The staff was very knowledgeable about the strains and the recommendation for the Arianna #3 worked perfect for my anxiety. I will keep going there and I urge others to do so also.

Unbelievably long wait times, hours for walk-in. Pickup isn’t much better. Serving people by groups, ended up leaving before purchasing any products. Would not recommend

This has to be the slowest dispensary ever. I like it because it’s close to me but no matter when i order it’s the longest wait. Ever for pre-orders. If you want quick fast service this definitely is not the place.

Worst experience at a dispensary since 2010. Called in a very simple preorder, 2 strains of prepackaged half ounces. Was told 2 hours max. After not getting a confirmation email on the order I called back, at which time they said they were just putting it through??? So I wait another 2 plus hours and call again to check as it’s now been 3.5 hours since the order and I have to be home at a decent hour. I happen to drive past the dispensary on my way home so the guy says just wait in line with your preorder and maybe they can speed it up... so I wait 10 minutes, under a tent outside in the dark and not one employee greeted me for that 10 minutes. I will never be coming to the clown house ever again. Terrible way to run a dispensary.

Stopped in for a first visit, no freebies or special for new customers. Greeted by huge security guy who lacks customer service skills. Next I was herded around the place and was finally greeted by a budtender who barely looked 18 years old. Samples didnt really look all that great and did not resemble the pictures on their websites/facebook. Asked them about if I could view what I am purchasing prior to paying and didnt really receive a straight answer. They herd you around, show you an example, and then you receive the meds prepackaged and weighed at a window. Considering that I didnt receive any specials other than a coupon to use on the next visit, I wont be back. They also tried deleted my review on weedmaps, no integrity.

I went to Nature's and I felt at home. Everyone greeted me as I came in. They have a well rounded group of individuals working there that made my experience very enjoyable. Thank You Nature's AZ Medicines I had a blast

Was good until it wasn't.. two times in a row almost delivery was two hours late I tried calling and leaving messages and no one would pick up at their store during hours. No voicemail either so that's fun. No calls or texts about delivery being into the next time slot , and I live next door(can't walk)

amariah is the worst budtender i have ever experienced not paying attention giving people the wrong items and over charging people i refuse to have her help me ever again!

Loved this dispensary - in addition to the new patient preroll they gave me another as they were short handed and busy causing me an unusually long wait. Great medicine and I also liked that they had a private area and lots of waits to choose how much to purchase with the deli style setup. Very nice and helpful staff person helped me out. Definitely will return!

First time visit, was looking for three strains shown in stock on Leafly, shown in stock on the t.v. in the waiting room, none of them actually in stock. After hearing the practiced responses " oh, are we out of confidential purps #1? sorry we're out of that one" twice from the budtender next to me, it became obvious these people are less than forthright. My budtender was clueless, could answer maybe 30% of a few questions, tried to recommend two options that were 8.2% and 10.1% thc, "explained" that the tests don't always reflect actual thc content. Wow. Really? Only had two generic concentrates, no name strains...don't go here unless you know exactly what you want and have pre ordered/ensured they have it. Other than that, I don't like the vibe here. Pretty cheap Blueberry Diesel, only reason I gave two stars. I won't be back.

I’ve been a long time patron and have rarely had problems but today when they came up, they came up big. I placed a preorder over the phone for the first time (Personally do NOT recommend, stick to leafly.) and after waiting about an hour 40 i tried to call about a dozen times to get rung out. Phones down apparently. so i show up to try and get it sorted, and can’t. i stand there a total of about another 50 minutes until it’s past my order time and the budtender who’s dealing with me after the manager does very little but tell me to wait here and they should send the text in the two hour estimated limit, tells me that “it’s a holiday weekend and they’re always really busy”. Nah i’ve come on random weekdays that have longer lines and have placed preorders on busy 3 day weekends before. at least own up to your system. i ended up walking away and going to herbal. i could have waited in the normal walk in line and been in in the same amount of time i spent waiting for them to do anything useful and making me just leave out of frustration. Literally if i had been in the regular line and just assumed they would screw me i would have been better off as the person i would have been behind went in minutes before i decided i was done. overall good dispensary but a horrible experience one that tops the charts. they’ve given me a free gram of wax for a 40 minute wait before? so what do i get for 3 hours and my night wasted? don’t use they’re phone call ordering system. there is clearly an issue with something on their side or the side of they’re new call center. 3 other people in line had this exact issue just in the time that i was there waiting, getting moved through different lines and stuff, so it’s definitely not just a one off thing.

If you value your time please steer clear of this dispo. They take hours to fill a pre-order. You will show up and have to get in the regular line because your pre-order will not be ready.

Great place to go to, staff is very professional,friendly,and respectful. I've been coming here since it opened and I've never had any complains the flower is really good and always fresh. I love it that they show you the bud let you smell it and look at it well before ordering.

Waiting room is so pleasant to be and I loved it but you're never there very long because it's really quick in and out here, love this place.

I drove 45 minutes to get to this dispensary, I researched the strains I was going to get before going. They were out of 4 out of the 5 strains I wanted. So I went outside to my car to research the health benefits of the strains they did have in stock when I went back inside I was escorted out by 2 security guards thinking I took a menu outside. I did not. I took a magazine outside to my car which the receptionist gave me while I was waiting. Long story short they kicked me out for something I didn't even do. I'm a 20 year old women with lupus... I drove 45 minutes and was unable to get my medication even worse it caused me to have a panic attack. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a dispensary. I will never be giving them my buisness again, I will be letting everyone I know how unprofessional and ignorant the people working at this dispensary are. 0/10

It's nice, but they shorted me 2 grams on my half oz. It only had 12 grams instead of 14....i weigh my medicine every time! Smh, y'all check your product, because if you don't..... You might get bamboozled !
