Couldn’t find the place. Navigation didn’t help. Tried calling - no option to speak to a live human. Unless you have to drive over a curb, and through the woods, I’m not sure how to find the place. Maybe I missed something, but after 6 tries, went elsewhere. I’m a pretty bright guy - even if I did miss something, this place is not easily found by a first-timer.
Curbside is better at other places. ordering ahead of time on leafly doesn't matter, you still wait forever even after they text you its ready. Other places have it ready. parking a mess. much better pre covid
Not good customer service to allow people to place orders online, fill the order, send text message saying order is ready, drive 40 minutes for them to tell you we won't be able to get to you before 6pm so we canceled your order. I used to love this place but this really put a bad taste in my mouth!
Don’t order online for pickup. I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for half an hour. They took my money 15 minutes ago and still haven’t come out. I have no ac and my dog is in the car. This is ridiculous. It’s much faster when you just walk in. It’s in and out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT CURBSIDE PICKUP
This is one of the first dispensaries I visited when I initially received my medical card. It used to be my favorite, however, I probably would not visit here again. The reason I decided to refrain from going here Is because once the pandemic started they like all other dispensaries started on line curb side visits. Yet when you order on line and your order is confirmed, your cannabis isn’t reserved. So on three separate occasions I ordered, my order was confirmed, I arrived and no cannabis. I was told they didn’t have it; or we just sold the last one; or, we only have this do you want that instead. So, now I wasted my time, gas and have to start the search all over again. There’s no consideration or benefit for the distance I may have travelled to get there. Moreover, if your policy is first come first serve, then having online ordering is useless. Either way your taking chances even patronizing this dispensary. Goodbye Storehouse!
First time back inside since Covid-19. Feels safe to shop inside, and I was glad to see my loyalty points have been steadily building while I've been buying curbside.
Flower selection was great today, and I'll be back soon to use up some store points!
I really like the inexpensive prerolls and 1/8ths. the "bring a friend" discount is also great! I'd love to see the list of discount 1/8ths online. one of my go to locations
They slow AF..... 3 people at the front desk and 1 working in the back..... that’s so backwards...... some days they be on the roll and some days it sucks.... just take a chance
both concentrates were stored upside down, all over inside of lid. 2 different companies, so it's storehouse not manufacturer. learn how to store your dabs.
