I’m reporting Alyssa M to the state of Arizona. She was rude and full of attitude. I don’t know if she got mad that I came in with a Dr.reeferalz coupon for 2 edibles but something pissed her off big time. As she walked me to the door she gave the Reception girl a dirty look and then looked right at me. No goodbye or have a nice day. I honestly think it was because my purchase was only 10 dollars. I won’t be back until people like that are gone. It won’t take long.

What a nice dispensary!! Loved the location right off the I-10 I pass right by it everyday from work! New favorite spot with THE BEST MEDS! If your in Chandler check them out!!!

I just can’t with this place anymore. Such a close option for us Maricopa patients but the fact that they left their med patients in the dark is BS. No deals, raised their prices for the 32nd time and the way they handle the line is absurd!! This shop could be ran so much more efficiently but when your just in it for the money this is what you get. They rushed into the Rec sales when they were nowhere near ready!! Great planning guys. To everyone else, the shops up the roads from both locations still have deals daily! Go see them

People who think Oasis has good weed must of smoked in Alabama they whole life, it’s a full pure BS to call this place top shelf quality . The service is up to par, because the flower ain’t shit . They put shit on different shelf’s every week to make it seem like something is discounted, when really all that shit just be old . Start checking harvest dates people . OASIS SELLS WEED 2-3 MONTHS OLD . KIND MEDS WILL GET YOU TREE FROM 1.5 WEEKS AGO . If your gonna be taxed on your dollar . Taking care of this cheap ass dispensary who really gotta keep up with rent for the cool building then atleast know you could get way better for your dollar .

Wow no wonder I haven't been back. Nothing is changed only gotten worse. High prices, discounts only on in store products: lit, haze, and now new origin. All quality of venom, you can taste residue or most concentrates have sugared. Not what I paid for. ✌ look at the stores around you get on their level.

was excited to come down to check out the new oasis north and I was amazed clean and brand new every employee was beyond friendly my budtender Jimi is the man showed me the current specials I was on a budget and let him know what I was looking for he was amazing to give a few suggestions right of the bat I was a little short in change but he made the purchase happen, I'm in pain quite often so having his help with my selection was amazing thanks Jimi and jae for helping out you guys made my weekend I'll definitely be back

Its not right to raise prices after disguising it as a tier drop sale. If you want to raise prices just announce that the prices will be higher. It's already hard enough to keep up with the availability of medicine right now. I am disappointed.

Bought bunch of edibles and Aeriz concentrate from them. Concentrate was unusable, poorly stored, fully rancid. wouldn't refund me money for unusable product. Go to Territory Dispensary up the street on Chandler Blvd, way better product service and no reach around and lies about product. Alex the store manager was useless in resolving any issues I had, kept repeating dated policies that leave Oasis North without responsibility for what they sell. Seriously just pass on this place!

DO NOT SHOP AT OASIS! BUYER BEWARE! I purchase a $25 battery, am unsatisfied with the purchase and when I tried to return it, I was denied. They said the only thing they could do is warranty it. How do you warranty something that isn't broken? They then respond to my review by saying I was demanding extras... That is a complete lie! ALL I WANTED WAS TO RETURN A BATTERY! Once again I am offended by the way they handle things. It has been a long time since I have had such a bad retail experience. I am certainly not the only one. I have talked to MANY people that have had poor customer service from this place. Thank goodness there are MANY other dispensaries that are superior in the way they handle their customer service.

I only tried the flower. The flower is ok, but it is comically overpriced. There are other places nearby you can find comparable flower that is reasonably priced. The place itself and the people are nice. I did notice, however, this dispensary somehow deleted their first batch of reviews here on Leafly, probably because they were mostly negative. That should be a little disconcerting to most.

This place is garbage. They told my husband he “attacked” one of the employees which is total bullshit. Their deals suck and their flower is complete ass. Territory and flower shop is waaaay better. Rude customer service. Banned a customer for something that didn’t even happen. I know because I was sitting right next to him when this “alleged” incident happened. Don’t waste your time going to this dispensary. You’ll find better quality items at other dispensaries.

When you have a vendor on site, their product is on "sale", you should at least have some product on hand.

overpriced venom. idc if its a Bogo. i get my venom on a daily for 16 a gram at the Good diapensary. id rather not go out ny way and waste time and gas to save 2$. step up your game

The place looks great. The store is clean and pretty. The rest of it is ok. The flower is whatever. They don’t have a lot of variety like other stores do. The staff is what really gets to me. They never seem like they want to help you on the phone. They give the impression that they have better things to do. They just stand there and talk to each other. It’s stupid. I was sitting in the waiting room, no customers were there, there were maaany staff members working and one came out to talk to the receptionist. I wasn’t sure if she was coming for me or if she was off duty so I sat there patiently. After minutes had past she finally said “[my name]?” With a smile. I was irritated because even though she seemed really nice, her work ethic is unprofessional. Watching them stand there talking about nothing laughing and smiling made me want to leave. It was not busy at all. C’mon guys! It’s literally EVERY time I shop there. If these nice workers put their customers first, I’d like this place despite their lack of items. I keep trying to shop here hoping for a different experience but I am done. I’m never shopping here again and I tell anyone who asks for recommendations not to go to Oasis. To anyone reading this: I suggest shopping somewhere else.
