Writing again since my other reviews were not approved! Only negative is I never received the FTP Jar that was suppose to be included. Apparently they got discontinued and said to ask for the 20%off of an eighth for the inconvenience but I don’t smoke flower! And they refuse to let me use it on concentrates. PS. When offering dope magazines; offer them to ALL patients, not just the known regular(s).

I really really really disliked the fact that the person who served me cheated me and just smiled in my face and acted like my best friend while doing it..okay so it was my first time there..me and my man went together and both made purchases separately. on the way home we were discussing it and the dude cheated me on my bogo..I chose whatever the top tier is there as my bogo..an eighth..its been a couple months so I don't remember which strains specififcally..but I had a first patient bogo to use that time..my man did not..he bought an eight of mid tier and I purchased and eight of top tier and picked out what I was told was a top tier eight for my freebie. on the way home I realized he burned me. the same mid tier my man bought was given to me as my top tier freebie..I know that the bogo is equal or lesser value. I get it and i know how to order and I was flat out told that I was getting one thing and received another. I actually explained that if there wasn't another indica in that tier available for my freebie I would order concentrate rather than get a lower grade freebie. so I felt so jipped to find out my man got the same thing for less money. I know this is not the end of the world...but it was my first experience w this establishment and honestly, even though the product was really pretty good, it left a bad taste in my mouth especially for a first impression and thats why I don't expect that ill ever shop there again. I appreciate quality over quantity probably more than most so burning me in that way, well, its just really unappreciated and I don't trust them because of it..good day😁
This place used to have the greatest deals but recently there is absolutely no point to returning. The location is terrible and prices are on par with your neighborhood Cura leaf, so why risk time and safety coming here.

So this is one of my spots n I'd just like to say im a little disappointed with the service lately. i spend 30 min in line just to get inside to see that there's 5-6 employees discussing how they're going to watch the basketball game n hook up jbl's here n there n blah blah blah even the receptionist asked the guys to turn that bull down. U guys could of just left the menu on the screen, focused on customer service and got me out that damn building in less than 45 minutes a preroll aint guna make me happy, I work a long shift already as it is to wait an hour after for some meds cause u guys want to watch the stupid game, MAN IM TRYING TO MEDICATE WTF!!!

I shop here frequently because of the "fresher" green they tend to have but I just got taken for I paid $48 for 3 eighths which was great until I got home & read the thc level on the venom og 6.4% seriously! I paid for my license to get the level of thc I expect to help with whatever I have going on "medically" & that was a huge disappointment I basically paid $48 for 2 eighths absolutely ridiculous & I will find a different place to shop & on top of everything nature's medicine raised prices for this?! Not too happy at all & trust me I shopped here loyally every week pretty disappointing check your stuff before leaving the store make sure you get what you pay for very very bummed

Terrible service. A friend recommended this place to me and it was my first time so I was pretty excited. My budtender was so rude and unwilling to help me on my marijuana journey. Dan A was uninformative on any questions I asked. I asked what the first patient deals were and he said " I don't know man look at the board yourself." pure laziness. As I asked more questions he had the same answer as " look at the board dude ". He made me not want to ask anything since he wasn't even helpful. This experience alone made me never want to come back to place where they don't give a shit about their patients.

Sadly, this location has disappointed me. The staff was nice but the quality of my product has been consistently poor. I bought a battery pen 1 month ago just to be told it hardly works now. Today I gave it another shot. I bought a cartridge and drove all the way home (25 min each way) just to find that it did not work. I took it back (another 25 min) and they replaced it with one they made sure actually worked. I drove home. Again (25 min). I enjoyed the cartridge with a charged battery pen for a few puffs. Came back to it and, once again, the cartridge stopped working. Checked my pen, which is still working for other cartridges. Not sure whether its even worth going back at this point...Wasted $45 and too much gas... :( Otherwise, it seems like a great place with an abundance of options.

I USE to love coming to this dispensary I would drive a good distance just to get my weed from here BUT the pre order option is a complete waste of time, I place my order at 8am!!! I don’t get another text about my order until around 1 pm and at that time they call to tell me they do not have what I picked (at 8am). Honestly shouldnt pre orders be prioritized since they are “pre orders”? I have not had this issue at any other dispensary but this one, honestly so disappointed in the system they are using and it’s a shame because they have some good quality stuff.

Well I knew it would happen sooner or later. I used to travel a good distance to come to Natures Med, but sadly no longer. They used to be the best for selection and price for cannabis, but now they are just like all the rest. Lets see; their halves used to $39 then it jumped to $59 then $67.5 and now $77.95 And yes ,I know a lot of places raised their prices and I understand supply and demand but there's absolutely no reason to travel to this dispensary when I can get pretty much the same or cheaper price at one of the dispensaries closer to me. and there is 7 dispensaries closer. And they don't offer their in-house concentrates like they did before. They used to have an entire page of (in-house which is very good but very much cheaper than name brands) concentrates to choose from. Now, most of the time they don't have any or just one to choose from. Again there is no reason to go to this place anymore. It was a nice run. Good-by Natures Med. I really enjoyed it.

