Nothing. At least give the customer the courtesy of letting them know so time isn’t wasted. Will definitely be a while before I come back

Storehouse is the BEST PERIODT

This place used to be awesome. It was my first time back since they’ve re opened inside and there isn’t a single Budtender I recognize. Everyone is new and no one has half the knowledge the old crew. Glad some of them work at other places I go now.

MaaaaaN i got nothing but big love for these guys. Big ups to the head staff team. I love going here it's like a clubhouse with that fun vibe. Great deals and more... I recommend Yo momma.

Not Happy, Managers will not take the time to take a call twice about my concern. denied senior discount on 1g flower. Rude . Patient deserve fairness and care.

Amazing people who want to help

StoreHouse is great, all my experiences have been positive . The budtenders are knowledgeable and take time answering your questions. I haven't had any issues with their flowers which is one of the reasons I return.

The wait time was short. My product was ready and waiting for me. I ordered ahead of time.

I have had an issue befor about pricing but they have always honored it in the end. Love there products and quality. There specials are amazing worth me even driving 30 minutes to get there to get there amazing specials.

The dispensary is great. Knowledgeable bud tenders, good prices and a well designed store. I give service 3 stars because I would give inside service 5 stars and curbside service 1 star. I have had some disappointing service curbside on more than one occasion. WARNING!! Don't use curbside pickup here unless you have a lot of time and feel like checking your order very carefully. Count your money in front of the outside person before you hand it over. Check your bag to make sure that your order is correct. Probably best to go inside or, if you don't want to expose yourself to the virus by going inside, pick another dispensary.

I LOVE StoreHouse ! This was the first dispensary I visited, almost two years ago, and still my favorite. Its close to my home, and the Staff/Budtenders are the best. I had a lot of questions, and needed recommendations, and they always, and still do, help me a lot. The Budtenders are very knowledgeable, friendly. and patient. Will always be my "go to." And the prices and deals are great. Even during the COVID shut down, you guys made it work, with the on-line orders, and pick-up on the parking lot. The wait times were extremely long, at times (for orders that had to be picked up in an hour) but I couldn't get mad, because the guard was very nice, and kept me updated on my place in line. Plus he directed the hell out of that Falls Rd. traffic ! Keep up the good work !

I have been coming here for a while now. Star is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If I have an idea of what I want or not, they always help me find what I need and answer questions easily. I have also brought friends here that love it. Love the look of the dispensary. The lot is not always great, but the service and look make up for that.

Most days the music is perfect (when there isn’t that weird rock music on by the emo dude). Storehouse is the best around. Definitely my go to when it comes to dispensaries. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, excellent product and great prices and loyalty program! What more can you ask for?
