Low grade THC....Won't be back....

This was my go to Dispo for 3 yrs. Over this time I've experienced this place go from great products, to shitty products. I order straight Sativa, yet I fall asleep immediately after taking a dab, or smoking a bowl. How is this possible? You people must be mislabeling product. The other issue is, your menu is NEVER UP TO DATE!!! And you always make excuses. This is unfkingacceptable! I waste my time going thru the menu, only go get a call that you only have maybe 3 out of 12 things I want. I mean how hard is it to assign someone to keep the damn menu updated? Your mgrs have had their collective heads shoved up their collective asses for years now. I guess Blake must be gone. It's truly disgusting doing business with you these days. You've become a weed mill. How can you be out of concentrates for an entire month???? You SUCK! ARIZONA ORGANIX now gets my thousands a month. They're NEVER out of Concentrates, and I don't fall asleep dabbing their sativa products. Save the stock reply. It's pathetic.

I USE to love coming to this dispensary I would drive a good distance just to get my weed from here BUT the pre order option is a complete waste of time, I place my order at 8am!!! I don’t get another text about my order until around 1 pm and at that time they call to tell me they do not have what I picked (at 8am). Honestly shouldnt pre orders be prioritized since they are “pre orders”? I have not had this issue at any other dispensary but this one, honestly so disappointed in the system they are using and it’s a shame because they have some good quality stuff.

Good overall, nothing's perfect. My $80 1/2 oz have been short on two occasions, and there's no limit on popular strains so availability for the strains I prefer is always lacking. After speaking with mgt., they see nothing wrong with the status quo. Like a real pharmacy, I should be able to get the strain I want at anytime or have it reserved and ordered specifically for me. I'm seeking a better solution including moving to BFE to grow my own.

Yano, I've been pretty found of this place for the last year, and have been impressed with many things that they have provided to me for ease in shopping and convenience. Unfortunately, I have felt a bit bothered by the last few times I have been dealing with their service, as it has seemingly been lacking. I totally get things are hectic during the COVID and move to recreational in this state, but man does this stink. I have started to use their delivery service, and it has been an up and down experience, with today being the worst yet. I had placed my order at 10:45am, and received the normal phone calls to confirm, etc. Was told I was put into the 2:30-6pm time slot for delivery, and would also receive updates about the order (this was at 2:10pm). 5 hours later, and I had to call and confirm my order was even coming to me (roughly 5:45pm), as I hadn't still received the order. No big deal, I figured I'd just find out over phone. Was told that my order would be on track to be at my place at 7pm, okay... kinda tired of waiting, but fine. Finally get a notification at 6:49pm that they had started to deliver my order, but that it would be coming from a different location, 40 minutes away. Effectively making my delivery time more like 7:30-8. This, after being told items I had ordered were not available (which has happened the last 3 times I have ordered online). Now I'm not that impatient over something like this, but I certainly don't appreciate the run-around on this. I'm going to reconsider my patronage with this company, as a few times now I have not been pleased with this. My poor experience has carried over from going inside, thus my attempts to go online instead. This is easily the first review I've left in 10 years and easily the longest. The quality is great, the service has been sliding.

I shop here frequently because of the "fresher" green they tend to have but I just got taken for I paid $48 for 3 eighths which was great until I got home & read the thc level on the venom og 6.4% seriously! I paid for my license to get the level of thc I expect to help with whatever I have going on "medically" & that was a huge disappointment I basically paid $48 for 2 eighths absolutely ridiculous & I will find a different place to shop & on top of everything nature's medicine raised prices for this?! Not too happy at all & trust me I shopped here loyally every week pretty disappointing check your stuff before leaving the store make sure you get what you pay for very very bummed

special. service is horrible misleading pricing ..cancels your order if you complain about pricing with out asking to be canceled.. horrible people.

Have been going to this dispensary religiously for the past couple months. I always get the same deal 5 for 50$ of GenX extracts. I walk in yesterday and all of a sudden they are no longer doing the deal. No explanation,no heads up, nothing. The only reason I visit this dispensary is for that specific deal. Very disappointed

So this is one of my spots n I'd just like to say im a little disappointed with the service lately. i spend 30 min in line just to get inside to see that there's 5-6 employees discussing how they're going to watch the basketball game n hook up jbl's here n there n blah blah blah even the receptionist asked the guys to turn that bull down. U guys could of just left the menu on the screen, focused on customer service and got me out that damn building in less than 45 minutes a preroll aint guna make me happy, I work a long shift already as it is to wait an hour after for some meds cause u guys want to watch the stupid game, MAN IM TRYING TO MEDICATE WTF!!!

