They’ve gone downhill substantially since rec started. They’ve sold out their med patients, the people who actually need this stuff for their health. What was once a good med dispensary is now always out of stock and has horrible service because they’re not prioritizing medical patients. I know they have good prices but if you’re a rec buyer please go somewhere else, people need their medicine at an affordable price, especially in these times. Shame on you natures med, get it together and do what you set out to do as a non profit, the medical community needs their medicine.

This place used to be a lot better. I was a loyal customer for 5+ years but as of late I’d rather go elsewhere. Waited TWO HOURS in the PRE ORDER line!!! I pre ordered, why am I waiting in line for 2 hours. All I need to do is pay. They don’t control their patient flow, their preorder system is behind. An employee named Bailey verbally accosted me in line because I stated that it was taking a long time- to another customer, not even to her. Unacceptable. Won’t be coming back

this place has been going down in quality for a minute now but with the new owner this place has lost all the reasons why you would want to visit

I am driving past multiple dispensaries to keep coming to NazM because the quality and service is worth it. This time I was helped by David. Friendly, fast, and offered recommendations. I left with some Snowman, Mendo Pineapple Express, some Tangie Banana prerolls (I love these for on the go. I usually would roll my own, but after buying some the last time for my hikes, these are worth the money), and I scooped some Rainbow shatter and Clementine crumble. White ash on everything I get from here! I have been communicating your dispensaries kindness and service to the MMJ senior population I come into contact with. Thank you for valuing my money !

Called before I went down to see if there was a certain strain and was told yes so I drove all the way there then waited 25 min to be told they were out and had been out for a while wtf?!

They are the sweetest and kindest folks with generous knowledge of Maryjane. Great all around vibe and great find in Arizona. I am in love with their Snowcap ❄️ Thank you!

Service has gotten very bad vendors dont want to help with selecting products

Their grams of wax have been so bad in quality. I always end up smoking it even if it doesnt look like good shatter quality, but this last gram i had wasnt even solid. Just mushy and taste like gasoline. It was the sensei star. I wouldn't recommend their wax anymore.

I come in pretty frequently, and I show up roughly at 7:30 on a Friday night and understandably it's busy. I wait for 18 minutes thinking I will get a free pre-roll as they promised, when I asked he said it's only been 13 minutes. I explicitly look at my clock walking in the door knowing how busy it was thinking it might go over 15 minutes. Not a huge deal, just horrible customer service especially by Blake the manager.

First time visit. Super easy to find. right off the I-17/McDowell. The facility is very clean and warm. Classy atmosphere without looking like Pier 1 threw up on it. Very nice selection of medicine. Prices are comparable with other facilities and of course the strain of the week is a plus. showed up for patient appreciation Thursday, and bought up some of the Double Dream (super nice btw), and closed my eyes and stuck my hand in a little box. came out with a card for a free grinder. eh. already got one at home. so, traded it out for a nice little glass piece, checked out and was on my way home. maybe next time i'll get that green one. heh. overall, definitely will be stopping back in. also, don't forget your coupon for next time. :)

The flowers are great and at a great price, but the concentrates are not good at all! Very pricey for very low quality and grade concentrates.

places like this keep getting places i've gone shut down. somewhere where i could get affordable medication. NEVER going to be the case with these places!

MANAGEMENT!!! Please get control over your pre-order room. Most of us pre-order due to time constraints. It is VERY frustrating after you've been checked in to sit in the waiting room and watch walk ins get called and served while there is whooping and laughing in the preorder room and you're waiting and waiting. I thought there must be patients in there picking up, but sadly no, just a room full of employees that don't really care how long you wait to get your pre order. Sad effort.

Just a great experience at this dispensary. The meds are great quality, all fresh, all really tasty and no cough.The girl who helped me was super nice, and made great suggestions. She totally rescued my day. And that is why I will definitely do business here again and recommend to all my friends.

Worst 420 spot ever! Zero specials on flower or shatter. I waited 40 minutes to spin a wheel only to find I was paying full prices today and only getting a raffle ticket for a chance to win a gift basket. A raffle that has no chance of being random or unbiased. I went to another dispensary and picked up Natures Concentrates cheaper than at their own Natures Medicines. Super disappointed👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 You lost a frequent flyer!

This dispensary was like nothing I had Imagined inside. Beautiful and clean. A good variety of strains. A friendly staff. Great Auras all around!=)

There pre order service sucks, one too many times my order has been canceled simply because they were out of the product, there needs to be a solution to this problem vs canceled order and waiting 3 plus more hours again!!! This is a huge flaw with there business

This was my 1st visit to this shop. The staff was super nice and I got in and out pretty quickly, even tipped the bud tender.I was low on funds so I was looking around online and found this spot not too far away from my house. They had Jack Herer on sale for I think $35 for a 1/8. I know Jack H is good so I bought that one. This was on 7/16/2014 Jack H batch id 13. (should have gotten the hint 13,lol) I have to say that I still have some of it because it did absolutely nothing for me. For my 1st visit I was not happy,however; I will try you guys again but I won't ever try the discounted eights for fear that they aren't potent enough. I just wish the budtender would have just told me the Jack was wack!

Bad customer service. I placed an order online and could not pick it up because it was pouring raining. due to the COVID-19 everyone is forced to wait outside in a long line. I attempted to place a other online order today and I am getting punish by not permitting me to place an online order until 3/26. What kind of place prevents patients from getting their medication ! there are no rules posted on leafy or in the text that you must cancel or you get punished from this online service. Due to the current pandemic you can only order online, which I am now prohibited from doing so.. When I call in, the person could care less. Stated rules are posted in the store and online . There is no rules posted on leafy. Worst service ever.

When placing a PRE order the small print says ( nature's cite ) 35 min. 35 minutes for what. The is a confirmation text sent at each stage, that is what I was told anyway. I waited 2 hours never recd competed text mess. Arriving I see a line. This line is to wait in line for a pre order. Not in order of text time stamp, maybe cuz someone in power decided not to send the completed text mess. Staying in line another hour. Found out didn't have enough allottmnet for order. Did they call in that 3 hour period don't know, but no missed calls or vm. Today in line again with a pre order. The men in front cleariy had to know no way 30 min in this line. 1 gentleman said he was the expiditer of orders. While standing 6 ft apart per Dept of health almost 2 more hours. The average time a person was in was over 7 min. What were they doing. Pre-ordered 7 min each???? The last 6 pre-ordered orders here were mishandled by this bunch. If they allow new orders not just preoders. How much do they expediting. While I stood listening to a manager talk to me instead of listen himself repeating the same thing over and over and instead of owning the issue alittle he deferred to Dept of health which I suspect has nothing to do with preoders and people that work at nature's repeatedly said well they to me 35 wait. The best part was 4 of the 5 people suppose to be the front line 5 order do ers were laughing and joking instead of helping. The manager saying this is all new. Cause of there past 4 preoders being mishandled with no pendemic ..why should I have thought this would be better. I've noticed working folks here seem like I should be happy they help me at all whenever they want. Maybe listen 2 times as much as ya talk. 2 ears and 1 mouth get it. This comment is directed at the manager I spoke to. This is the 2nd time he did that to me.
