Great dispensary and the bud is amazing I think everyone should go here who has a card

nice place but, they let hermaphrodites grow, sell "medicine" flowers with seeds in it and pre-rolls with ground up seeds in them, also... their nutrient program is probably like most other dispensaries, simple and equal to every strain/plant. I believe this limits the potential to some plants and may ruin others..

Conveniently located, quality organic medicine, and great service from friendly knowledgeable staff.

Disappointed in the Chem Dog I picked up last week. Very little smell and loose buds. Question THC of 22.4% with this batch. I am a long time high tolerance user so maybe the problem. Nice atmosphere and efficient staff. Just wish quality was better but love the pricing. No $400+ OZ here like some "clubs" and that's a great thing!

Last Time Bringing my money here!! Regardless of the price! I drove to this freaking place on 3 Different occasion's and EVERY TIME they didn't what was on the menu!! Nor will they Hold anything until you get there!! 10 miles each way is for NOTHING is a Sheer Waste of My Time!! maybe should take your face out of the Bud and be more accurate with your menu! I'm Done With This Place!!

I found several seeds in your Girl Scout cookies! and was charged top dollar! It was very dry and under medicating! yuck

This place is ok until someone there makes a mistake. After that they start loosing there cool. I have been going here for about 3 or 4 months now. As a returning customer, I expect to be treated with respect. This is what happened. I went in to purchase 4.5 grams of the $10 per gram meds. I picked out my meds and I was given a total of $48.74. I hand the bud tender my debit card, he completed my transaction, handed me my debit card and meds, and I went on my way. 5 days later, I get a call from the bus tender, that helped me 5 days earlier, stating that he messed up on the transaction and that my card was never charged. I then confirmed with my bank that the amount had not come out of my bank account. Now, most people, at this point, would pull a Steve Miller and "Take the Money & Run". However, I am an honest person. I told the guy that I would come pay the amount but that this was not only a inconvenience that this threw off my budgeting, but I don't live very close to there either. It is a 22 mile round trip for me to go there and back. So, naturally, I calmly stated this and that I wanted to know how I would be compensated for my inconvenience. At this point the bud tender starts getting flippant. He at this point reluctantly offers me one pre-roll for my trouble. I was not really satisfied with that so I started to tell him that I felt that my time is worth more than one pre-roll considering that this was not my mistake to begin with. At this point the tender looses his cool and says to me "Well you can come and get the pre-roll or you can BE THAT WAY AND NOT PAY!" Now I'm mad. I'm offering to KEEP THIS GUY FROM HAVING MONEY TAKEN OUT OF HIS CHECK AND YET HE IS STILL GETTING MAD and acting like this is somehow MY FAULT. So I asked for a manager which was able to work things out calmly. But was this the end? NOPE! I went in yesterday to pay for this his mistake. I get buzzed in, hand over my card, and go sit down. Not 2 minutes later do I here them talking about "how to handle this" at the front desk which made me a little uncomfortable. I then get called back by a tender who was not part of the situation. I then had to explain to him what was going on and wait for a manager. This is irritating because it is all noted on the screen so I shouldn't have to explain it. The manager on duty then come over and tells me he can take care of my transaction. He then asks me "cash or card?" I chuckle and say "cash". Now, just to settle things I had accepted two pre-rolls for my trouble from the manager I spoke with on the phone. So, anyway, I hand the manager $60 cash and he says that the tender will help me with getting my pre-rolls while he gets my change because he can't take it out of the drawer. So I pick my pre-rolls and wait for my change. I good solid 5-10 minutes pass and the manager finally comes back to give me my change. My total was $48.74. I gave him $60. He come back with only a ten dollar bill. He then walks off to go "discount my pre-rolls". I asked the tender what my total was again and he tells me $48.74. "So we're does he get that my change is only $10?", I said. The tender then says, it probably the card fee." HELLO PEOPLE!!!! I CAME IN WITH CASH!!! Now the tender at that point was getting nervous and offered to put a credit on my account. I told him "don't worry about it. I'm not waiting for that guy to take 10 minutes to get me the other couple dollars and I won't use the credit because after this, I will not be coming back. This was poor, disorganized, half-assed customer service. YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY WHEN IT WAS YOUR GUY THAT SCREWED UP!!!!! But that's what happens when a company is doing it for the money and not for the care of the medical patients that are relying on them for COMFORT!!! It seems to me, in my opinion, that these guys are more worried about the few bucks they may loose in a situation like this rather than keeping the patient happy and comfortable. I seriously doubt that I will ever come back after this.

I got my medical card on 4/20/17 and did a lot of research while I waited for my card. My first stop was at natures medicines! I studied and the reviews led me here. Everyone with 5 star was SO right. Andy greeted me so nicely and was helpful on how to get this done! Mario was my budtender who was so adorable and very much educated. He helped me find what I needed for anxiety, pain, headaches! I HIGHly suggest stopping in. It's very clean and nice.

Absolutely the best I have been to a few more and these guys are hands down the best and the one I will continue to go to. They have the best staff and make you feel comfortable while waiting and they have the best meds and best donations for sure.

Doesn’t take online orders properly, never once stated after 3 hours the product I wanted was sold out after “updating menu” 5 minute just before I had ordered said product, not to mention a little courtesy would be nice to say hey dumba** we don’t have the concentrate you need

I ordered 1/2 of God Bud online. A gentleman called and said that they were a bit short on God Bud. He said he'd do 3 1/8ths and put a 4th 1/8th of a different indica for the same pre pack 1/2 price. I drive out there and am told that they don't do that. What a waste of time!

WARNING!!!! They DO NOT honor their 10%off for new customers OR the 10% off for happy hour!!! Would never come here again. Remove specials from Leafy if you don't plan to honor what's written clear as day. Also, terrible sketch location.

👎🏼 Honestly I was super disappointed in the concentrates even tho Leafly advertised they had new strains including a "sugar wax" that no one could show me they even had in stock. ALL of the concentrates they showed me were dark GREEN in color except one strain of shatter. When I asked why that was the girl told me that the color didn't have anything to do with purity that they make most of their concentrates with TRIM!!! (What?! 😵) and that all their concentrates are tested for THC levels. Testing is all good and fine but green means you still have organic plant matter in your product, something that people w/ allergies want to avoid, also means it is NOT as Pure or great a concentrate as you'd like me to believe via the price tag. The staff member that was helping me was not as knowledgable as one would hope. The only thing I liked in this place was the ability to pick out the trees you wanted instead of getting a pre-weighed bag, however, I have a feeling all their plants suck as bad as the wax, I wasn't even able to smoke my free pre-roll it tasted like 💩. It was my first visit and probably my last Visit.

this is probably the best dispensary around. quality,service,atmosphere yeah they meat! just get there before anyone else can get the better buds and you are all good!