Terrible service. A friend recommended this place to me and it was my first time so I was pretty excited. My budtender was so rude and unwilling to help me on my marijuana journey. Dan A was uninformative on any questions I asked. I asked what the first patient deals were and he said " I don't know man look at the board yourself." pure laziness. As I asked more questions he had the same answer as " look at the board dude ". He made me not want to ask anything since he wasn't even helpful. This experience alone made me never want to come back to place where they don't give a shit about their patients.

Been trying to get my discount and weed from the dispensary I really like and pre ordered to get the good strong shit I love. I always pickup so I would have a shorter wait in line as opposed to standing in a long ass line as a walk in for Medical and 3 hours later still waiting for my confirmation to head over there to pick it up just to get a text saying sorry we are all out of everything you ordered and can substitute it for other but limited on choices. I went down to talk to them and complain in person just to be told, we can substitute but what we have it's not as great of quality and lower THC, but that's all we have. I asked for a manager and a discount cuz this is the 2nd day in a row they did this, they said can't discount any further and next time to preorder as soon as they open so the inventory is well stocked due to recreational sales! I was pissed!!!

Extremely dry and low grade products. One of your shatters says it has "101.75% thc". That is literally impossible to be over 100%. Lies

this place is horrible in every way. the flower is so bad that they give it away in other dispensaries.you can buy a half a get a half for free some other place.

Well I knew it would happen sooner or later. I used to travel a good distance to come to Natures Med, but sadly no longer. They used to be the best for selection and price for cannabis, but now they are just like all the rest. Lets see; their halves used to $39 then it jumped to $59 then $67.5 and now $77.95 And yes ,I know a lot of places raised their prices and I understand supply and demand but there's absolutely no reason to travel to this dispensary when I can get pretty much the same or cheaper price at one of the dispensaries closer to me. and there is 7 dispensaries closer. And they don't offer their in-house concentrates like they did before. They used to have an entire page of (in-house which is very good but very much cheaper than name brands) concentrates to choose from. Now, most of the time they don't have any or just one to choose from. Again there is no reason to go to this place anymore. It was a nice run. Good-by Natures Med. I really enjoyed it.

would give this place zero stars if I could. spent all morning trying to get medicine. Did a delivery order to be told one of the specials doesn’t apply to delivery. Placed a preorder for an hour later someone to tell me it also doesn’t apply to preorder. I asked how busy the Glendale location was I was told not busy at all come on down. Third times a charm right? I spend my lunch break driving down and it’s completely packed no where to park. Mind you I called every number they have listed for every location. No one ever answered. Completely tried to con me with false advertising of specials that weren’t honored. I spent hours trying to get in touch with you all. Drove down in person to tell them what I had to do to get in touch with them this morning the employee could only say even when calling to let me job know I’m late I cannot get in touch with the answering service. Will never be back to any location. They aren’t answering calls for patients or their workers. All they care about is recreational sales. You all treated me like shit this morning and I will not forget that!

I was a first time patient. They were very friendly and the lady I delt with was very knowledgeable. I love this place and that they have the marijuana unpackaged.

The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the bud is awesome! The staff is also very honest, and are happy to let you check out everything available and share their knowledge. Sydney is a great bud tender as well as a great manager, and everyone there does a great job of continuing to make the experience better every time I go in!

Signed up to leave a review, AMAZING! For being open only a week, this shop was very well maintained and the staff knew what they were doing. I being a new card holder was very impressed, nature Arizona has been the finest clinic I have visited in every aspect. AAA+ meds! the two extremely nice budtenders recommended NYCD ( best med I've seen in Az, literally stuck to my hand), and have a great selection of glass blown in California. I will be returning here for all my mmj needs.

Experiences at nature's meds are about 50%positive and 50% negative. I have gotten both the best and worst flower from this dispensary. They typically do not have the same stock available that is posted online and on the screens in the store so make sure you wait until you see a bud tender to make a decision. Some bud tenders are very nice, most are not. My last bud tender was very dismissive and it seemed like a bother to get my order. My experience before that was the same. I've come here the most since I've had my card, but it almost feels like they're trying to get me to go elsewhere. Hopefully my last three visits were just flukes.

Writing again since my other reviews were not approved! Only negative is I never received the FTP Jar that was suppose to be included. Apparently they got discontinued and said to ask for the 20%off of an eighth for the inconvenience but I don’t smoke flower! And they refuse to let me use it on concentrates. PS. When offering dope magazines; offer them to ALL patients, not just the known regular(s).
