I'm probably a little late in leaving this review because the last 3 visits I've had the same awesome budtender whose name is Angie. She has quickly risen to be one of my favorite staff members. Matt, Jen, and Jacob are all wonderful and in the last couple of years they have become my favorites there. However, in my last few visits I have loved getting taken care of by Angie who is super kind, knowledgeable, and nice to talk to. We've talked about favorite strains, White Widow and Durban Poison, new products, and she even laughed at a horrible joke I made. It was probably more risqué than horrible but she was totally chill and we definitely had a nice laugh! I will do you all a favor and not repeat the joke here. You're welcome! Story has definitely grown to be one of my favorite dispensaries in town and I recommend checking it out. Budtender JACOB was awesome! I was ballin' on a budget so just getting some concentrate... Jacob knew several of the strains from experience and recommended a nice Cherry Paloma. Yummy. All the rest of the staff are also awesome, including management and security, and the best prices in town! Best shop, hands down.

Went to pick up my online order and forgot I needed flower the good DA helped out recommended a good indica strain for me ..

Made a online purchase and they were good customer service and good deal online ..

Great parking and easy in and out. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the products. The prices are super competitive.

Apparently if you’re not positioned with laser precision between the ropes, operations must halt. Have fun restocking that online order. We just wanted to read the advertisements. They act like they’re the only store in town , I’ll take the scenic half-mile drive elsewhere

I've placed multiple on-line orders only to have the dispensary cancel them without messaging or calling me. I tried calling repeatedly from 9-11am. No one ever answered. This is why you should never hire potheads for customer service.

I am shocked at how Story Cannabis operates. I called the store for over four hours trying to check the status of my order—no one answered. I rely on CBD tinctures for pain management, not recreation, and their complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Waiting over four hours for two tinctures is ridiculous, and ignoring customer calls shows a blatant disregard for the people who depend on your products. If you value your consumer base—or basic human decency—do not operate like this. Access to pain relief shouldn’t be treated as optional. Story Cannabis: this is not how you serve your community.

The Budtenders are very knowledgeable about all 420 products & merchandise. I always tip at least a couple bucks or bring in an extra chicken bacon ranch calazone for gratuity and thank you for your service & expertise. usually a pretty good place for me but today I placed an order online and when I got there they told me the prices had been raised 2 days ago. if they can't update online pricing what's the point?

story cannabis on Dunlap is an awesome dispensary great deals great friendly people always come back.

I come here specifically for the dime products frequently, however a few times they have not had the right taste, like they are old and getting rid of product. and i do not have the gas to make the 40 minute drive all the way out, so i end up keeping it because it was cheap enough. I will have to try other products here but so far the dimes are a hit or a miss, but always a great deal for them, the best in the area. I will be returning them from now on when they taste off so they can fix their shelves.
