I like Oasis however they don't honor their first time patient deal like they should at this location considering it says nothing about "grow sciences excluded" so their store in south Chandler honored it but they wouldn't at this location after I drove from south Chandler

I like that even if they don't have deals there products are quality and deal everyday. There customer service is the best in the valley and it's why Oasis North is my go to dispensary.

Terrible experience at Oasis North just now Went to go pick up my online order and was hoping to use a coupon from cannapages. Tried calling before hand to verify they would take a digital copy. Problem is no one answered the phone. Decided to take a shot anyways. When I showed up and asked if they would take a digital version of a canna page coupon and he said no. After some back and forth I tried to reason with him and asked if they could print one out then since it's literally hosted on a url. To make matters worse there was a printer to the left hand side of him that clearly had paper in it but he proceeded to tell me it was a scanner and couldn't print anything out. They wouldn't budge on there "policy" so I decided to just leave. Like there is already so much bs going on right now to tell me a digital coupon doesn't work is ridiculous. Marks the second time I have had issues with their customer service. Has anyone else had trouble redeeming a digital coupon from cannapages?

I visited this location during COVID-19 and they were very professional! They did a great job with social distancing and even taking temperatures prior to being seen. Great bud & edible choices too!
