I really tried to like this place but it seems like every time I go in I get the shitty end of the stick for whatever lame reason. I went in tonite and had a pick up order and I guess they don't hold onto their pick up orders after 9:30p so I get there at 9:45p and they didn't have my order so they gave me one budder instead of their deal which clearly says BOGO for that item. Then the time before that they gave me an empty pre roll tube for one of the 2 I bought. So I went back the next day they told me I should've came back that same nite but how could I? They were already closed. There are people that do not have a lot of free time to go retrieve their stuff when it shouldn'tve even happened. Shame on you, Story-book. SHAME ON YOU. I will let everyone know how lame this place is and how your business is in the biz of telling their customers stories because they are not all that. BOOOOOOOO
The receptionist Darlene was very informative and helpful as was the bud tender Angela. I Love This dispo and suggest it to everyone if they want great service and product.
Great products, awesome deals, and phenomenal customer service every time. Security is friendly, yet attentive. Both the receptionists are friendly and get people checked in quickly. Have only had Harlow and Matt as budtenders. They are both knowledgeable and will go out of their ways to make sure I have any questions answered. Really appreciate yall!! 🙏
Love this dispo!!! Have never had a bad visit!!! Everyone is super respectful and knowledgeable. I love that there is never any pressure to buy more but I always end up leaving with more than I expected. Shannon really helped me lock in on how to fill out a deal! Love you guys!!!
Absolutely fantastic service from check in to check out. 710 deals were excellent, and in store promotions for the day of free snacks, multiple brands swag, and a free Jeeter was a really nice cherry on top of a great first visit. I didn't get my budtenders name (cashier number was 87720 if that helps), but she was great!