This place has great shatter and amazing deals on live resin my budtender travis was dope and spotted me a dolla love this place
No longer accept debit for delivery even though it still states they do on their website. When asking when this changed the lady who answered the phone stated they never did that (not true I've order online with debit 3 times in 2 years), then hung up with no further explanation. Flower is almost always dry and crumbly too, would not recommend.
The menu was outdated. I dont know why I keep coming back to this location. Even my budtender said he was going to get on the department that handles that. At least Imma get my free pre roll for my review
1 hour wait just to get inside to pick up your preorder.

Really needs to work on their advertising! Didn't include that their Anniversary deals were for walk-ins only. Like who does that?! Very misleading and this is exactly why I don't even come here anymore. Thought I'd give them another shot and got an email saying they cancelled my online order because it's for "walk ins only". Really needs to work on their advertising and customer service. Oh yeah, maybe awnsering your phone would be nice too and instead of emailing to reply, I'd recommend calling your patients personally like Herbal Wellness does. 😉
Nature's medicine is a great spot to come to especially during these covid-19 times. They still have the same great prices and awesome give aways. nature's forsure has been going above and beyond to ensure everyone safety.
Preorders get done so dirtyyyyyy! So Halloween night, being the “conscious of my time in my day so be responsible and set up a preorder looking self” I would do just that. I get a text at 5:48pm to pickup. What the text means is that my stuff ha been bagged with my name and label on it and it’s on the shelf ready to be scooped up and paid for right? Wrong. Pull-up on Natures at about 6:20pm and at this time, preorder line and regular line pretty long. I say back and try to be patient knowing tall lanky guy (Noah?)doin what he can to crank people in and out lobby (I’ve had words with him before about not tappin into the preorder line as much as the regular line and see this shit still going on but I digress cause I’m about to get medicated). I finally get inside and wait patiently as I watch regular line guests that are outside still waiting, come in, be called and be gone. Fuming!!!! As I listen to another patron standing by the bathroom ask the cashier who pulls and calls another regular customer, “Why aren’t you calling preorders or pulling IDs from that other tray?”
“Hey bro, sorry I can’t help you but I’m coded to cashier for the main room, “ he says as he disappears back into the room to do his job. That’s when I nearly lost it. I clearly see dude in long dreads (clueless of name but I’m sure I will know after today) taking preorder customers basically in the lobby but rarely seeing anyone go back there... like ghost city. What I don’t get is the employees simply saying WE don’t get the process. That’s all I kept hearing Dreads say. I spoke up and asked him to elaborate so I can understand. As he’s trying to explain to the best of his ability, besides natures being award winning and most popular and preorders are through the roof, it doesn’t explain why my shit is sitting on the rack can’t be pulled and paid for because it is already to go opposed to someone coming in and shopping. No- stuff was already ordered, I basically know my price and have the money in hand to pay for it. Make it make sense. In his attempt of an explanation, I hear him say “That room is basically coded and is the main room for regular customers” while we’re trying to pull preorders. Dog, all you’ve basically said to me is screw the conscious being you are for preordering buttttt preorders are basically being sh*t on tonight cause most of everybody is here for regular customers and we’ll make time for you when we can. Yeah, Jacob is the manager and was present that night but besides him being great, other systems need to get right. Preorders and how they’re serviced first and foremost because I patiently watch and observe before I start and this just really frustrated me tonight. I’ve placed numerous suggestions in the suggestion box, I’m not just complaining. Maybe incentivize servicing of preorders for their cashiers when there are long lines for both. Get a square so someone can come to preorder line only outside and service people. But they not hearing me though. This is my only complaint with Nature’s. Everything else straight. Just don’t sit in my face and tell me I don’t understand. Make it make sense.

Very friendly staff & a beautiful storefront, but I wasn't at all impressed with their flowers. It's wonderful that they care about their appearance, but I care more about quality medicine than looks. Maybe I'll try again in a few weeks.

continued RANT ABOUT BAD FIRST TIME DELIVERY. I MADE THIS F____G ORDER AT 7:30AM SO I CAN GET IT HOPEFULLY AT THE EARLIEST ONE WOULD THINK. BUT NO HERE IT IS 12:30 PM AND THE DRIVER ENDS UP AT MY ADDRESS BUT ST NOT AVE LIKE SHE REPEATED CLEARLY TO ME OVER THE PHONE AND I SAID YES. THESE BUDTARDS HAVE ONE FREAKING JOB TO DO AND CANT EVEN GET THAT RIGHT. SMH,AND I SPEND ATLEAST,ATLEAST 100BUCKS EVRYTIME I COME HERE AMD TIP E V E R Y T I M E!!! EVERYTIME!! TO GET THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT? NOT OK AT ALL!NOE I HAVE TO GO THE REST OF MY DAY IN PAIN THANKS TO NATURES MEDS! THIS IS THE MFKN THANX I GET?
