Most of their discounts for medical patients have disappeared, their product quality and availability have gone down and their wait times and prices have gone up. No thanks! And what about test results? Why are they never available?

Get better quality elsewhere for about half the cost!

I usually love this place but not happy at all with the service today. The man stated not a long wait then tells the person behind me 20-30 mins. Meanwhile it cost me $20 to go there and charged per minute for waiting. Sorry Oasis I'm gonna have to break up with you 👌

way to shit on your medical users. recreational has pushed pain users to the bottom taken there meds and raised there prices. not only is this for pain but we paid into the system for it. now I have to stand in line on a pain level through the roof with some kid who just wants to get high, so I can get to the front find out supplies are gone and oh yeah im gonna take whatever I can get and pay more money for it. i have no choice because you NEED relief. Way to fail your patients the care they need so you can now make money off your customers. It should be medical needs>wants. Sucks the dispensaries went from patients they cared for too customers they price gouge. no care no compassion no patients. we are all just customers now, should be all of there slogans now.

I think you're in it for the money and not the passion for your patients. I've been to every dispensary in the valley and I mean every dispensary. Better meds than what you offer for a much much better price. If it were not for your prices, I would come back.

When you are at the Mercy of location ... you may suffer. The FTP here is like getting a Quarter for 5 off... compared to my favorite locations. So, truly not worth the drive unless it is in your backyard. The flower is not Top notch. This place needs to become secret shoppers at various Valley locations to get it together. We are too far into MMJ to be this far behind the pack.

Initial review deleted. Way overpriced concentrates and flower. Seems that the quality of flower does not match said price points. Will not return.

What is this gold laced flower? You have to be out of your mind with these prices. Not to mention horrible location. You should be giving stuff away to get ppl to bfe not charging $20 a gram!!?

While the budtenders themselves are amazing, this dispensary is not up to par. They raised prices for the same quality, moved products to tiers that do not match quality wherever same product is cheaper everywhere else, and stopped taking express over walk ins. It's just not the same and I feel like it's another Reef. No specials and the same stuff every time.

To the response I got from the dispensary: "The Industry" saw this coming...you have NUMEROUS other states to evaluate and find the best practices as they have already done this before - this stinks of lack of preparedness....and/or lack of caring.....so still no excuse! You are telling us "Sorry" and "Its a business" while making money hand over fist at the expense of medical patients. UNACCEPTABLE. If you are so short on supply, shouldn't you relegate a larger quantity for medical over recreational? There is no transparency in all of this, and it is going to inspire a push for further legislation. Which can make things worse. So lead better. you are failing. Short-sighted, ill informed, ill prepared.....I obviously expect more from a MEDICAL place of business. TruBliss at least posts their prices as they are normally. They dont jack up prices for sales either. Maybe this is the way you should be progressing. They list honest prices. and the prices stay consistent.

Ftp is ok but the buds are the same across the valley; you just need to do you the research on who carries the same strains. As for the location and service... I don’t know what you guys are trying to do but I would rather stock up and pay less somewhere else than pay your prices on a normal day! Ignorant crowd of people. Get your staff in shape or you’ll fail

The last 3 visits have been a problem. Either they are out of products, the computer crashes or the card reader isn't working. The staff is very nice and always apologize for the issues but it is no longer worth the drive to be disappointed when you get there.

Greedy dispensaries are going to make more money than ever due to recreational marijuana sales yet they've suspended all deals due to "supply and demand". It's a sham just to charge consumers more money. Buyer beware!

guice looks great in there display, but good god it's horribly looking popcorn nugs. this place has gone to hell. I'd advise everyone to shop elsewhere! guess all make some Cana butter :(

lower your prices and I might go in. i was ready to spend a couple hundred but after finding I would only get a quarter lol I'm good

Great people to work with. Suggestion: After discussing products and making changes, it would be great if they lined up what you are purchasing and went over everything as they put it in the bag. I often end up with a different quantity or product I thought we ruled out. This WAS done last time I was in but that was the first.

I enjoy the ftp deal, but the discounted shelf is the same price as most premium shelves in the east valley. Hoping prices drop or their Ahwatukee store won't see much business.

Horrible wait times. Bad customer service.
