Went here a while back never will return every time you go it's a wait. They have 6 people in th back 4 just talking about their day while two people actually work its breath you don't get rushed but have more people working talk about your day at the end of the day I know it bud and everyone should be relaxed but a 30 min wait almost every time I go! Was close to my work so I gave it a good go.rather drive further get better prices and get in and out. I always wondered why they did free pre rolls for waiting. Yeah you get one but you also sit there for 30min-1hr I would rather pay for the pre-roll and get out in a decent time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! went in for a v2 vapen setup and was given a crappy open battery and 2 old v1 cartridges, after realizing this, was told that they would not return any of the wrong product, will never return to this overpriced dump and will never recommend to anyone!

I used to love this place... But today! horrible service. everyone blames it on being tired.. took them 3 times to get my order right I would drive off check it half mile Down the road and it was screwed up twice, had to turn around to go back and anyone who has been there know that u turn b.s. sucks. But the kicker is the 4th time I went to go back in the guy came walking out with my free pre roll Iwl won on flok. the thing that really makes me mad only one guy in the front apologized.i will not be recommending them to anyone anymore. they really could not have cared less that they lost a customer.. I spend a lot to $2-300 everytime i go. moral of the story they suck on special days.

Don't care about customers or their purchases I drove a long way because of an email about sale got there and it wasn't on sale felt hated and switched this was my second and my last.

Wish they would step it back up. A lot of negative reviews left here. Lower your prices already! It pisses me off that I can't use my veterans discount with any deals you have going on. I don't see how that makes sense but I bet no one in management here has served. Andrew is always on point with his service but I don't like the vide of the lady who runs the place!

Way overpriced! You guys have Alaska winter prices. The quality is good but definitely not worth 60 an eighth. Other then the first time patient deal, there is absolutely no reason to visit this dispensary!

I came for the new patient deal but the prices are so high I probably won't be back. Quality is good, yes but I can get a better bang for my buck elsewhere.

This place could be a gold mine, with the right staff and product. Whoever does their pre rolls seriously needs to give up and find something else to do at work because their pre rolls are total garbage. Try using a grinder. I shouldn't have to load every pre roll I buy from Oasis into a bowl to smoke it.

I feel like almost every time I'm in oasis I leave somewhat disappointed. Today they had a buy one get one deal on cartridges with a free battery with any purchase of a cartridge and they were out of batteries around noon. They were also out of cartridges before the day was over and they don't let anyone know that until you get back there. The bud tender I had was very friendly it just sucks that this dispensary is run so bad. I don't have a buy one get one deal if you only have it long enough for an hour or two then you're just baiting people to come in and you don't even have the deals anymore

not much, being a new patient and not knowing much and feeling a bit intimidated by the process, i had a friend call to confirm the 220 per ounce price of the Rolls Choice,seeing it on your deals page and calling to make sure it was correct, but when i drove to your place of business today 5/30/17 all i got was bait and switch the woman i dealt with was persistent on there only being 345 ounces, that i believe on your menu is called reserve, which nothing i received is labeled that, my goal being a first time patient was to purchase a 220 ounce and receive my free eighth, but instead i was pushed into buying 7 eighths and receiving a free eighth of the same med. and paying top shelf price at 300 plus, so i called on my phone after being told one thing on the phone and on your lea fly page, and then after paying full pop, i was told my free eighth had to be Rolls choice? not lemon something at a much higher THC count.? and why is it called reserve and my eighths just say Rolls Choice. so i called and a guy answered and was very pushy not listening and calling what i came to purchase for 220 a mini bag, never a mention of it being called that on the phone or on your page it was 180 for shake or 220 for small nuggets . all i feel is that if this is an example of your customer service especially being new to the entire process and not knowing much about the medicine, a total rip . , and the sad thing is a friend recommended your place. i wanted a 220 ounce and a free eighth and i got 7 eighths and a free bee at full price. i doubt i will recommend u or have much good to say seeing i feel totally taken advantage of. told one thing and pushed into another. i live on a fixed budget and i came to your establishment driving a long way from the far east side to save money, instead i was misled. sad excuse for service and your mans attitude needs an adjustment considering i was a paying customer. very disappointed.

First time I can say that I knew as I left I would never go back. Was worst dispensary experience I've had. The staff were all very young and not helpful. More interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Then one staff told me I could do a deal for new patient special when I called. When I came in guy said no and that was it. Made no sense either because the free product was the same either way...........however if he had allowed me to purchase the way I suggested and was originally told would have sold $90 more product with absolutely no loss in money. Anyways good thing for me there are plenty of other really good dispensaries.
Screw the actual medical patients .... all about the money as always. Way to sell out, we paid your bills the last 10 years.

On my way out of Town, took Detour to shop at Oasis on my way out of Town. Walked in & was greeted promptly, handed my card over & waited about 5 min before I was called back. I informed the young man that I need Cash,.. I knew they do not accept Cards,.. He states, Both Our ATM's are Not Working!! Drove Out Of My Way For Nothing,.. Front Desk had No Clue the ATM's were not functioning!!

$20 off of a $55-$60 1/8th is a sale? What a joke. $35-$40 is an average for any 1/8th I've bought anywhere else. this place is way over priced!

Oasis has been going downhill for the last year and it's been bad time and time again have I had bad experiences at your shop and today of all days I buy some live resin from you guys and when I get home cuz you know you guys are far as heck I find one of my products already opened a $54 product already opened seal broken you know how incredibly goddamn dangerous that is I am sick of this place

It was hard to bring myself to this place. Nobody should charge this much for medication, ever. Especially when there are dispensaries all over the valley that sell a better quality bud at a far better price.
I had to give service three stars because they were very nice, had great customer service, but they weren't very knowledgeable on their products. The edible recommendations they gave me were exciting, then turned out to be a big let down.
***MEDICAL PATIENTS*** ask for test results of your flower at point of sale. This “dispensary” has been selling untested flower to their medical patients. Then when you ask them for their test results they cannot provide the results. I asked for test results for 2 stains of flower I purchased 2/27/2021. On 1 strain they sent me the results but the test result batch number do not match to the product I received. Also i picked up “Rozay#5” and they sent me the result from “Rozay” that was tested 11/23/2020.. with the “wedding cake” they still cannot provide these results to me. Their “director of retail” sent me a “chain of custody” to show that the wedding cake has been sent in for testing but they do not have the result back just yet. (What if this flower does not pass, I’ve been smoking it for two weeks!!!)They are trying to blame the testing facility for the long wait but it is the law they have to provide testing results at point of sale! I USE THIS AS MY MEDICINE AND THE FACT YOU GUYS ARE RISKING MY HEALTH JUST TO KEEP UP WITH DEMAND IS UNETHICAL!!

Most of their discounts for medical patients have disappeared, their product quality and availability have gone down and their wait times and prices have gone up. No thanks! And what about test results? Why are they never available?
