I'm really impressed with this location every time I go. Fresh coffee, fast service. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get waited on. My go to place that's for sure!

I ordered delivery and while the service was quick, i received a faulty cartridge. I tried multiple times to call and emailed twice with no response. $40 wasted. I wont use their service again.

Dude with the Afro is super chill! The pre-packed buds are as flame as the ones in the jar. Natures concentrates are lit as well and will keep you feeling good!

well.. for starters, the buds are ALL DRY & IDK wtf. everything looks like it came from a mass produced marijuana field. There is nothing special that stands out and says Here I am. it's like they're more worried about getting people in and out then they care about actually providing quality medicine. I think whoever owns this location or is making decisions needs to make better decisions than retrieve better quality medication. try calling Herbal Wellness Mmj. I don't I have anything that you need to say about that atmosphere of the dispensary because it is nice inside and comfortable but the medicine is garbage. I recently was online and put a comment about the ballot in the election coming up on mmj and I was bullied and name called by a girl named Anna that works here and I have no respect for that and I will never come back to this dispensary to purchase marijuana ever again. now I am going to go out of my way still people who have cards how about the quality of medicine and discounts at other dispensaries. Yeah I can get it made for around $40 from you guys after tax but that it will get smokes so fast because the medicine doesn't do anything to me to make me stop smoking. I can go to Herbal Wellness Mmj take two puffs off their pre roll and be good for 4 hours. step up your game and maybe I will step up my reading on here

been to 5 dispensaries since card. this place is in top two. great staff. and omg largest selection I have ever seen. product is top quality too. very relaxed and professional ambiance. wish I knew about this place sooner.

This is by far the cleanest and nicest place I've ever been. Felt very secure being buzzed in by the handsome security guard Glen . I was then taken back and helped by 2 lovely ladies Karla and Maria. Then another handsome gentleman Sergio rang up my purchase. Picked Double Dream and loved it per the ladies recommendation. This is a nice, professional great looking bunch of people!!

I'm a regular patient here and have been served by Heli a couple times. He is straight to the point yet answers any questions. Very helpful staff all around! I always feel welcome and the meds are great quality for the price.

Strike 2. This time, I order 3.5 hours ago, got a text that the order was ready, drove 20+ miles, waited another 45 min. just to be told that they didn't have my order.

I bought a 70 buck half ounce. Didn’t get the big buds I expected.total let down! They need to step their game up!

I think this is by far in at least the top 3 dispensaries in Arizona. I'm an Advocate and a mmj patient and I can always find quality product and great staff at Natures Medicine.

worst service ever made not want to be back ever again

What a disappointment going here for the second time. The first time I got the XJ which really never helped my pain. I went in last Wednesday to give them another try. Got 1/4 of Sour Diesel and 1/4 F. With the F I got 2 1/8ths, no problem except one of the 1/8 was almost shake. No nugs bigger than a nickel and smaller. The other 1/8 had a huge nug that weighed out by itself (NICE). The Sour Diesel had a couple of popcorn sized nugs and then small buds down to the size of small peas. The quality is not bad but not worth $205 and change. That's it with this place. I finally got it and I won't go back a 3rd time. When they prepackage, you don't see what they are giving you until you get to the car or home. Other places weigh it out in front of you so you can see what you are getting. It's a nice place but that's about all I can say. No quality control to let that 1/8 of F go out the door that should have been used to roll joints. The sour diesel was okay as well if you like small buds, again about 1/2 should have been used to roll joints. Just saying if you don't see what they put in your bag you should check it BEFORE you leave the window, if they will let you. Or otherwise get home with a sad looking bunch of flowers and a light wallet like I did.
