Have you guys stop growing your own flowers? Dont see any house brand for the past 2 months. You use to have awesome flowers, WHAT HAPPEN?? From 1st place awards flowers (citral glue) to nothing. Is theres something going on that you are not informing your patients?. Ask budtender and they dont know or not speaking about it. Little info please.

I got JIPPED 1g!!!! ...I only ordered 8g (@ $12/g) EXPRESSorder. Paid $117(!), said "WOW that's alotta tax". Cashier said, "Well u got 9g". I said "OH really? thats cool then, that's not AS much tax". __COME HOME TO 8 GRAMS!!!__ I call Natures, "Bring bag back, we can resolve". I drive 19miles back...to have them tell me "our lady w/really long nails COUNTED 9 ...are u SURE IT DIDN'T fall out of being rubber banded together?" ----they basically LAUGHED at me & said "we aren't resolving this issue". SOMEBODY SHOULD BE FIRED OVER THIS!!! THIS IS STEALING.

I will never go to this location again. They have NO handicapped parking near the entrance of the dispensary. They expect handicapped patients to cross a busy street to be able to use their dispensary. They have zero care about their patients and their needs. They have a racist attitude toward combat veterans and senior citizens with disabilities. Their security guard Curtis doesn't practice social distancing and doesn't use face mask. Yesterday he aggressively screamed vulgarity at me. Got within an inch of my nose. Spraying spit over my face. All while the manager Justin and other staff members and waiting patients observed this behavior.

So wack and poor quality of service. I waited for 2 hours for a order I placed online just to be told that it’s all gone . Waste of time smh

Shitty place. Not only do they take the rec people before the med patients even ones with express orders but they also gave me the wron Live hash rosin. I ordered fresh press enxed up with badder and the phx location wouldn't do anyrhinv to fix this besides try to tell me that I ordered badder when my leafly email says fresh press. For the price of live hash rosin one should get exactly what they ordered. This is co llete bullshit. Do not shol at this location if your a med patient and want what you ordered and paid $76 a gram for. I will be reporting Natures Meds to the bbb as well.

They lied to me about the THC percentage not before placing the wrong flower in my bag. I understand All sales are final so why deceive your customers and put the wrong package in the bag?? I’ll never come back here and I’ll be sure to let my followers know as well

Long lines and never processed my pre-order on 4/20 from 1pm till 10pm and also never answered the phone. I'm very disappointed in this dispensary they used to be my favorite spot.

Below average product and customer service. They may have one if the best referral perks though...almost like paying for good reviews for pre-rolls. They are extremely slow, and it’s apparent there is a ton of herbicide and pesticides on their products. Would never recommend.

STUPID! I like gettting flav 300mg gummy an a natures 8th for my weekend. My budtener told me today no more edibles not from natures. They told me the compa\ny decided to not carry other vendors. ARE YOU KIDDING?!! Goin to MUV for flav and flower cuz they actually care about customers.

Great location..and awesome hours. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The flower is amazing and you can get so many all at a really good price.

You guys are incredibly unprofessional. We had a cancelled order bc u guys couldn't find our place. We had another ordered cancelled bc you guys changed your zip codes and didnt post it on your website. We just had another canceled on 3/18 bc my girlfriends phone is off, and apparently it's a "high volume day" so we are expected to have our phones turned on. Our phone is currently turned off, you guys had no issues corresponding through email the other day. Why does no one at this company take any responsibility? Why is it always the patients fault? Why do you guys try ONCE to make contact and then refuse to make contact THE WAY WE REQUESTED IN THE NOTES We got a notification that's its ready for delivery, never wasdelivered. Had to call and was informed that our order was cancelled AGAIN. You guys are one of the least professional dispensaries we have EVER gone to.

Can never get a pre order & when you do their out. Total BS Was told by the tender they don't pull or look @ the orders when they come in, they take care of all the walkers first. I quit this place today, took over 2 hours to tell me we're out ! Bought a OZ @ another place. Even saved $$$

Awful customer service. Placed an order for delivery at 10 AM. Their CS called me from a California (???) number expecting me to answer. Left a voicemail stating to call back on another number. Call that number and stay on hold for 30 minutes, no answer but another random number calls and it was Nature's. Why do you have so many phone numbers? And why are only outbound calls being taken? Anywho- finally got on the line and was being told one of the items was not available, I said that's okay. Hours and hours of waiting passed and no response, no update. They didn't even have the audacity to call me and let me know it's canceled- anywhere. Funny thing is on www.naturesmedicines.com they have "3 delivery windows" and the last window says 7:00-10:00 PM. But when you go on the Nature's Medicine Leafly it says otherwise and that delivery stops at 6 pm. Horrible consistency and overall lack of care and/or customer service.. I really used to love coming here; it was my number one. Decided to try you guys again after months of going elsewhere but you messed that up QUICK. Y'all can keep your moldy bud- is was probably a blessing in disguise that my order was not fulfilled.

Hit this shop thinking it was the only one that closed at 10 on Sunday .. checked out all the top strains I was very disappointed in the quality .. some strains didn’t even have a smell.. wouldn’t shop here again ..

I drove 45 minutes to get to this dispensary, I researched the strains I was going to get before going. They were out of 4 out of the 5 strains I wanted. So I went outside to my car to research the health benefits of the strains they did have in stock when I went back inside I was escorted out by 2 security guards thinking I took a menu outside. I did not. I took a magazine outside to my car which the receptionist gave me while I was waiting. Long story short they kicked me out for something I didn't even do. I'm a 20 year old women with lupus... I drove 45 minutes and was unable to get my medication even worse it caused me to have a panic attack. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a dispensary. I will never be giving them my buisness again, I will be letting everyone I know how unprofessional and ignorant the people working at this dispensary are. 0/10

had a good ride for 2017 now lets see what 2018 brings us i love the flower an the wax so im excited to see what coming
